I was pleasantly surprised by this Lavandería. The place was very clean, modern, and had nice amenities.- The price was higher than what Im used to, but nothing extreme.- The washers I used said it was a 6 load, but it felt like a 2 load to me, maybe I just have too much stuff?+ I love that they accept credit/debit cards.+ Theres plenty of space to sit, fold, and I could even see some spots where I could work on my laptop if I needed to spend a few hours here.+ Someone outside sells tamales+ Coffee wasnt bad

Wow 🤩 Just a new level of service. By far the best laundromat I have ever come across.I went there on a Tuesday around 11:00 AM, the place was not busy, there was probably 10 people doing laundry but there were plenty of “brand new” Washers and Driers available. The place is immaculate clean and organized, easy to move around the machines, plenty of carts to put your clothes and move from washers to driers and from there to the folding areas, many wide tables to fold your clothes. The lady in charge is very helpful. They have 2 vending machines: one for detergent, bleach, softener and those things and one for soft drinks and snacks just in case you want something to be munching while you wait for your clothes. They have “free WiFi “, TV 📺, free parking, I means what else can you ask... wait they even you’ve couches 🛋. Once you are inside it feels more like a coffee shop except that coffee is COMPLIMENTARY.My new destination when doing big loads of laundry 🧺 and I need to get them done ASAP.

The place is nice and clean. The big curly hair guy is very friendly and funny, You need to have a stage and let him put on a show, you would have a crowd. We be back and will tell my friends

Defenetly not your regular laundromat. It has state of the Art washers and dryers. No need to use the quarters like back in the day, you can simply use a card here. I definitely like that I dont have to drive to my local bank to get cash to do Laundry, I simply use my debit or credit card. What impressed me the most was the employee that works there. He is soooo knowable about every machine and the amount of soap a machine will use. Dont get me wrong Im pretty experienced with using a washing machine but every place is different. I really appreciated that he took the time to show me around. He also keeps the place so clean,very impressive. They got a new customer for life!

The nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. So clean. So many washers and dryers available. The customer service was amazing. I went on a Tuesday around 1pm. She answered my questions and went above and beyond to show me how everything works. It was my first time here and I’m always intimidated by new places, but the employee did a really great job. My only complaint is that there was a customer sitting by the window and she and her significant other kept taking their masks off, despite the mask mandate because of CoVid. I made sure to stay on the opposite side of the room. I know that is not the fault of the business owners but maybe enforce the mask rule if somebody refuses to comply. There are signs all over the place that say masks are required.

Clean and convenient. Credit card payment option available directly on machines... although you can use their card for deals. Plenty of machines available. Was able to wash using 1 medium size washer for $7.75 (smaller ones cost $4.50 and $5.75... and mega ones cost up to $18) and 2 dryers for another $2.Has a detergent, etc. vending machine. Even has a giant machine with built-in detergent and softener if needed. Large parking lot definitely a plus. Helpful attendant; warned me about Sunday crowds. Overall worth the drive.Soda and coffee machines likely off limits due to pandemic? Area bit sketchy to wander out for a walk.

My friend washed her clothes there and this is one of the cleanest laundromat that I have ever seen. The service was good, too. The cost for was and dry is a little more that what I have seen, but totally not a deal breaker.

Very clean, with new washers and dryers. A very nice atmosphere, staff is friendly and helpful and is ALWAYS CLEANING. You need a card to wash and dry its free and you just load it using money or your debit card. Must wear mask!

Just moved into the neighborhood and this is honestly one of the best laundromats I’ve been to. It is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The washers are affordable and big too. I love the calm atmosphere it has . Overall a great experience.

They close at 10pm but you can’t wash a load at 9:00pm

Since moving into Chicagos Little Village neighborhood and patronizing a couple other self-wash laundry facilities I have come to see that Fresh Laundromat is stands alone when it comes to the upkeep of their equipment and common areas for patrons. To their benefit, theyve also incorporated a drop off, pay in advance, dry cleaning service that has never damaged any of my clothing articles; Ive been utilizing the facility for almost 30 months. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This place is one word DOPE! Machines are super easy to use and touch screen. Are you serious a washer that can hold 140lbs of clothes! One and done for those with multiple bags. Dryers are the biggest Ive seen. Affordable prices also.

This is less of a laundromat and more of a wonderful washing experience! I can’t express how nice and pleasant this place is. My friend had been raving about it for a week and insisted i try it. “This may sound silly, but i cant wait to go back to Fresh Laundromat!” I asked if she’d found her neighborhood Cheers, a place where “everybody knows your name”? We laughed, but the moment we walked in the attendants welcomed her and called her by name! Delightful! The machines are state of the art and feature, get this, digital touch screens. Very Star Trek! Plenty of sizes to choose from and everything sparkling clean and new! Can’t recommend enough!

Ive been coming to this location way before it became Fresh Laundromat and I want to say they have made some major improvements. It looks nice and clean, better than what it was before. The seating arrangements are great and the staff are nice and helping.
