I was recommended by a friend to come here to get a wig before I start chemotherapy. My mood and outlook on this process has completely changed due to the fact that they created me a wig that looks almost identical to my hair. It took a while to receive but I am forever grateful. Okay, so I received a wig from this store -House of Wigs Chicago- for Christmas. I am leaving this review at the end of May. I have worn it every single day since Christmas Eve (although I take it off at night). It is begins quality . I have alopecia so it means the world to me that I found a wig that is Comfortable, Quality and most important very realistic .

Their Wigs made my “expensive high-quality” wigs look like Halloween wigs. Just perfect

Ordered a custom wig from them 10 days ago and I went to pick it up today and OMGGGGGGGGGG. I am completely in love. It is so perfect and exactly what I asked for. They did an outstanding job matching the color to the photos I sent in. The wig looks extremely natural. It is beyond realistic and the hair is soft bouncy and beautiful. I finally feel confident again. They have a customer for life!!!!

I visited House of Wigs Saturday with very very low expectations. I only went because a friend had made all the arrangements beforehand and I would have the opportunity to say I told you so when I said they would never have a wig for a woman of color. But as much as I hate to admit it my friend was so right about the House of Wigs and I could not have been more wrong. I would just like to save that this wig boutique saved my life. I purchased a wig to wear at my wedding. Thanks to House of Wigs I have the most Beautiful wedding photos! My hair made the entire look! The sylist styled the wig the night before my wedding. I was able to sleep wild and comfortable. The next day i put the wig on and was instantly ready to get married after makeup. I SAVED SO MUCH TIME AND LOOKED BEEAUTIFUL! (by the way...Im still wearing my wig months later)

No one believed me when I told them this is not my real hair. This is because the scalp looks perfect and extremly realistic. I am so happy with my purchases and I will be buying more. I literally put the wig on my head, cut the lace and left the store headed straight to dinner. You do not need a hairstylist if you buy a wig from them because they have done everything to the wigs to make it flawless. The quality of the wigs are exceptional and I dont mind paying premium prices for perfection. I dont normally write reviews however the constant quality of the wigs along with the excellect customer service is something I wanted to share with others. I have recommended these wigs to friends and family and we are all happy with our purchases.

This is the place to go for every and any woman! There are so many different styles, looks and if you dont find what you are looking for ( rare) they will custom make you a wig! I was hesitant about the wig lifestyle lol, because of the stigma behind wigs. But let me tell you this wigs are out of this world. I went in took a pic of a blond wig i tried on called the Kate, sent a pic to my boyfriend and later that day he bought it! I love my wig and I came from wearing tape ins. I am having sich a blast being a blonde. I also am pleasantly surprised at the wig being platinum blonde, there is no shedding and it has been a month. Of course you have to take care of it like you own hair because it is REAl hair. I HIGHLY recommend to just come in the store and see for yourself, just even for curiosity like I did. You might come out a sexier, confident new woman! THANKS HOUSE OF WIGS!
