Perfect little spot to go and wash reasonable prices free to dry always a machine available. They lady working there is nice and helpful. The machines are coin operated there is a bill exchanger and ATM on site. Vending machines to snack as well as a machine to dispense detergent, fabric softener etc. Close to a convenient store Kevins on the same block. 5 stars for sure!

I like this Lavanderia Perla everythg is so clean attendes are helpful. The owner is always making sure all the machines are working. The only thg i dislike is the fact theres no phone number where no one could call to fine out if they found anythg in a machine.

Friendly atmosphere great location. Prices a little less then the other places. Free coffee, free dry. Very helpful. Will use again, no little kids running around.

Out of necessities, I come to wash here but this lady-in-law of the owner is unbearable of all the people.

Clean and nice

The only good thing is convenience because its near my house. Machines dont use enough water, and they dont use hot water. Today I washed rugs and the woman told me that they are my rugs that hold a lot of water! And that shes not going to start the machine for just a mat. This is not my first time washing rugs in a laundry room, these people think. The women they have working are or believe they are the owners but they need to take classes in customer service. Professionalism should not be lost in any type of business. Your business is kept open by your customers, not your eggs!
