Great customer service clean location ..

The detergent and fabric softener holder on the machines are nasty. They got rust and smell moldy. I did my laundry and smelt them after the wash and they smelled so bad. I put 3 scoops of detergent in one and normal amount in the other and they both smell awful

Laundry attendant doesnt understand the concept of money .Ask if she could change dimes for quarters and she said no.Money is Money!The whole time she didnt get up once to clean. Watched her novelas, ate, talked and bought from solicitors.

Its a very clean place even the washroom well at least when I have gone. The biggest washer is 5$ and I think that is very cheap the lady that works there is very nice and help when needed.

My 11-year old brother accidentally spilled some powder detergent when opening a new box. The attendant literally brought him to broom and dustpan for him to clean it up and started yelling at him about cleanliness, without consulting me and without knowing that I had already told him to wait for me to help him clean it. I asked her to stop talking about him because she was being disrespectful and she continued to harass him. I had to remind her that he was a minor before she left us alone. She then spent her time badmouthing us to other customers and angrily stomping by us.A little soap fell to my brother of 12 years. The attendant scolded him and brought a broom to the boy to make him clean it, without talking to me first. He asked him not to talk to him and he continued. I had to remind him that he is minor in the eyes of the law and that she was harassing him if he did not leave him alone. He made a fuss and kept talking about us with the rest of his client.
