Called on a Saturday morning came in 1 hour later a hour after that I was getting my tooth pulled. They were the only dentist that could take me, and they accepted my insurance! I actually had two pulled when I came in for one 😊. They were very polite and professional. Do not let the outside fool you... it’s very clean once you come in.

I did my oral surgery here to take my inpacted wisdom tooth. The dentist did a great job! Im very happy that she took it out since I had a hard time finding another dentist to do it as soon as I want it.

If I could give this office zero stars, I sincerely would. For simple cleanings, they’ve done great. However, I don’t think there’s a way to mess up with something so routine.When I made the decision to have two wisdom teeth extracted, they insisted I only get local anesthetic and when my mom called to ask if they were able to do general instead, they responded with “that’s what kids want because they watch YouTube and see all those videos of people after general anesthetic.” (I was 20 years old at the time and had undergone surgery with local anesthetic and was traumatized- NOT a kid.) The day of, I had to ask for more anesthetic twice since I could still feel them pressing on my gums. After, they did not schedule a post-op check-up or provided information as to how to care for my wounds; Google was better at this part. About 4 days after, I had developed a dry socket which gave me intense pain that woke me every day and called for me to take 800 mg ibuprofen every 4 hours as opposed to the recommended 6. I called the office to schedule an appointment for them to check on the healing and for a refill on my prescription and the receptionists were anything BUT helpful. Instead of trying to investigate how to help over the phone and be sympathetic they simply said “well that’s supposed to happen.” Once I went in and had it checked, the apathetic nature continued.I compare this service with the service my sister had when she only had one wisdom tooth extracted. She was given the option of getting put under and scheduled to go back in the day of her surgery. This was at Armitage Oral Surgery. Highly recommend going there instead.

Had a appointment at 2 it’s now 3:20 and I’m still sitting here waiting people still walking in smh I will not come back here after today this is ridiculous and nobody comes to update you about how much longer it will be to be seen . Just unprofessional I’m over it !!!

I had a great experience at this place Ive been suffering from severe tooth pain and i went to another dentist office based on there good reviews online but they wanted to charge me over seven thousand dollars for root canals and crown lengthening and crowns needless to say i walked out of that place still in pain and discouraged about whether i was gonna be able to get the root canal i needed to make the pain in my tooth go away well Im glad i found dental shine because the dentist was very kind and broke everything down and i felt comfortable the whole time and didbt feel like. He was just tryimg to make money off me in fact he quoted me a great price for a root canal and i feel so relieved that im gonna be able to afford to get this procedure need done Thank you

Been going to Dr. Frahd for years and love his patience and work...the office staff are TERRIBLE though! He really needs to bring in professional staff that actually work! Theres always something..they didnt verify, they dont know why Im going in! I EVEN HAVE TO CALL them after every appointment. DO NOT TRUST WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL YOU! Terrible service! Dentist really deserves 5 stars but his team :(

I was there on December 23 he was very friendly and patient with me because of course I was afraid of getting my tooth pulled. But I didnt feel nothing. Im going back and Im taken my daughters with me to get they teeth checked out. Hes going to be our new dentist

That dr. needs more compassion and patience. He should make the person feel secure and safe with a good personality instead of the feel of...ok lets get you in and out. People are afraid of dentist for a reason! Also that dr. should find ways use (lightbulb) to make a child be comfortable and be less scared. I witness it a boy was screaming and crying and when his mom told him to tell the dr. thank you. The dr. did not even bother to look up and wave, he just nodded and look at damn computer. and for new patients who are coming in BEWARE the stupid about and Confusing paperwork. It was bad that many i left blank. Youll see. Lastly, really needs to upgrade the look of the office. Never going back.

It was a regular cleaning for my childs visit,, it wasnt what i expected the dentist to do on my childs teeth,, he did a( prophylaxis) if you dont know what it it is please google it because it on all school forms. . im NO dentist but this procedure shouldnt be done to children because what the dentist did is he polished my childs teeth with a metal tool it looks similar, to the ones a nail salon would use on your nail to give it a shape after you had done your nails its much smaller and thinner but its metal. well this dentist did it to my childs teeth and it damged the enamel on her teeth,, enamel you know the shiny part of the teeth which protecst your teeth from cavities. it made my childs teeth feeling chalky in the inner part of the teeth,, and outer teeth, even the front teeth . even the molars . I believe the dentist is in it for the money only when it comes to this procedure thats unnecessary for children. He has no work ethic he polished my childs teeth and by polishing it with a metal tool he very well knows damages the teeth .( This was suppose to be a regular cleaning when they just clean it with pink paste and just brush it with rubbery utensil but it wasnt so . And another thing the receptionist o my goodness she is so unrespectful i was speaking to her she ignored me for a couple seconds, like if i was bothering her . She is not not welcoming at all. I have gone here for a while and she has always been unwelcoming . Its like shes bothered all the time shes never friendly in any way either to the children nor adults . Never a goodbye thank you for coming nothing . I believe if you are working in a place where people come in and out everyday the least she can do is making people feel welcomed . Always has an unwelcomed face . well hope this help in finding a dentist . this was my childs experience and im sure not going for another cleaning for my child ever again.

Infected my mothers tooth, horrible.

A month ago I went to cover my tooth, and it lasted 2 weeks with pain and I would not stop it. I came back again, and they did not help me until I had to go to another dentist and they told me that the dentist hurt me. Nerve, now I have to pay again because they did not help me at all, the receptionists whenever I go are eating and eating instead of being nice !!!
