So the store says 24hr they advertise on google 24hr they have stamped times on the door the say 5am to 11am they have written signs on the door that say 5am to 11am 24hrs so why when i walk up at 959pm the mex guy that only knows how to point not speak wont let me in cuz last wash is 9pm at a 24hr laundromat seemed a little prejudice towards the dark complexion

This laundry used to have very good service, the washing machines worked very well but the soap dispensers are full of fungus, now the clothes are very soaked, the dryers no longer dry even though you made them two coins and few clothes leave them damp, sir They can spend it cleaning the outside of the machines, mopping, but the owner needs to force them to clean the machines well so that they have very good service.

Please update your hours . If your voice message states u close at 2 then you should honor that . Or at 1 then at least that would be acceptable but to have the doors locked at 10pm and to be told ok you can wash here but no fold…… totally not cool. Also atm doesn’t work and they have a huge red atm sign on it . Smh get it together

Very outdated, needs to be updated.

1.) This laundromat always has issues with providing HOT water. Says HOT but always cold.2.) The dryer doors need new seals around glass to keep hot air (that you pay for) from escaping and drying your cloths.** lets keep this laundromat from going ghetto .. pleeeeeease!

Always clean & able to get in and out

Very disappointed to walk in and see the owner and laundry attendant not wearing masks talking to each other not social distancing. Nothing to maintain safety for customers is being enforced here. There’s always a lot of washers out of service or the dryers are not working. Don’t get me wrong they seem like nice decent people but when I’m expressing my concern and get looked at like I’m crazy (as if we’re not in a mist of a global pandemic) then it’s deeply disturbing. Cannot support this business.

Nice and clean. I go there every weekend. And the staff there is very friendly, helpful. The machines are maintained very briliiantly in timely manner.

Place is clean, the prices are not high, and the washers are ok. The dryers here do not work and can be very time consuming therefore can get expensive. Luckily the attendant already knows that and puts in more quarters when the machine does not dry well. Just know that your typical laundry time will be affected by their dryers.

Its not great, its not bad... not too crowded, somewhat clean...friendly neighbors, but the girl that was working was cold and rude... definitely room for improvement

First time do my laundry there, can not complaint place clean machines well maintained but the soaps compartment or box is not clean, dryers where good, prices aceptble.. will come back ..

Gives less time on machines than other laundramats. Less hot water comes out. Needs better housekeeping. Bathroom is poor. Attendants visit with their friends instead of cleaning lint traps.

For the record, this incident happened all within 90 seconds and made me highly suspicious of the attendant who was sitting right next to my items while I briefly left the building to put clean clothes in the car.Time: 7:46pmDate: 10 June 2019Location: Table directly across from the change machines.I came back to find both of my plastic laundry bags in the trash and my netted mesh laundry bag missing. As I went to dig the plastic bags out of the trash, the attendant quickly apologized for throwing them away and claimed not to have seen a mesh laundry bag sitting on top of them.What made me uneasy is that she sat back down and kept her eyes locked on me the entire time I remained in the building as I searched the other trashes and tables for the missing mesh bag.To the owner,I will gladly change my review upon being informed of what happened to this item, which is within your power to discover through video camera footage. However, I currently refuse to give this establishment anything other than a 1 star review based on the fact that the attendant was sitting in the same chair by the change machines both as I left and when I came back in, all within 90 seconds.If it wasnt her, then I understand that these things happen and nothing can really be done beyond that. But if it was her, then it could just as easily happen over and over again within your establishment, right under your nose.As it currently stands, I do not recommend this location and I will be taking my weekly business elsewhere.

Great place to wash clothes.

The washers are very quick and get my clothes cleaner than the washers in my apartment building. Dryers are super hot. Only problem is the gross bathroom.

Most of the time I go to do laundry there is no person on duty. When there is she is only there a very short time. Also the parents who bring their children should watch them not let them do whatever they want.

Just called and new hours are 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. Nice little laundry. Dryers are very hot!

Let see where do i start. If i could give zero stars i would. First off, I came to wash and i needed to use three of the $5.25 machines. And two of the $4.75. Anyways, so i start to wash and all of a sudden the machine started making noise and the lights flickered on and off. When that happen some of the machines stopped working and the dryers as well. So i started looking for the person who works here and some guys says theres nobody. Then i call the number that i found on google to call the owners or somebody to get over here cuz my clothes where stuck in the washers. I couldnt get my clothes out. Finally the owner calls me back and tells me someone might get here like around 12:00. So mind you i got here at 9:50 and the machine went out at 10:15. So i kindly tell the owner if im getting a refund and if i could get a free wash. And he said, I could give you a refund but i cant give you anything eles. Thanks for being patient and giving me a call to let me know what happen. Wow, so is this how you value your customers. What about my time spent and my laundry soap and fabric softener that i had to reuse for the machines. This is the last time im ever coming here again!!! Ohh, and by the way just for future reference you should always have a super attendant on duty. God forbid this place could catch fire and nobody would notice until then it would be to late.....
