You put the coins in, and clean laundry comes out. Ive been coming here for a couple months and it seems like a nice place. Its close to the house and convenient. Its moderately busy everytime Im here. Its affordable and they have a drop off service for $.80 a pound with a 10 pound minimum. Ill keep giving them my patronage until something crazy happens.

Clean facility. Hands on attendant who is very helpful and pleasant. Great parking too. I am disabled and felt safe and comfortable in that surrounding. My clothes were washed really clean. All the machines were newer and kept up. My new favorite spot to do laundry.

I come to every Saturday night to wash my clothes and its always clean at the laundrymat. The attendant Tina is very nice. She is a good hard worker and does an excellent job. She works hard for her money.

Probably the best in Bridgeport. Wash machine runs good. And the dryer are fair. Parking in the rear. Theres a ramp in the rear. They have drop offs.

Do a nice job - when they are there. 2nd time I have tried to drop off my laundry on the way to work and there is no attendant there. VERY irritating.

Im so glad I stumbled across this laundromat! Its my go to laundromat now! Its usually not too busy when I go which is early noon. And the best thing about going here is the prices of the washers! Cheap and convenient because Im not too far from home. But the only downside is there are very few dryers that work

Customer service is Awesome for laundry drop off service with Tina or Toni theyre 👍 clean place some machine problems but theyre accommodate u depending on the machine. All good clean nice place good prices too.

The people who work here are very nice. Reasonable prices, dryers get nice and hot so if you want to kill germs with heat this is a good place to do it, otherwise your clothes will dry in less time than they normally do. Be careful to mind your bus routes because one of them in the area shuts down around 7 pm, otherwise, theres other busses close by. Theres a pizza place (walk up window, really) with large pieces cheap and its really good, thick chicago pizza.

I came here after my favorite place made horrible changes. Big mistake this place isn’t clean, there are always multiple broken machines in an already small place, the workers & customers kids bouncing around and in the way. The parking lot is like grand theft auto so if possible definitely avoid it. I’m so glad I found a great place literally down the street

The smiling attendants acknowledge your arrival as soon as you enter, 2 different people sometime.. ask if you need anything right away,I love this place. Fairly small.. Only 25 or so washers :/ but nice. I wish the dryers were free with wash 😬 they dont work that well which is the only reason its 4

Sort of small and there are more open later (24/7 even), bigger, cleaner/newer machines and right down the street. This place is like slightly cheaper but I would recommend going down the street tbh

NEVER and i repeat NEVER do drop off laundry services here while Michelle is on shift. She lost more then 28lbs of my clothes I told me my things were not valuable and the owner Sue pretty much told me to get over it! I am suing them! Bad bad business!

My friends laundry got stolen and they didn’t not try to compensate here in any way. The people were rude& unprofessional as well.

Prices continue to increase since new owners have taken over. Centrifuges are rarely in working condition whenever I come in. I only come here when Im in need of a front loader (since my building has top-loading machines for me to use and I live down the block) but a good 50% of the time there is an issue with a machine, always having to do with water. Either the hot water isnt working and you dont know until the machine has started, or there is an issue with how much water there is in the soak cycle, or water doesnt come out where you put the soap. The owners are well aware they have issues with the water but instead of spending good money to fix the problems for good theyre cheap and hire a cheap person to give a cheap repair that lasts a cheap amount of time. Im no stranger to calling the Emergency number and demanding my money back for a bad machine.

Ive had been a customer since 2013 until today (7/26/2018).Happy when I started going there. Then several years ago a new owner remodeled, new ceramic floors new wall paint.Today I had drying issues and was told by the attendant that my clothes were still DAMP due to the LOWERING of THE HIGH HEAT TEMPERATURE, and that the high heat was destroying clothes (seriously?!?!).I thought the dryer manufacturer calibrated the high heat temperatures at a specific degree of heat and for a reason. Im also sure that it was not calibrated to destroy someones clothes when they dried them.Yes after 5 years of going here, the high heat was destroying clothes and the temperature had to be LOWERED.You dont have to be a Rocket Scientist to know that lower drying temperatures REQUIRES LONGER DRYING TIME!Oh wait that would mean more money to dry longer?!?!?!?!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY I dislike stupidity and greed that tries to replace logic.In all fairness the attendant offered what seemed to be a $2.50 refund which I Did Not Accept. This was not about the money.

I have been coming here since 2015, but today is my last day. The quality of service has been degrading day by day. The attendant who is normally there during evening to night is super rude and misbehaving. I put coin in a dryer but it’s was not working, I have asked for help. She rudely asked to reduce the load as if it’s not working because of overload. I did exactly what she said and put half of the clothes in another dryer but still the 1st dryer did not work after putting coin. I again asked her to come and help us, she came and misbehaved as if I was trying to steal the money. She even started and opened the dryer without asking causing clothes to fall on the ground. I asked her not to Behave with customers in this way. I am really upset and shocked to see her behavior. I’m not going back again, will find another laundry.

The staff are nice, the machines are well maintained, and the prices are lower than the laundromat in my old neighborhood. If you forget your detergent at home, dont despair - you can buy detergent, dryer sheets, and even laundry bags on-site if need be. The only thing I had sir of problem with was the seating, which was sparse and not terribly it comfortable. If you have a bad back, youre probably better off standing.

They open at 4am, what more is there not to like. Moreover, during the daytime the staff is very accommodating and likable. Its a great little chill spot to do your laundry.

Terrible service. Machines are in poor repair, and they dramatically increased prices when the (much nicer) place down the street had a fire. It is crowded and loud. Attendants are not conversant in English, making problem-solving very difficult. Owner is hateful when confronted with issues related to bad machines and poor service. Stay away if you can. I plan to begin renting a car just to do laundry and therefore avoid this place.

That old skinny woman with the brown hair that works at mat must be deaf. She turns that tv up way to loud for comfort. Not everyone is old and hard of hearing like she is. The witch should get a damn hearing aid.

Just saw the attendant named Rikki yelling at some guy because he was letting her know that the machine wasnt working. This man had a baby with him and the poor thing was scared and crying because of the employee. Ive been coming here for almost yen years. Not anymore!! They need to stop hiring ghetto uneducated people, its REALLY HURTING their business. Wish I could give no stars.

Hi I have gone first time and 2$ machine not worked even it done full cycle, water not drain from machine. Another 4$,2$ machines worked fine. The lady who sits there helped me. ok place to come and wash your clothes

Its cheap, and great (a lot of machines) the only problem is theere is only one or two place to lock a bicycle, and also there is no ATM and everything works only by cash so make sure you will have enough cash with you.

The ladies working are super nice and hard working. Come on week days or else youll be waiting for dryers most likely.
