The woman that seems to be either the owner or manager, went way above and beyond what anyone should have done for me. I am new to not having in unit laundry and this wonderful lady basically held my hand start to finish on my first two loads, in what is my new laundry reality .Even after the second one I could see she was periodically glancing over .😄. I needed to run a few errands in the area while the clothes were in the wash. She assured me I could leave whatever I needed to leave and it would be there when I got back. And sure enough all my things were right where I left them.Additionally a few other advantages that I appreciated, was the free parking behind the building as well as the newly rehabbed Aldi grocery store directly across the street . I did indeed get my grocery shopping done for the week while the clothes were drying . It works out so well for me and I hope for you if you give it a try

I was very surprised to see a laundromat is open at 5 a.m. and Im so grateful we still have this place to be open for us and a wonderful service they have at this place thank you

I got there at 7:30 in the morning. The place was filthy. Machines are small and expensive. Some of the dryers dry and some don’t. The management was very unfriendly. There’s room for LOTS of improvement and in desperately need of an update 🤷🏽‍♀️.I GUESS STREAMWOOD LAUNDROMATS HAS ME SPOILED!!

Helpful staff and plenty of machines

Nasty. The machines are clogged with powder soap. The guy in charge does the bare minimum to help the place out.

Nice friendly place But the chairs are not comfortable! The machines work great.

You can do your business here, and there are snack/pop machines just in case you are hungry. The apperance of the place looks ok, but it could improve. The bathroom could have a sink, tissue and more space.

I usually, come here to get wash my clothes.

Been going since I was 6 years old and now I am 28. This is the best location of a laundromat, even if its old.
