This Company Do blind shipments and consolidating costumers freight. Also are not paying Truck not in use for the carrier not answering phone calls unethical communication.

We did a Pepsi load for them from Urbandale IA to Mesquite TX. The shipper did such a bad job so when the driver got to TX and opened the trailer most of the skids were messed up and the receiver refused to unload. We had to call lumper company so they can restack all the messed up skids. It took the lumper company 8 hours and $450 to do the job. Our rep. at Giltner, Jeff and his supervisor told us that they no going to pay any detention and they even going to cut off those $450 from the rate confirmation because that was a drivers fault. A hard braking event. All persons in the receiving admitted that this was a shippers fault.

All shippers and trucking companies, not DO business with this people they do not pay TONU when they should, very unprofessional and dishonest people, do not use them, and keep your $150 and I make sure we never put another truck under your load.
