After using another company for over 20 years they were lacking in their appreciation of our business. After trying Square (which was a disaster) we settled on Payline Data.We were up and running in less than an hour and its been nothing but a pleasant experience since.Your processor is your money gateway and its can be hard to find the right one. Easy to use, very good rates and nothing but positive interactions.Very pleased indeed.

Many businesses are competitive these days in regards to products, pricing, and features. Few are focused, or sometimes even care, about the quality of their customer service. Its unfortunate that we have seen such a huge decline in customer service. Fortunately, Payline Data bucks this trend, and I have been exceptionally happy with the service I have received from their representative Andy Roth and the overall support of their product.

In terms of a payment processing business, Payline has by far the best costumer service team I’ve ever worked with. It’s actually a real person that picks up the phone when you call! I have dealt with Mike Abramovic since day one with my experience with Payline Data. I cannot say enough for his incredible responsiveness and assistance with any and all issues I have had. My issues have been more related to my learning curve of using credit card services but he has assisted every step with extremely fast response time. The Payline rates are the best I’ve found in researching 5-6 companies and fit my business perfectly. Excellent. Mike was knowledgeable and a great teacher. Very patient with me on my complimentary session, to understand the program used for my mobile terminal. There was a problem due to my error and when he figured it out just went on and fixed it without saying a word. What a pleasant experience. I can always call my sales rep with my question and Andy will either solve it or get me the right assistance. Way to go.

My experience with Payline hasnt been perfect, but its been close enough for me to give them 5 stars. Ive been working with Mike Abramovic, who is an excellent contact for the company. He solves problems and gets the right department involved when theres an issue.If you understand interchange plus pricing youll see that Payline has one of the better rates out there. And in my experience the price we were quoted and what we got have matched. Also, I love their system for storing transactions - they are stored on a secure online database where you can not only see the transaction date, amount, the cardholders name, but you can re-run or refund the transaction if needed. For us this has been a game-changer, so we have not only saved money on fees, but saved substantial time also.Payline probably isnt for everyone, but especially if you have a medical or dental office, or any office that has patients, this is the company I would highly recommend.

We have used Payline Data at our bookstore (Unabridged Books) just a little over 2 years now and could not be happier. They have very competitive rates and with a business over 1M in sales it is so important to keep the CC rate low. What really makes them shine is their customer service. Our account rep Buffy is absolutely amazing and has been there for us anytime we have had issues. We had a few snags getting setup and Buffy got it all corrected in a snap and to us its how a company responds when there are issues that sets it apart from the rest. They are a local company and we highly recommend them. I did a LOT of research and they are always ranked at the top. We have been in business 37 years.

I bought the interchange plus sales pitch but ended up 3.9% over the term of a year. If you are new, this is really bad. I called to cancel the account and they proceeded with the upsell and I politely passed, then put me on hold for 15 minutes, then finally came back said they someone would call me back later to process the cancellation. The last thing you want to do after offering poor service and screwing a customer on a rate is tell them they cant cancel their account without waiting for a callback from a closer. You can get 2.9% from stripe, why would anyone sign with paylinedata and lose an entire percent? Sadly, I did.

Payline Data was fantastic. I used to process directly through Quickbooks and always have when I set up that software. Payline not only saved me a fortune on my credit card bills, but also helped me set up automatic check deposits and also integrated into Quickbooks so I dont have to use another system. Amazing!

I typically do not write testimonials, not because I am too lazy…but I just very seldom feel the irresistible desire to put my thoughts on paper for the rest of the world to see; or encourage someone to take a leap of faith to experience the same type of service I know exists! I recall once, having the most delicious meal of my life; at the time it felt strange asking to speak to the chef, but I was overwhelmed with satisfaction, and he needed to know!!Dealing with Ryan Abramovic at Payline has me just as satisfied and I feel just as strongly that he, and others, should know about the service you can have with Payline!! From the very first moment of contact, Ryan has been amazing to work with! It seems crazy how it all unfolded; Our company had been approached by another cc processing company at a trade show promising they were the best out there to reduce the rates our company was currently paying; however, everything about it felt wrong, pressured, and sketchy. I tried to ignore that gut feeling and proceeded to fill out the merchant application - ultimately…Business is business and I was being shown the thousands of dollars we could be save each month - so what had me so conflicted? I had the application signed and ready to fax over, yet I couldnt get the feeling that I was about to get into the water with sharks!!Our main goal was to find a way to save $$ on our outrageous credit card processing fees, most of which were on our statement in a way that we didn’t even know what we were being billed for! I am glad I took a second to breathe and listen to my gut! In doing so, I found Payline and within minutes, Ryan was there to throw out a life ring and save me from the bloodied waters!From the very first email through the application process and getting our account transferred over, to a few additional questions, Ryan has been amazing!! I truly cannot express enough how fantastic he is or how genuine this company is! I also had the brief pleasure of working with Jake Siebert who took the time to find the right payment gateway for our company, staying on the phone to walk me through the entire process to switch it over!I could probably go on and on, but I think you should take my review for what it is worth and give the guys a call over at Payline. Your customer service is unacceptable. I have been trying to get a problem resolved for a couple of weeks and nobody ever answers your customer service line. Ive left voicemails but nobody has returned my call. I called the sales line to talk to a human, and one of your salespeople is attempting to help me but they are not getting anywhere. I am beyond frustrated.

They charge for each and every thing and have horrible customer service for chargeback/disputes team.when you call the chargeback team they put you hold for 5 minutes and line will disconnect itself in 5 minutes.when you call them back you will stay on line to be connected.
