3rd time using the laundry service.Pick up and delivery as scheduled.Pricing is fair to both sides.No attempt to nickel and dime me for alot of extras.No charge for next day service.Choice of detergent fabric softener etc..No charge.Laundry done exactly as requested.Above average communication with customers.You know whats going on from pick up to delivery.This is the way it is supposed to be done.The customer gets what is promised,requested and paid for.Unusual these days.

Eager to support small businesses but disappointed in my experience. Water levels are low in some of the new machines.. you have to add water to them manually through the detergent shoot. I was wondering why patrons were making frequent trip to the faucet. Charge says $6.75 for each load on the machine I was using, my bank read it as a $10.00 charge. Over all frustrating visit. Still looking for a good (not decent) laundromat in my area. If anyone has any leads pls comment...

This place is really messed up. 80% of the dryers dont work. The washers barely have water. I always go in the mornings because at night theres always a group of people in the back parking lot drinking,doing drugs and throwing gang signs with small kids. They even harassed customers. The owner should do something about this. I have cameras in my car so I know what Im saying. The girls stuff are super nice tho

I SHALL NEVER DO LAUNDRY AGAIN!!!!I love this place. I am hater of laundry and this place is affordable and fantastic. They pick up, delivery, fold, bleach, whatever at 1.20 a pound. I sent 80 percent of my clothing and it all came back folded and smelling fantastic (they even matched my socks!) Im not even sure id go back to doing my own laundry if my apartment had a unit in it. We started this because we only have access to coin laundry and this place wasnt MUCH more expensive and they do all the work

We used to love this place, but will no longer visit due to their extremely lax COVID prevention measures. I was in this morning and saw 4 separate people without masks/face coverings, including one employee. This is not to mention the 2-3 people with masks covering their mouth only. I actually left without fully drying my clothes because the number of people without masks/improper masking was so concerning. During the summer I appreciated the business keeping the doors open for air flow and it seemed that most people (but not all) were adhering to masking regulations. The visit today was an unsafe situation, which I will be avoiding in the future. Very disappointing.

The machines are good but their hours are a complete lie. They claim to close at 10 but the door is locked at 9. If youre closed at 9 you MUST post 9 as your closing time. A load takes 25 mins to wash, and 20 to dry, leaving ample time before you need to lock up. Next time you make eye contact with a customer and turn your back so you can continue running out the clock, know that you have one less person to contribute towards your paycheck.

I did my laundry and of course it was close to closing time. As i was folding my clothes a roach ran past my foot. I think they can do better with the cleaning and pest problem.

The machines are reasonably priced and well maintained. And the free WiFi is nice.

Laundry attendants & most customers can’t wear masks properly. Laundry attendants tell you they close 1 hour earlier than the hours listed on sign & google just so you can leave. Contacted owner about hours and owner said he’d credit me for the bad experience & was never given any credit.

Normally a great place but about six people in here not are not wearing a mask at all. I came here to do laundry and am now worried I have to re wash all my clothes or just not come again. I don’t understand why the rule isn’t enforced to keep people safe.

Best place around, Jim is on of the nicest people on the planet, not to mention he has a great heart. Clean place, in and out with no problems. Free dry is helpful too.

My washer and dryer broke down in my place a few years back, since then Ive been going to this establishment. Always clean and very friendly staff.

I absolutely love this business! I’ve talked to the owner several times, who seems to be there regularly. He is extremely friendly and accommodating. They offer complimentary coffee and cookies to all customers doing their laundry there. I believe they also offer free detergent, on certain days, in small portions if needed. The staff is always helpful and hospitable. I have also just recently learned, that for a few dollars more than what it would cost for me to do the laundry myself, I can drop off my laundry and they wash, dry, and even fold it for me. Thus, saving me several hours of valuable time. They have recently installed brand new washing machines. And almost all of the drying machine are free to use. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Plenty of machines that take debit cards! They offer free drying. Also have free WiFi and coffee. The ladies there do a great job keeping the place clean unlike alot of laundry mats.Only downside is it can get stuffy when its crowded and theres not alot of seats but thats miniscule compared to what they offer.

The personal who is working right now are not friendly and not giving good customer service also the owner it was unprofessional to resolve an issue that I have today with one of the biggest machines and when I Spoke on the phone with the owner, he was so rude and told me that he didn’t care and I could call or do anything I wanted, due his unprofessionalism, the only way that I could resolve my issue was calling the police. Once the personal notice of my calling and the presence of the police that’s when they were able to resolve my issue.

The staff here are amazing. I didn’t bring enough money and had to run home to get more and the wonderful woman working at this laundromat helped me get my last load started while I ran home. She was so kind and welcoming and even brought me free soap to use. The place is clean and has lots of machines to choose from.

Great laundromat in Logan Square. Machines and tables are always clean, and the staff is super nice. New fancy machines which take credit cards! Just don’t use the washroom it never has soap or napkins! Lol but to be fair I’ve never seen a clean restroom at a laundromat..

I am truly impressed with this new laundromat.... especially the staff! So far, I’ve met 2 employees there that are AWESOME!! Soraida and Wilma. Soraida is super friendly professional, informative and helpful. Wilma, does not sit still organizing and keeping the laundromat spotless and tending to every customer.... something i have NEVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY OTHER LAUNDROMAT. The music, the coffee and cookies, the huge machines makes my laundry time a very pleasant one! This is absolutely brilliant! No need to dread to come to do laundry if you come to Logan Square Laundromat. Thank you, staff, for your smile and warm welcome! God bless you all!

Visited Logan Square Laundry today and was very pleased to see two employees working nonstop to keep the place clean and in order. Its a very cramped place, but there are lots of machines of various sizes. I LOVE that the dryers are free, but they dont dry as quickly as other places Ive been - the price you pay for free I suppose.I would visit again for the cleanliness and care of the staff, but Im not as keen on the crowds and ineffective dryers

Very clean but I dont know if its bad luck but I never get free soap. They always tell me they ran out. Dont matter what day of the week is it.

I have been coming to this great laundrymat for the past 3 years. I love it! Zoraida the attendant is a professional through and through. She and Jim the owner make one feel at home. The coffee is always brewing and the cookies are fresh daily. What is special about this place is that it is very diverse. All the attendants speak Spanish and English. You are greeted with a smile. Estrella one of the attendants is willing to share home made recipes from Mexico. I like the fact that these ladies are very willing and go the extra mile with any of the customers if any issue arises. You will find TV screens throughout the laundrymat that are on English, Spanish and children channels for every whim. Most of all Jim, Zoraida, Estrella and Indira will treat you with respect and dignity. That is why I am a loyal customer. Right now they are adding new machines so the construction may get in the way until the newer models are installed but I know that it is for the improvement and enrichment of this growing global community in this corner of Logan Square/Hermosa neighborhood. I have been coming here for about 2 years and never had an issue . I love how they are updating the washers . the prices are great . and the free coffee and dryers! but i recently had a bad experience i did laundry on a friday afternoon and the older lady working was not very welcoming she does not greet you . atleast not to me . i used one of the new washers but it stopped working i told her and she blamed me for adding too much soap . i really dislike the fact that when she cleans she cleans like right in your face instead of saying excusme, i was drying my clothes and asked me to take it out because according to her it was ready, but her friends needed a dryer and wanted one for her . the worst part of all some guy was drying his clothes in the last 3 dryers that dont stop and his clothes started burning! smoke came out of the dryer and he had to throw his clothes away we told her and she blamed him for leaving his clothes there for too long, he clearly didnt know and told her he thought those dryers stopped on their own and instead of putting up a warning sign she just closed the dryer which i believe is dangerous anyone who is new and doesnt know about those dryers can easily burn their clothes ! also there were no more coins in both machines she had to run to the store and a couple people had to wait 20 minutes to get change. i will no longer come in the afternoon im sticking to morning zoraida is very friendly !!!

This laundromat has improved tremendously and is always busy, but not to the point where you are on top of someone.....highly recommend and prices are cheap. I typically do drop off so my wash is done while Im at work and it has been a huge help to my family.

Love the new machines but twice now the machine didnt rinse my clothes. The 1st time it happen I had to rewash my clothes and it rinse. Now it happen again and didnt rinse my clothes. So have to wash a 3rd time. There is a banner of how much weight each machine can take. Is false if you use a 20 pound machine is really a 10 or 15 pound because before it rinse it has to read the weight. If you put 15 pound and your clothes is wet and weights more then 20 pounds it wont rinse. Either way I dont think Ill use the new machines or go to another place. Spend 1 hour and 30 mins just washing the clothes.

I come here often, the one thing i personally was excited for was the credit card feature, it also looks like it has NFC compatibilitys would love to use Apple pay, Samsung pay, or Google pay. Unfortunately I usually deal with technical issues with these new machines. I was very disappointed that the connection was offline in all these new machines for credit card functions. A location this large should have gigabit internet. (Will change review if problems are resolved).
