Amazing experience! Friendly prompt service. I had a whopping 150 lb. Wash and fold order that they picked up and dropped off within a couple days. Ive used a couple other companies but not as impressed as I was with their customer service.

In a word: amazed. There were hiccups in my original pick up but Brent and Salvador worked to ensure my order was delivered on schedule, as Id planned.I travel for work and when Im in Chicago, I keep a really tight schedule. I was floored when Salvador arrived and dropped off my perfectly wash, dried, folded, and BUNDLED laundry within my requested window. Hello to the newest must have item in the budget!

Ive had nothing but great experiences with these folks. They did send me some other fat ladys clothes (me being the original fat lady :) but otherwise their service has been sterling. Theyve never been late or failed to show up for pick-up or delivery.
