Find another place for your hair replacement needs. One stylist applied my unit crooked, and the other left me bald after her freshly installed unit fell off after four days. (While I was on vacation no less) Management chose to cancel all future appointments rather than fixing the situation. I have been a hairstylist for 35 years. I can tell when a salon and its staff are more concerned with making their numbers ( stylists get bonuses based on sales)than providing quality work and customer service. Very disappointing.

She is professional, thorough and actually cares about how you look when you leave. She makes my hair, as well as the hair of the other of her clients I have seen, look amazingly natural. I can’t thank Lori at Hairline Creations enough. She carefully explained the various options, and the installation process. My system was expertly placed and stylishly finished. Lori went above and beyond by answering my questions outside of office hours, which included how to maintain and style the piece. I now have a fantastic full head of hair that looks great and is completely undetectable, even after I’ve asked many strangers if they could tell. So where can we start? This place is amazing, I decided to give this a shot this past February and its been an interesting ride. Recently I was introduced to Corrine and got even more surprised than the first time. Its a learning process, it does boost up you confidence and it takes 5 years off automatically lol I really dont think is for everyone but I would definitely recommend you to give it a shot. Who knows, you might end up loving it. I would also like to point out that this place has one of the friendliest teams in the city with Liz being on top of her game 24/7! Such a lovely person.

Horrible experience. First had to wait over an hour when I was on time for my appointment. Then they took an additional hour for a quick procedure. Worst of all they destroyed the piece I had and then bonded it backwards. I had to go pay another company to fix their mistake. They are unapologetic and just inconsiderate people.

Seen them do alot of good work w/hair, yeh its amazing, & very good stylists with superb skills..
