The whole day we have been waiting for the 4boxes to be pick up. Gave us time range to come over but ending waiting until the night we need to rest our head. So unprofessionaldue to lack of time coordination with management with its delivery staff ending giving a false ETA during the weekend.

I waited for 20 minutes only to be turned away at the door because the worker had to go to lunch even though I was waiting way before. When I came back it took the worker 40 MINUTES to take care of just one person! Awful experience, horribly long waits. I honestly can’t believe it.

When it co.es to shipping to the Philippines, LBC is the best. Customer service at this location was not too good though.

Their lunch break is from 11am-2:45pm, just a heads up y’all

The man in the office was great he help me with my packages shipped to my fiancé in the Philippines it is much cheaper than the mail and fed ex thank you
