The equipment of the washers and dryers are well maintained. The bathroom needs to be repaired for customer use. The overall environment is kept clean. The attendant was friendly and helpful.

I always love going here when I need to wash. Always clean and staff is always professional

Its ok. With some of the washing machines the quarters will get stuck and the only thing the worker will say is oh well I just work here so dont expect extra help or refunds. Theyre convenient and cheap so I go there on a regular basis.

My experience was wayy different the lady who working here today was very nice & friendly my clothes was clean I actually was able to smelled what I use on my clothes.. so it’s to each it’s own my experience was good 1/15/21 I’ll be back

Bad experience at this laundramat. Used dryer#14 for comforters and bras. 20 min on medium seeredmy cotton bras and thr comforters were seered on inside fabric. Informed attendant f problem, he was rude an unconcerned. My hand was burned removing comforters. All that was saidvwas they are not responsible. Impoosible to talk to owner. No apology nothing. Reporting this facility to BBB. Terrible customer service. BEWARE OF DRYER #14

Excellent laundry, always clean especially on the weekend evenings. Definitely a well serviced location and the owner is committed to the necessary upgrades and customer focus.. wish i could give them 5 more stars

The worker tried to con me out of money for detergent. He filled a grain bottle with water and then tried to sell it for 8$ then tried to sell us a small box of tide half empty for a dollar

Usually, decent service. Have keep of your clothes. But, like Cosette Hampton. My son and I was pouring detergent in the washer and the employee just walked up and changed the washer setting without asking. Be mindful. Go there as a last resort. When personal washer, dryer or washing sink is out of order.

Actually closes at 11pm. Door was locked at 10:45pm. Staff clicked “cold” on my washer in an effort to help me, saying that the “hot” water setting doesn’t give enough water, but he didn’t even ask me before he clicked it. I have a washer and dryer at home, the whole point of me coming here was for a larger washer and hot dryer.

I always go there with my big comforters because I dont want to put it in my washing machine and every time I go is very well lit and is very clean and its been a lot of people that come in there and so its a lot of business that comes in and out of there it shows that its a great place to at you can use to wash your clothes so I do highly recommend this place for people in the area to use

The people that work here are unprofessional and backwards! Don’t have a issue with the machine if it concerns money that’s been placed in because, they won’t believe you!

Ive been to a lot of neighborhood laundromat and I can say this is truly on of the better ones. If I had any issues the staff was able to get them resolved in a timely manner. Thanks for being great!

This place is just horrible. I decided to come after the laundromat i usually go to was closing. The washer had no water in them and the the old guy there was extremely rude to the customers. I explained how there was no water in the machine and he just ignored my complaint. I will NEVER come back to this ghetto infested laundromat! I wish i could give this place 0 stars. The place is hot and flies everywhere. Folding tables were nasty as well. This place cant even offer their patrons a comfortable air conditioned environment.

So this is maybe the third time Ive been here and Ive not had a bad expirience but today my clothes was in the dryer and had a minute to come out. This grown lady comes and takes my cart and I politely say Maam excuse me I need that. Then she rants on about how she works there and its for everyone and I told her my clothes was about to come out and she said Theres more so I told her to take a different one and she refused. She was ghetto and nasty so I guess me being the 21 year old I am, had to be the bigger person to this 40 year old woman and let her keep it because I was not about to argue about something so petty like her. Then the lady who I think runs the store (shes always sitting down) comes up to me and tried to give me a different cart which I appreciated but I thought she shouldve corrected her rude/cheap weaved employee. Then they demand respect. Black lives dont just matter ALL lives matter. They act so disgusting sometimes and expect others to respect them. In order to give respect you must give it. They need new workers she was pathetic. She mustve been hired because she was family or SOMETHING because I dont see a decent store hiring someone so rude.

Small but clean facilities. I usually spend about two hours top here. Use the paid dryers over the free ones. Heat better and get you out quicker.

Thank god I was watching as my money went in the machine. The Speed Queen Big Load stole $2.00 from me and to top it off the guy working here not only seen it for himself, but he also said I would have to come back in the morning the next day so the manager could give me my money back. Now not only was I short on my machine, but I had to call a family member just to drop off $2.00 to me.

Why this place is just OK: Its hot, the machines are questionable, using 2 of the same machines same price and the end time is considerably different. Water just stands in some of the compartments for the softener, if you dont already know oh well and it can get a bit crowded. Anyway, youve got to do laundry some where.

All of the washers and dryers work and the staff is very good personable friendly helpful. It makes my job so much easier to wash my clothes. I highly recommend this laundromat. I have laundry facilities where I live and I still take a cab to come here.I had a horrible experience yesterday there. The old man that works there was awful. The largevwasher didnt easy properly and it was a $9.50 washer. The water wasnt soapy despite me putting 13 caps of gain in the machine.The attendant was rude and sarcastic.My clothes werent clean and I was extremely disappointed because I took an Uber and high expectations of clean clothes. Also there was a mildew smell in the other washer I used.The attendant stared at me the entire time I was there and was extremely annoying.When it came time to dry there were only bottom dryers and #9 didnt work. As I was switching my clothes to another dryer, a couple was furious about the washer I complained about. It wasnt getting any soap and their clothes were still dirty too.Then the attendant put an OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON THE WASHER!! I want my money back!! Then he put a sign on the dryer. But the worst part is that after being flustered to death by having to switch dryers... I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT A BLANKET AND MY DAUGHTER S SCHOOL UNIFORMS! I CANT BELIEVE I TOOK AN UBER AND SPENT $35 ON WASHING AND WASTED MY MONEY! IVE BEEN CALLING THE STORE SINCE LAST NIGHT AN NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!KIRK has been unavailable. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
