Its a shipping agency as well as an agency for sending money to another country via Intermex, mainly to Nigeria. Its a very small office but the staff gets the job done fast once its opened for the day. A downside was my experience of the office not opening on time for business and I had to wait for a while before it was opened to transact business.

The service is ridiculous. Last year, I came in and the customer representative was on the phone throughout our entire interaction. This year, I came in at 6:30PM hoping to ship to Nigeria after work. They refused me service claiming that they close at 6:00pm meanwhile their website said 7pm. I was Speaking to the attendant through a glass, he wouldn’t even come out to speak to us.

They are good but I had a bad experience one day, I called them on phone that I might be a little bit late, that I wanted to know if I would be allowed to come in, they said that I should come, I got there around 6:05pm, they didnt allow me in, they didnt even come to the door, I almost cried, they need committed staff

These people are bunch of thieves and scammers, i sent 4 boxes full of laptops and cameras worth over 4m naira. They stole most of the laptops(the rest were broken too and all the cameras then put a gym dumbbells in the boxes.

VERY UNRELIABLE. Sent some equipments through them to Nigeria since June. They kept it and charged us for storage this was after we followed up in September when we didnt see our stuff. Paid for the charges and our equipments still havent left their office. Its one excuse or another. Customer service staff acting very distracted and doesnt even know how to get us information on our equipments.
