Best place for Brazilian wax. Have been going for a couple years. She is fast, which doesnt prolong the pain, thorough, and very clean. Excellent availability: she is quick to book, always on time, available later for those who work during the day, has some weekend availability too. Very friendly, cares a lot for her clients.

I came to Natalia because my sister bought a groupon. Cute, clean place, professional and she puts you at ease. I had stopped waxing for a while because of the pain, but by the 2nd time with her, it was so much better! Bonus! I also found a great hair colorist while waiting for my appt. Tanya was great and affordable and will be back to see them both!

Natalia is professional, skilled and gets right to business. It is quick which to me is the best Brazilian. She explains details if I ever have questions and I trust her knowledge. I visited this place a month ago and by this being my very first time I didnt know the procedure for receiving a Brazilian wax. When I first called I made an appointment for the very same day I drove 40 minutes from where I live because of the great ratings. When I arrived I was asked when was the last time I shaved and I told her 5-6 days ago she then proceeded to tell me it has to be 2-3 weeks without shaving which I believe she shouldve told me that in the initial conversation nor was it in fine print. I was told that its common sense not to shave. How would it be if you never received this kind of service before??? So because I already had purchased the Groupon I decided to still try this place out today which is a month later from when I first went. So everything went ok until she basically rushed me out because another client was waiting. She ask me to pull up my Groupon and as doing so I was trying to ask her a question in the midst of pulling it up and showing it to her she rudely interrupted me and told me to show her the Groupon as if I wasnt already doing so and just handed me a list of prices and then continued to her next client. Ill definitely be trying another place.
