I have been going here for years love the service! My sister has tight curly hair can not find anyone who can layer and cut her hair any recommendations would be great with long curly hair would be appreciated

Everything about my experience here was easy. I was in and out within 20 minutes without an appointment. To top it off look at my brows!!!!

I got an underarm wax and a Brazilian wax. The lady who performed my services was very unprofessional. She talked on her phone from the time I walked in the door, throughout my services, and while ringing me out. She was still on the phone wheen I left. My Brazilian was not done well. She drew blood. I could feel stubble the next day. When I previously got a Brazilian from somewhere else, I was completely smooth for over a week.

Good place, we always get our eyebrows done with the owner. Shes the best!

They do an ok job with eyebrows however, the body waxing wasnt good at all. They use cheap wax and there were still patches of hair left behind. Ive been to other places and the wax left a smooth sleek feeling. This place does not leave a smooth clean feeling.

I got my Brazilian front and back and it was amazing. My first time getting a Brazilian and they were very nice and quick. The pain wasn’t as bad as I expected. I would recommend.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and told the lady that. I have never endured more pain in my life. My tattoo hurt less than that wax. I could not wait for it to be over. They would really have somebody else do Brazilian waxes especially for it being my first time.

First time I went there they did an awesome job! I decided to purchase the $50 gift card. Went for the 2nd time the lady not the owner was there by herself. Had a customer in the wax room who sounded to be frustrated and was rushing to finish me. I went for full face. She was so rough I stopped her and told her, “you’re rushing on my eyebrows. I don’t want you to mess them up. I see your busy I’ll come back tomorrow.” She said oh okay and let me go. I went the following day, the owner was there and she said oh yeah she called me. Proceeds to do my upper lip, I asked her about my brows. She replies oh she did them yesterday. I showed her and asked her if it looked like she did? I had a lot of hair. Then I see the sign that says if you purchase gift card free brows. She said okay charged me $28 with free brows. Because she had to charge everything separate. She could have told me it would be better to pay $27 with no free brows. She did a not so good job. Well I had $23 dollar left on the card. I was not gonna let that go to waste.Decided to go today. I got the helper, horrible job. I asked for full face. Ask me if I want chin? But that’s included!! She says forehead and chin are not included. Owner then jumps in and says it is. Okay well I asked for full face, yes I want chin! I still decided to give her $2 tip. She didn’t deserve it tho. I still had hair on my cheeks. Definitely won’t be going back. And not referring anyone to them. Seva eyebrows in Chicago ridge mall. Ask for Nina. Thee best. Have not found anyone better then them!

Went here because nails shops elsewhere were full & over crowded so to my surprise this location was empty they got me in and out reasonable prices..I received lash strips...The strips held on for a day...loosened next day.Friendly servicer.

Don’t go here if u got thick eyebrows the first time I went she took a whole piece off then I had to go back last minute and she did not shape them right or even I told her again she didn’t make a difference and wax she don’t kno how to she left hair everywhere she had to go over with thread after I told her

Went for a full body wax and everything seemed to have been going well but she would stop Im between and go to help others so it took way longer. She was tipped casb by a customer and didnt change her gloves. She then dropped the waxing strip picked it up and continued waxing me. The floor was dirty and with covid super unsanitary. I pointed out I still had some hair on my legs and they didnt care to fix it. For $100 its unacceptable. Wont be back here for sure.

Wouldn’t waste my time coming here the lady was rough and they use soft wax for Brazilian which was weird knowing soft wax is harsh on the skin and is usually used for larger areas.

I am normally quite pleased, but today I see why others have discontinued supporting their business. The ladies are always seemingly nice but the work is inconsistent between operators and when the work is bad, it is really bad. When I left today, the skin under one brow had been cut and the eyebrows didn’t look professionally threaded at all. They were lopsided and the shape was not crisp. In addition, my skin was too irritated to receive tinting afterward which might have helped cover up the botched job.I would have asked that the brows be repaired but as the picture shows, the left is so low that I couldn’t do anything but wait for them to grow back. In addition, when I mentioned that the brows didnt look right, the young lady who had threaded them said that the brows looked the same to her.I just paid and left. I can no longer recommend them. They are very close to my home but the convenience is not worth the discomfort, their apathy or the feeling that you don’t look your best.They are also unconcerned with any of the feedback which is evident by the canned response to all of the reviews.

What a disappointment. Not only are my eyebrows mismatched in terms of their arches, and the dye was placed way outside my eyebrows lines, but I was asked to pay for service I repeatedly said I am not happy for. What terrible customer service-as a manager I’d be offering free services and adjustments to make the customer happy and not charging today. I will not return.

Guess I should have read the lash reviews. Very bad the lady tried her best and she just couldnt do them. Woke up the next morning with lashes already coming off :( . I would have rather her told me she didnt know how to do lashes. Another indicator was that they will not do a refund for lashes but rather give you 24 hours to COME BACK IN and get a set done over . Overall will never be back.

I went to Preet Beauties on 111th st. about a year ago. I got individual eye lash installed. I wasnt pleased with the estasics. It was mucky and it pierced my eyelids after a day. I used baby oil to get it out. And then after that my eyes started being real watery and irritated. I went to the shop for a full refund the next day. They wouldnt give me one but said that they would give me half off next service I declined. So, I started using eye drops after that I tried Renu, and various other eye products to sooth my eye irration. I bought paper fans to fan my eyes. I developed grayish stringy mucus in the bottom lids of eyes. My eyes would burn I wore sun glasses because my eyes were sensitive to light. So I made an appointment to UI center Eye Ears and Throat Doctor on West Side. They told me to use warm towels on my eyes THAT DID NOT HELP! So I went to two appointments to see if they could help to no adveal they didnt help. So I made an appointment with my physician Dr.. Farooq Muhammad at Advocate on 98th Western, he prescribed me ERYTHROMYCIN OPHTHALMIC OINTMENT, USP 0.5% (Sterile). Things have turned out good for me now thank God. It was a long year of anguish after I stepped into that shop. I am healed now. My eyelashes even grew back after being bald from all that. Thank you God I was suffering. I dont know about the eyebrow work they do there though alot of women that go in there that I talk to that went to Preet on 111th say they only get eyebrows done there. But the woman that installed them eyelashes on me did a real dis-service to me. That is all I have to say about it.

I was long overdue for some eyebrow love, and this salon just opened near my work, so I figured that I would try it out. I am really happy that I did, because this place is a hidden gem! :)The salon is clean and cute, and the owner is so friendly and sweet. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and you can tell that the owner is professional and has passion for her business.I was actually under the impression that they did eyebrow waxing, but it is actually threading. To be totally honest, I am not usually a fan of eyebrow threading - but the owner was FAST, it didnt hurt nearly as much as when I have been threaded by other people in the past, and the shape of my eyebrows look great! She kept them thick and a natural shape - just cleaned up and enhanced.Eyebrows are $6 (cash only) on Mondays and Tuesdays, or $8 with a card or on other days. This is a great deal! I will return in the future for my eyebrows and to try some other services.

Great Work!!! My eyebrows are naturally thin and not many people are successful with shaping them and not making them look extremely thin. Khushi at the Kedsie location did an awesome job in less than a few minutes. Ive never been so impressed with my ebrows shape and thickness in a fraction of time. Got my eye lashes down. Lady glued my lashes together and had to separate it. Blew her breathe on my face to dry it. And after showering they have fallen off. Dont waste the money. 🙄

Very unhappy with my experience, you cant even tell that my brows were threaded and when she did the tent it was very visible on my face and didn’t not look good or neat. I had her take it back off because it just didn’t look good at all. Tried to charge me $18 for a service that was taken off. She also took the tail off my brows. I was very unhappy with the quality of work. Glad others had a good experience. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get them done again

Had a Brazilian done here by Khushi. Great prices: ($45) for a Brazilian + free eyebrow threading. It was my first time and I was afraid it would be awful but Khushi was fantastic, she made the experience three times as quick and half as painful as I expected and that was a really nice surprise. In and out with wax and threading in 25 minutes. They take walk ins as well and werent super crowded. 5/5 would recommend.
