I absolutely love the classes at Chi50. The instructors are so kind, positive and motivating and the atmosphere is just as good. In 50 minutes you get a challenging full-body workout that makes you feel incredible when youre done. Ive been going to Chi50 for a little over 2 months and already feel so much stronger than before I started. Highly recommend!
This place will actually change your life. Its the perfect mix of challenging, strength building, and supportive. Each instructor is different but excellent, kind, and they offer really helpful feedback to make the most of the time or modify if you want. If youre considering going to Chi50, DO IT!
Seriously, an amazing workout. As a someone who typically goes for higher intensity type classes, I’m so glad I joined my friend for a class. I was hooked! The workouts keep me humble and push me to hold the moves longer and deeper. Bonus - I’ve never had better obliques!

Addicted to classes at Chi50. Ive been going to the Bucktown studio for 6 months now. I have been so happy with all of the teachers and love the space. As a mama of 2 toddlers, I currently have very limited time to workout and I feel like this is the best option to really get an intense workout in 50 mins. Highly recommend if you think barre, yoga and piltes are a little slow for you and you want the extra kick!!
Amazing studio and instructors! Very challenging workout in the best way. I have attended class consistently for about a year and still get sore every time! Highly recommend CHI50 if you want quality classes and results!
If youre not a runner (like me) but still looking for a class that will give you a great full body workout without the crazy cardio, look no further! Its challenging but definitely worth it. Love this place!
I love this studio. The teachers are all friendly and positive. The workouts are excellent. The studio is cute, bright, and clean. Usually at a gym I have one or two teachers I like. Here I like ALL of the teachers.I attended class while I was pregnant and was there the day I went into labor at 40 weeks. I never felt like I was going to hurt myself during class. The moves are purposely slow and the teachers always provide ways to modify the exercises to challenge anyone from beginners to advanced. Chi 50 is the best place to work out!

I genuinely believe this is the best Pilates studio in the city - and Im fairly certain I have tried them all. It isnt just the classes, which can be as intense as youd like them to be (definitely geared toward the more experienced, but as with any class, you can adjust to your ability and mood). Its also the encouraging instructors, who kindly correct and push you to do better. Its also the bright environment which is nice on a winter day, and the cleanliness which shouldnt be underestimated. Glad I found you guys!
Amazing workout! You will have sore muscles that you didnt even know you had! The staff is all friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking to strengthen your core and change up from your usual workout routine.
Great for working with and healing chronic back pain. Pilates at CHI50 has genuinely changed my life. Its less expensive than physical therapy, and was just as effective for me. Just make sure to tell the instructors what you are working with so they can make necessary modifications!
Wonderful studio space and one of the best full body workouts you can get!
