Went to get my hair braided a week ago on a Saturday the lady who braided my hair were on the phone all while braiding my hair charge me 220 I lost three to four braids some braids really short I’m the middle of my head my braids sliding out first and last time going there

They braid sooooo slow in this place, I got there at 1:00pm the lady who was braiding my hair was on the phone from the time I sat down until I left just screaming she would not shut up just rude steady stopping yanking my hair didn’t comb it out she dipped the towel and bowling out water and then put it on top of my head I will never go back and she told me 180 Otp and 200 when I got there
