I was booked on a load from them outta Chicago. Got to the shipper and they new nothing about a load. After about 90 minutes back and forth with broker and dispatch, found out it was the other side of the building.

All the people who left a 1 star review, you guys honestly dont matter and are working with the wrong repmr adam swade is the go to guy we have a open credit line with them of 500k+ and they pay their bills before 30 days!!!!not every load will go perfect but those guys will take care of you and thats a FACT!!! This has been a nightmare, 5 days kept us waiting, messed up with scheduling appointments, and all they are willing to pay is $300.00 for 5 days reefer load layover. This is unheard of! Very, very disappointed. Would not work with Evan Washburn, Ben Vuylsteke, or Jordan Gugenheim

If I give Nate Herberg and his team a hug I would, but can only give my dispatchers Steve and Vanessa one.I had picked up a 4 drop load 1453880, from Utah drops in Ga,Ga,NC and final in Va. Everything was fine till North Carolina drop and the lumper service Capstone totally changed everything and cost everyone involved McLanes, Arrive,Holland Ent and myself allot of money and time.I have to say the way Nate handled the situation kept me calmer and helped allot. His whole team is AWESOME...unlike other drivers I would glad do another one of their loads.TEAM ARRIVE LOGISTICS IS #1, in my book.

Weve been working with Arrive for some time now, and weve never had a problem before. Bogdan Danilyuk is our carrier representative and since he came on board our business with Arrive went up 300%, literally. I got no bad words for this guys, theyve been honest with everything, and they jumped and solved every problem that arose. I am not sure why there are so many one star reviews, but this is not the case with us. Good job guys and I hope for many years of good work in the future.

Every Motor Carrier posting here is negative, Ill contribute to that. In my case its payment for services performed. Invoices way, way into outstanding and despite many emails back & forth, whatever updates or documents requested now (not originally) provided and still outstanding. Theyve been blacklisted while we execute legal action. 3PLs are a pain to deal with in general, but Arrive Logistics is the worst. Quote high to keep them away or make it worth the trouble.

I used to work a lot with Arrive but the last 6 loads are just disaster. Last load delivery was scheduled for drop trailer instead of live unload after waiting all day we were paid only 150. Another load was booked as hazmat the day of the pick up they decided that hand sanitizer was exempt and cut the rate at the last minute

I applied for the Account Coordinator position and someone emailed me asking for my email address to schedule a phone interview; I replied with my email address. Shortly after, I received an email with an invite to schedule, I clicked the link and scheduled my interview for Monday 4/15/19 at 1p. When completing the form, you must enter your phone number. I received an email the day of the interview AFTER the scheduled time requesting my phone number, I replied with my contact information and asked if I could reschedule. I was sent another link to schedule the interview. I responded to the email stating that I rescheduled (4/17/19 at 9a) and I had to provide my contact information upon scheduling the phone interview. Here it is 4/17/19 9:44a and I have yet to get any form of communication about the scheduled appointment. After this experience, I wouldn’t recommend working with this company due to the lack of professionalism and effective communication. What a great first impression.

When Arrive Logistics contacted me wanting to know if I’d haul a load for them I asked, “Do you offer Quickpay?” I was told that they do. I completed the load and had all my paperwork turned in 11/22/19. Here we are 12/30/19 and still no pay. I just called and they said they sent out a check on 12/23/19. I said I was lied to about Quickpay and 30 days was on the 22nd. Pretty much was told they don’t care and to wait longer. Never will I or any of my drivers haul a load for Arrive again. I even told them never to call me again, I don’t care what rate they are offering.

We have been doing business with them for the past few months and have nothing but great things to say about this company. As a carrier, it is hard to find brokerages that we can trust to give us a fair rate and honest info about loads. Arrive goes above and beyond to provide that and more! Thanks :)

Time: 16:05 Friday, talking to Kevin TracyWe booked one load with Arrive. We got to receiver on time and found out that load is rejected since shipper did not load us properly. Itt been 8 hours going back and forth with Arrive and still nothing, they are rejecting to pay detention. They do not want to pay us what we asked for to take it back to shipper, and we asked regular price for that lane going back to shipper and holding their freight over the weekend. Just spoke to Kevin again, per him he is manager there, he denied to pay again and we told them that is okay, find me place where to deliver that close by, cross dock or warehouse, he said if he has to do that he wont be able to pay me detention for waiting all Friday there and he will put me on DNU list. And he hung up on me.Time: 16:08, Talking to HilaryShe just called me, telling me that they can not pay what we asked. And she said that they are going to file a claim for cargo. She said she is filling claim and report to carrier411 and hung up on me.Time: 16:30, phone call from Kevin TracyHe said we are now good for rate we asked. I book a load with this company. The broker name is Edward.I sign the paper work and was ready to pick the load that was from sidney Ohio to Hebron ky. THey did not send me the rate confirmation because they sold the load to another carrier that was cheaper. This is an unethical way to do business.
