Too bad company. Got a load from them from CO to TX. The broker Josiah Koth told me that we can go to facility as FCFS, but the shipper approve that it was appointment. NO RESPONSE from the broker and office. Was trying to call,sending an email - nothing. Now we stuck at the receiver, trying to get any info still, no call answer just ignoring an emails. Never work with them if you wont get a mess load.

Ive been working at Becker Logistics now for almost 3 years and must say its been one of the best career moves Ive ever made. Great infrastructure and great management. Give us a try with your freight needs.

Stay away!Had to pay lumper out of pocket for them because according to David Winton they dont know what a Comecheck, TCheck, or EFS is, no one in Becker has heard of that before can you please pay it I will reimburse you David Wintons exact words, it has been one month, he blocked us, doesnt answer his emails, we call their office number, that is a ghost office.Stay Away!

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. FIRST THEY LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU ON THE LOAD THEN THEY DONT ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. MY DRIVER WAS STUCK AT RECIVING FOR 8 HOURS NOBODY PICKED UP THERE PHONE OR RESPONSED TO EMAILS. I THOUGH THERE BAD APPLES IN THE COMPANY BUT THE WHOLE COMANY IS A BAD APPLE. ON TOP OF THE FACT THEY DID NO PAY DETTENTION WHAT SO EVER. NOW THEY DELAYING PAYMENTS AND HAVENT PAID US FOR THAT LOAD . DEFINITLY NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO WORK WITH THEM BECOUSE SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL GET SCREWED OVER.

John and Dan at Becker have provided more support for my start up company than I can possibly say. Even though they arent our normal company, they helped us out of many time sensitive binds and their communication is excellent. I definitely recommend Becker!

Dishonest broker company lie about the load (pick up/delivery dates and time, weights and etc.) to book it for less money and once picked up all these problem come up and not willing to compensate and threaten to call it hostage. Definitely live up to there 2 stars, Just over all deceiving company

Dishonest about loads - was told the load weighs 30K lbs when the driver arrived at the shipper he was told it will be over 42K lbs. After reaching out to the broker we were given 2 choice - either load the freight and deal with the extra weight or they will find another carrier to do the load. Reading some of the reviews on here it looks it couldve been a lot worse.

We have recently booked our first load from Becker Logistics (Ben Bishop). While we met some unexpected difficulties during load transit we were compensated for all delays and detention. More, we were treated with professionalism and respect. We strongly recommend this broker to all small carriers.

Very bad experience with this company. I booked a load with Nick C. early in the morning. It was Friday. The load was suppose to be ready and the shipper was FCFS until evening. The delivery was next day at midnight. I asked if the delivery can be changed to be the same day after midnight, and he said that if I can deliver it the same night, he can change the appointment. I received a revised rate confirmation with the appointment changed as I requested. I arrived at the shipper around 11am and was informed that the product is not ready and that they will start the production after 7pm. That would mean that they may have the load ready no earlier than 9-10pm. I explained this to Nick and asked for TONU. I had to be home for the weekend. As you can guess, he refused to send me the rate con for TONU. I explained that this is not what I agreed to, and that I cant deliver the load on Sunday. I deadheaded 90 miles and waisted 1/2 day to find another load to get home. Again, this was Friday. He didnt want to listen to any of it and started hanging up the phone and not answering.

These broker are very dishonest. They will lie about load info just so that they will get the load in your truck then tell you to bad. Always lie about delivery time and the weight. Deliveries can be days from what they tell you and weight can be off by 20k. NEVER WORKING WITH THESE BROKER AGAIN

This company is a JOKE!! Dont waste you time. Got an rate con with a predetermined lumper fee of 65.00 and we ended up with a pallet that had barley any wrap around it. That pallet had to be re stacked at receiver and the lumpers charged 155.00 we are $90.00 on this load and claimed its our fault. What has this industry come to?? Anything to take from the trucker!0 Stars if we could do it!!!!

Group of clowns. Booked a load from WY to TX truck arrived 5pm yesterday (shipper is FCFS 0700am - 0800pm). Truck still sits there they provided 2 pick up # for us both loads been already picked up by someone else. I spoke with them around 9 oclock this morning they promised will take care of it and now after 3hours of consistent calling Im not able to reach them this is worse experience I ever had in 5years in this industry. Calling after hours saying please call after hours were ridiculous. Jalen Torres is the broker that cant reply to the e-mail or answer the phone.

Delievered a load for Becker at night. Needed lumper fee. They dont even have a answering service(cheap). Going to wait until Monday morning when office open. I hope they work, its Columbus day. Not the way to run a logistics business. No logic.

Booked a load at 8 am this morning for Monday (08/06) pick up and the broker said he is sending it over. I waited for the rate con all day and when I called at 4:00 PM if I can finally get it the broker said he messed up that the pick up is for the 14th. He did NOT bother to call to let us know and we wasted an entire day when we could have gotten him a different load. VERY unprofessional. Wasting our time and money.

Do not ever work with these crooks especially John Macdonald, he will never set u up to wait for days at the dock and will never pick up his phone. Be aware

If you want your life to be hell, call beckerThey do not answer carriers phone callsIf anything goes wrong on their side they just ignore your phone calls or emailsWatch out For the rate confirmation you receive from them because they put wrong date and time on it so you book their loads. My drivers showed up at receiver and the appointment time was one day later at Walmart

Been working for Becker for just about 2 months and it has been a great experience so far. Nothing but great things to say about Becker and the culture they have built here.

Stay away from these dishonest and lying people. We booked the load with Gram Nielsen, when we show up at the shipper they load the truck with 40% more weight then we book load and got the rate con. People from Becker Logistics didnt compensate us for additional weight, they were disrespectful and unprofessional in whole process. Very bad experience, we wont be doing any business with them in the future.

They call the shots, and a scheduled appointment is just an idea.Always has out of the ordinary excuses as to why they are late.They blame their drivers, but with the lack of professionalism that had been displayed it appears that it is caused by those in charge.Typically a minimum of 24 hours until they finally show up for outbound appointments.By the time theyve reassigned drivers a few times, we have had to cancel and reschedule the delivery appointments to big companies.This leads to customer infuriation which we have to deal with, simply for putting trust in an unreliable carrier.This is probably also why they do not provide a direct phone number to handle issues and discrepancies. Avoidance and excuses are their expertise.

Very unprofessional company/broker. Broker (Andrew) lied about appt time then you get the run around for a return lumper fee. Was supposed to get detention for sitting for 15 hrs to get unloaded because broker lied about appt time. Company/Broker not returning phone calls or emails. They will tell you anything for you to take a load then you struggle to get in touch with anyone to talk to. Beware of this company at all cost!!!

Will SCREW a carrier for their own benefit. BEN BISHOP is a certified liar. Changed appoinement on us at 430 in the afternoon, and now we are supposed to sit and wait for 6 hours without detention. I guess now its ok to tell the carrier that his appointment is at 10, and than change it to 3pm, the night before the delivery, so that way you dont have to pay any detention.HIs email said Sorry, i looked at wrong timeManagement is impossible to get ahold of, so I guess, it is incouraged in this company to work with carriers this way.Well, its ok. I will make a point of telling everybody I know, what these people do.

Be Carefull carriers. They are the one who books the truck, and cancel load when they find cheaper truck. Even if you are getting loaded they cancel load . They never pay for TONU. If you keep call them for TONU they hang up on you. Very unprofessional dispatchers. I hope this help other carriers and costumers.

This is the worst experience we have had working with any logistics company ever. The guy named Ryan Person working for them lied to us about everything making us lose time and money, and besides that he was the most unprofessional broker we have ever dealt with. DO NOT choose this company!
