My experience at this dentist office was the best. I had never dealt with such friendly staff. I’m a nurse my self and know a lot about customer service. I have 3 kids and all of them needed their 6 month check up and cleaning. I’m bummed I didn’t get anyone’s name because I would name them individually here. When I made the appointment I told the girl I needed 3 separate appointments. Usually when someone needs to make 3 separate appointments you almost instantly see the disappointment in the persons face, some people even get mad… but not the girl that helped me. She helped me with a smile the whole time. She checked the insurance for the kids and even got me in the same day. I made the appointments in person because I live so close so I just decided to go in person. I came back later that afternoon with the kids. Everyone again was so friendly and kind. They even saw us 1 hr before our scheduled time. When we were called back the dental hygienists were so kind to the kids and were so friendly to them. There were 4 of us so they even brought extra chairs for all of us to have a place to sit. The whole time we were there we kept joking with the hygienist and she kept joking back. I didn’t mind being there for so long considering all 3 kids had an appointment. When the dentist came in I was also impressed with his kindness and patience. I also don’t remember his name. My kids hate going to the dentist but they all came out saying it wasn’t bad and for my kids to say that about the dentist… it takes a lot. One of my kids had cavities so they gave me a clear estimate of how much it would cost me and scheduled me to come back because I did not have enough time to get it done the same day. I had an excellent experience from the time I made the appointments to the time I checked out. I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience in this place. I highly recommended and would have given them more stars if I could. Now… it is time for your dentist appointment :) go and make your appointment. Have a blessed day!

I absolutely LOVE this place! My 4 children & myself have the same Dentist & he is absolutely WONDERFUL at what he does. He always accommodates each & every one of us uniquely & is very gentle! The staff is very friendly & most helpful. They always make sure I dont forget my appointments and always reach out to me when its time to make a new one. Making our visits as easy as possible!

Been coming about 5 years now. This place made me feel comfortable from day one. I’ve had fillings, cleanings done, and even a crown here and I never once felt any pain. Slight discomfort but we’re dealing with the mouth here that should be expected. Great staff, the dentists, Ive been with one most of the time but have had two others work on me and never once was I bothered by them being switched, the same level of care was still administered. This place is definitely great at what they do.

Everyone was very friendly and great with my son. No complaints! Yes we waited a while to get seen but I think that is par for the course with any doctor appointment. Definitely will be returning!

I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. But this is by far the best dentist I have ever encountered! Dr. G was made sure I was comfortable, not in pain, very knowledgeable and took his time answering all of my questions and letting me know multiple options I can take for my sensitive tooth. I will definitely be going back.

Would give 5 stars but I arrived on time for my appointment and had to wait in the car over and hour with it started because it was very hot. Even though I arrived on time. I suggest that when patients arrive to they appointment late they should be the ones who wait and not the ppl who arrive on time!

It took over an hour just to be seen by the dentist. I was waiting for 30 minutes in the X-ray room and than 30 minutes in the other room. The only good thing about this place is they let you put whatever you want on the tv in your room. They don’t do a good job at cleaning your teeth either.

My son was so scared to be with a dentist after his first experience he felt so good about going. My son was treated with care & everyone makes you feel welcomed! Thank you!!

Not sure how this place has 4.5. Today I had an appointment at 12 and its now 1:17 and Im still waiting. No updates at all. This isnt the first time either otherwise I wouldnt be even bothering with a review I have a job interview at 4 and looks like I wont make it. Here I am for the next appointment waiting an hour in the waiting room its obvious they are over scheduling because this happens everytime and once again I gave an appointment after this that I gave 3 hour grace period and illl still miss it. This is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Appointments are meant to be withheld not delayed over an hour everything I come here. This will be.my last visit.

I give this office ZERO stars. I work at another dental office and called to have a patients xrays emailed over our office. They told me they couldnt do that without the patient calling to say it is fine or for their email. I understood that and gave them the patients email. They sent him ANOTHER patients xrays. Completely different name and everything! The patient called the office himself telling them to send it to our email. We still have yet to get any of the correct xrays. Stay away from this place.

I moved to Lincolnwood but I still make the trip to Dental Town to see Doctor Jabar, he is so gentle and professional with his work, and will do everything possible to make things go smoothly. My 9yo just had her procedure done on Saturday and she was nervous for the last week or so but Dr J was excellent and now she is not scaredtogotothe dentist anymore. I would recommend him.

They are always super sweet here even down to the receptionists. My dentist is always super respectful and nice he’s very professional and quick.

I had schedule a appointment for me and my son. The staff at the front desk was polite and greeted me and my son when we came in. I am only giving this place a Five Star because of MONICA. Today was my first time coming into this dental clinic and let me say that Monica was so nice and knowledgeable. I told her the reason why I was coming in and to my surprise she knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me a further explanation. The dentist that goes by the name of Ehab G. seemed like he just wanted me in and out of that place. My concerns were dismissed. It looked like he just took a quick glance at my X rays. I had to ask him if I had any cavities because he didn’t even tell me that. More over, he proceeded with cleaning my teeth without even telling me he was going to do so. He kept talking to his assistant about some other patient. I will not be coming back. Monica I want you to know that you are an excellent worker. Keep greeting patients and easing their concerns the way you do. You are simply the best!

Very professional I will not go anywhere else

I went last Thursday worried, concerned and ready to hear I need oral surgery since Ive been told that before about these teeth. The tech was awesome she made me feel comfortable and the dentist took xrays and said he can extract both teeth without an issue same day.... very very very good no unusual pain afterwards professional and had me in and out in under an hr. THIS WILL BE MY GO TO PLACE FROM NOW ON EVEN THOUGH ITS AN HOUR AWAY!

This place is amazing! Every single person I encountered there was super friendly and made me feel like a long-time patient on my first-time visit. From reception to the chair this office made me actually want to get my teeth examined twice a year. The dentist was super knowledgeable and also took the time to explain in detail what was important in regards to my oral health. Five stars and two very big thumbs up.

My profession Dentist( young Arabic guy) looked like he just woke up and got out of bed, It was 12pm. Got my exam for 50 dollars and decided to go somewhere else due to the fact that I didnt trust that place. The prices are super high but the front desk girls were very nice and polite tho. I absolutely love this office. Im generally super anxious in dental and doctors offices, but the staff here are so welcoming that it definitely eases my apprehension! Dr. Chen is wonderful! Shes very gentle and makes even uncomfortable procedures a breeze! You also cant beat the prices!

This office is very professional from the front desk to the assistant all the way to the Doctors. As soon as I walked in Cindy welcomed me and my family in and helped me with the registration process very quickly. I didn’t wait too long before they called me back, the assistant are very polite and answered all my question that I had. Dr Amina is a great dentist, my 1 year old was scared and she helped calmed him down and did his exam and cleaning. My kids really did love this office and we will be returning here for all of our cleaning and exam.

This dental staff at this office is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My family comes to this office . My 8yr old daughter had to get her tooth removed . I was feeling really nerves for her not know how she was going to be when they tried numbing her gums. To my surprise Dr. Chen did such an amazing job she didn’t flinch, jump nor did she cry when she started to numb her. My daughter has never had a bad experience at this dental office. Just to show they really know what they’re doing here. Love Love Love the Dr. and staff here. Highly recommend

While everyone was nice, I cannot get over the fact that I had a 12 pm appointment and wasn’t taken in until 1 pm. I understand short wait times of 15 min and even 30 min due to COVID-19, but 1 hour is excessive. Disappointed.

I have been coming here for the past 2 yrs and have seen many of their dentist ..I have had no complaints ! They have a great staff and feel very comfortable coming here. They also work with you if you need a payment plan, the work place is clean and the bathroom is also.I always recommend them to my friends and coworkers.

I have a great fear of going to the dentist. I need a lot of work and when I visited Dental Town the first time the staff and dentist were very concerned after I explained my fears. The dentist and assistant spoke to me and reassured me that everything would be okay. The fear of a dental procedure is there however they make me feel comfortable. Very nice environment and clean office. I’m paranoid if I go to a place and its not clean. I brought my daughter here and she felt very comfortable getting the work she needed done as well. I referred a couple family members they were very pleased with the service. From working with the public, I know that pleased customers are a priority.

I have to say this is a great place to go if you need work done on your teeth!! They make you feel welcome from right when you walk in. Then once you get in and see the doctor they are kind and very friendly explaining everything they do. Really puts you at ease if you dont like going to the dentist like I do. Once they took all the x-rays they come in and explain all work that needs to be done as well as the cost of the procedure that needs to be done. They really care about you and not about making a buck!! Once they start the work they talk with you thru the whole thing as they work . I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never had such great service anywhere else like I did here thank you Dental Town you guys are the best!!!

I been going to this dentist that pass two years. I must say when. I entered the dentist the staff greatied you with a warm and pleasant attitude. I just came in for my annual cleaning and as always warm smile just as my teeth are sparkling clean. I must say thanks to the pardonthris who to his time to explain everything things when it came to my procedure thoroughly. This is the type of dentist. I would recommend to anyone. I must say the work with you on payment plan because they they know the importance of your smile .

Dr.Chen is an amazing dentist.I grew up with very bad dental experiences and carried those feelings into my adult years. I woke up one day with a terrible toothache went into her office for the first time and her staff treated me like id been a patient there always,then Dr.Chen also helped me relax, she is so kind and patient .I feel so fortunate to have found her office.

I have taken my mother to Dental Town multiple times this year and each office visit is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Chen, and everyone from the front desk staff to the dental hygienists’ are simply fantastic; not to mention patient, helpful, and empathetic. One of the dental hygienist even held my mother’s hand (on more than occasion), during her dental procedures. This is the epitome of what dental healthcare should be and what is should be modeled after, if one is striving to provide the best care for their patient population.There is no ‘dental shaming’ here and Dr. Chen is there is help and serve as a guide to what types of services YOU want done. I highly encourage everyone to come to this dental office, even if you feel like you just want a second opinion about your dental care.

This dentist is a butcher,and a fraud if I had better Insurance then Medicaid maybe he would have helped instead of messing me up! Drilling to deep on a filling and I went back a week or 2 later with pain asked to fix it he said he can only crown and I would have to pay over a 1,000.00 Dollars!! it, a tooth I had no problem with before he deside I needed it .so Tues I had no choice but to pull it and Him to charge my Insurance company that is fraud! He also was rushing trying to to hurry and serve many people at once, and I think that is unprofessional..

Horrible I scheduled an appointment yesterday for 3pm no call back they were closed and never called to reschedule.

Ive gone to other dental offices but even since switching to Dental Town I really enjoy the service. Also the quality of work is great and the staff is very friendly not to say that even when changing my appointment last minute they have spots available all the time which I enjoy. I have procedures done other places ( dental dreams) and always had problems or pain right after, so far its been a week since my procedure and nothing hurts and im glad. I strongly recommend this place

My experience at Dental Town Belmont has been great!! The receptionist there are so nice and helpful. They really care about their patients. I just got a temporary crown done by Dr. Yusuf with the help of his assistant Christian and they were so patient and caring. Really helped me feel comfortable. The worst dental office to go too, told them I was in pain and they shaved down the wrong tooth and did a large filling and had me in worst pain. Had to go to a different dental office where they did the correct job. Disappointed❗

I broke a tooth and was in severe pain. From the very first walk in visit ALL the staff made me feel comfortable!I have always had a horrible fear of dentists and everything about going to the dentist.Dr. Mohammad and his staff gently and compassionately walked me through every process. He took the time to calm me down and focus on breathing and the shots were almost painless.I have found my forever dentist at dental town!!!The staff, Jessica, Samantha, every assistant has been kind and polite and always smiling. I absolutely love this place!!! I have atrocious teeth and was embarrassed to go in because of that. However, upon experiencing a massive toothache, I called and scheduled an appointment. Dr. Chen is absolutely amazing! She truly cares for her patients and tries her best to save your tooth if she can. I got my right molar extracted by her and she has the hands of an angel! No pain and no problems! The front staff are absolutely amazing and very respecful! They help you in any way they can. I have recommended my sister to this place and Dr. Chen. Hello Staff!Just wanted to write and tell you that I am beyond grateful for your services at Dental Town. I have been suffering with a tooth infection for a few months only treating it with antibiotics due to the expense. It came to a point where it was unbearable and the lovely staff member Ms. Gloria recommended I come see Dr. Chen for some help. She assured me that I would be happy with the end result. I was extremely nervous about being in pain and feeling the extraction that I couldn’t put off any longer.I am so happy to say that I did not feel one bit of pain! Dr. Chen was very gentle and constantly asked me if I was alright during BOTH extractions and it was over before I knew it.I just wanted to thank staff, especially Gloria for the recommendation- I’d still be in pain and miserable without her!I also want to thank Dr. Chen for her work and the future plan for oral care that she has arranged.Over all I am very grateful!
