I will recommend the work to anyone to a couple of maps to repair and Ron was quick In repairing them in a week would take all of my equipment to him any time

They repaired a Sharp under counter drawer microwave for me at a fraction of the replacement cost. Work was done the next day and was reasonably priced. Communication was great. Couldn’t ask for more!

Brought my microwave there under the warranty and they said they would not repair it because it was dirty from cooking food. Said it was abused.

Completely incompetent business. Broken vacuum under warranty was delivered by UPS to this shop on May 22. I have called on June 9 to find out whats going on as no feedback was received. Was told that it would ship fixed back in a few days (my prepaid label was provided!). I left on vacation, came back expecting a package already delivered back. On July 6 still nothing even though I have left 2 voice mails inquiring on the status! Complained to Panasonic directly, within a day Panasonic CS confirmed that the shop is sending the unit finally back. June 8, seven weeks later, a fixed vacuum arrives, but still no response from the shop. Pathetic service. Panasonic should fire these guys and take them off the list of authorized service providers.
