Arrive gate, must have appointment number, they give a door and ask slide tandem back. Youll needed! not much room to back in. Go to door 17 and check in. Pretty fast unloading, five stars for that

Arrived for a 16:00 appointment at 13:30, out the gate at 14:15. Swift Ship/Receive department. They give you a pager, which buzzes 5 minutes after loading.

Fast loading, friendly staff. No overnight parking, unless you go to the K-mart store ( which is like 2 miles down )

STUPID GATE.. FOR CHECKING IN.. SLOWLLL LOADING.. COUPLE HRS AT LEAST.. AND NOW THEY CAME WITH A PAGER TO INFORM YOU ABOUT.. YOUR DOCK THAT IS FINISHED.. AND QUESS WHAT.. ITS NOT WORKING 😂😂😂

Communicative, fast loading, friendly personnel but to back up to the dock is a nightmare...

They wont load you up early only half HR due to ur appt time they dont bother working u in even if theres not alote of trucks or even if they are not busy at all SMH

Not sure why but they take a VERY long time to let trucks thru the gate. If you see 2 trucks waiting, please wait on the street. The last moron tried pulling in behind 2 trucks trying to get in and blocked both of the westbound lanes on 73rd Street for 20 minutes

I come here pretty regularly, always nice, always quick to load. Docking is a bit of a nightmare if youre not in a daycab but doable.

Delivery of a full load, in and out in 1 hour. Respectful shipping/receiving guy. Backing is tight if other trucks are present, so can take some time.

Won’t Give Service To Drivers that are not wearing Masks But Employees are not wearing any.

Arrived 2 hours before my appointment. Waited at the gate for 3 hours then loading took about 4 hours. Wasted my whole day and tight to dock it in. If you want to waste your hours then feel free.

Not a bad place to load. It was quick with no hassles. Just the way a distribution company needs to be with the trucking world. Time is $$$!!!

Horrible company to work with. One thing I can tell you they do not pay their vendors. Be careful if they try to give you any work. You probably will not be paid. They currently owe my company over $3,000.

Drivers make sure you have delivery number upon arrival starts with 19 or 20, they told me at the entrance to leave company even though I came exactly at appointment time and had BOL. I came back when my dispatcher found that number and for my surprise unloading took just 30 mins, not bad...

Cant give them negatives.Arrived just before 2pm .They sent me to wait for an hour next door to the other warehouse. Came back and checked in before 4pm ( 2nd time ). My e log ran out and they allowed me to stay in the property until I regained driving time.

I came earlier than the app time at 9 and they started at 8.40 to unload. At 9.15 I was ready with signed bol in hand

Never again will we ever try to haul for this company..everyone we dealt with was rude not helpful at all..after waiting 4 hours they rejected our trailer... so had no time to get another load in line... dont haul for them!!!

It is impossible to park between the trucks already there.The distance from the nose of the truck and the bolder wall is about 25 feet.

I had brand new trailer n they rejected because of the floor of the trailer was new. They are bogus and trash .

Very slow at loading nice people in the office and they bring your paperwork out to the truck when there done loading you.. not alot of extra room but if you needed to you could park over night.
