How the mighty has fallen 🀒No longer the customer-centric company that it started out as. I’ve easily spent more than $600 over the years and seen the quality of the tees drop each time. These are pictures of my most recent purchase with lopsided prints, and of persistent colour stains even after 3 washes from a chocolate sweatshirt. Earlier shipments also had vast teeshirt quality variances so its now pretty much a lucky draw what you get. They’ll send you requests for feedback and inexplicably ignore them even after reminders. No longer, I’m taking my money elsewhere. And you should too - as a designer or a customer. Threadless no longer cares and it shows.

Went here for an open house party. This is a cool place that supports local artists. The night we were there, they had table games right in the office. The office very ecclectic and interesting. There are samples of their best sellers hanging on the wall in the of the office. The t-Shirts are generally inexpensive, not sure of the quality.Best of all, made in Chicago#CityExperts. @Localguides

About a week ago I sent my art to threadless and messaged them about how important my order was. Giving custom made gifts to 11 graduating students that are homeless. These kids are incredible to be able to go beyond their circumstances to obtain success. Well threadless delivered. Every item was beyond perfect....laundry bags, coffee mugs and journals.....all perfectly printed with bright colorful inks......quality of every item.......impeccable. These gifts are going to make 11 people understand how special they are. Becca totally rocks!

First and last time ordering from this business. Paid $22 for 2 day shipping. Package arrived 18 days later. Package was short 1 item with no packing slip, so no way of knowing if and when last item will ever be received and no customer service phone number to contact.

Ordered a few shirts over the years from Threadless. I guess what makes this place so cool is the fact its HQ is very laid back environment, something youd expect skaters to hang out at. And the shirts are easy to order. You can order them online and just pick them up at the warehouse on Madison.Shirt quality is pretty decent. But the biggest draw is they have over hundreds of designs so you can find something pretty easy. And its reasonably priced as well. Most shirts are below $20 bucks or hover right around that area and the website always have sales and mark downs. Best bet to just keep an eye on the website for things.Ive also been to Threadless a few times for their private parties which are always fun. Its like campus/dorm type of party where they usually have comfort food available (food trucks, hot dogs, etc) and a few kegs of beer available for you. Plus they have interactive games like beer pong, ping pong and even a basketball hoop in the back. They generally attract a younger crowd (early 20s) but its always a good time.

Quick shipping, great products. Great deals! And you probably wont run into someone wearing the same shirt as you if you order from here! Their artists make the most unique designs. I highly recommend them!

Threadless is a true pioneer. Their shirts that are designed by their community are amazing and clever. The HQ is fun and so are the staff. Definitely a Chicago success story. This location is the HQ but has a small store area and you can order anything they have from their computers. Staff delivers the shirts immediately to you after a short wait.

Went here for a Google Local event and absolutely loved it. The location is right off Madison and is easy to get to by train, bus, or car and the factory itself has a parking lot to park at as well. Once inside, you are greeted by a friendly doorman and then let into the main factory entrance room. This room was converted for the event and was spacious event to house all the booths and the people who attended. The Threadless were on hand to staff the T-shirt design area but there was not much interaction with them. The interesting part was when a guest wanted to go to the bathroom, he was led into the staff lunch room, past the actual factory floor. I stopped here to get a picture and the scope of how many t shirts they produce really set in here. When I came back, I noticed the shirts hung from the ceiling and was able to get a really good picture here as well. Overall, a great event at a great locale. Not unsafe to leave from at night either.

Artistic AWEZOME describes well what the Threadless stands for and its painted as a graffiti on one of the walls inside. This large warehouse-like area is great for events. Lots of Threadless designs and t-shirt concepts around the place. I attended Google Local event there and got to make my own custom buttons, received a unique Threadless design on Chicago neighborhoods. Free guest parking outside.Very proud that Threadless is Chicago-based.

I used to really LOVE threadless. They always have really great designs and I love the concept-- supporting artists and their designs. I have been getting their shirts since 2009. However, I was really disappointed in the last order-- they changed their shirts to a lower quality t-shirt brand. They used to be really thick, double stitched soft fabric, and now they are much thinner and I dont think they will last as long :( Super bummed. A large part of why me and my guy loved these shirts is the art but also the quality of the actual shirt. It may be time to move on....

I love that Threadless is based in Chicago, and the West Loop to boot! I attended a Chicago Ideas Week session here and was very taken with their corporate culture, passion for design and creative office decor. If you ever get a chance to visit, especially during their annual family reunion, dont pass it up!

Great shirts and cool space. Sadly, when we visited, they were setting up for an event that meant they couldnt sell anything. Not sure if there was a way to know about that by checking online, but it was a bit of a bummer.

Customers beware. Not the same anymore. Just ordered mens tees worth several hundred bucks. Incredibly poor quality of cotton being used. The prints quality is not the same anymore either . Printing is so blotchy. I will be surprised if these long me a season. Not worth the price tag.Compared to a few years ago their tees did last me 3-4 years.Sorry guys no longer wasting money on you.

A Chicago institution if you ask me. Their warehouse HQ is awesome sauce. Being a long time threadless fan (most of shirts are either Threadless tees or various band tees) I love coming out to check this place out whenever there is an event there. Their Threadless family reunions are always amazing every year and so much fun. And Pro Tip if you want to buy a shirt (or shirts) and dont want to pay shipping and handling you can make all your purchases right at the warehouse. Also you will probably run into the models they use for the website, they all work there.

Threadless makes the best t-shirts- I havent seen a design that doesnt make me crack up with laughter. The website is great and all, but when the HQ and warehouse is in my hometown, I make it a point to go visit often. I love that they allow non-threadless people to visit the warehouse and just order shirts in person (during their office hours). And if you order it online and it has a problem, bring it to the warehouse and your problems will most likely be alleviated. Ive also been to a few bashes and parties thrown in their amazing atrium. It is always a great time in that space!

Holy hell. The quality of their shirts is SO BAD in 2018. I used to order from them every couple of years and the stuff was either great or good and i liked supporting artists and getting unique designs. Now, this stuff is on par with iron on decals slapped on a 99cent shirt. Customer service is slow, doesnt listen, and they wont refund anything. They just keep copy pasting the same dialogue about rave reviews of their shirts to me. Im accepting of buyer remorse clauses but the quality is so freaking bad this is just a pure scam now.

I am currently waiting on an order I made on Sep. 3rd. I received a message saying it shipped on Sep. 29th. When checking on the status of the shipment this evening (Oct. 4th), USPS website says they are awaiting item.I have been a Threadless customer for over 10 years, and have become very disillusioned with the direction the company has taken. Nearly every design Tee I own (~30 in my closet at the moment, with many retired and/or replaced over the years) is from Threadless and I have vocally recommended Threadless when I could. As an art/design professor I wear them regularly, use them as examples, and have encouraged students to submit to the Threadless Community. With moves away from designer intent, edition printing, and responsive service; I question how long I can continue to purchase or recommend Threadless.

The package was sent to Melrose IL, then to Richmond Hill ON. Thats 2, 610km to the east of Denver, in the wrong direction if youre trying to get to Burnaby. Why?Who goes east to get west? Now that its arrived with Canada Post, it will be shipped back across most of the continent, another 4000 ish km. I used google maps to estimate the trip assuming now that the package is in Canada, its going to travel on Canadian roads. Are you ready for the final numbers?6964 KM total distance. And another 1-11 business days.Im shocked. Thats an outrageous distance. 7000km for them to get to me?So much waste. Too much.Is this really your business practice? Have I fundamentally misunderstood something here? I wish I could say Im not angry, that Im just disappointed, but actually Im pretty angry with you too. This is just irresponsible.

Pretty much one of the coolest places in Chicago! Ive been to a few Threadless Family Reunions here, which have been a lot of fun. I love that they so involved with the local community and appreciate their customers to the point of opening their doors and partying with them.At the reunions they offer free silk screening of whatever you bring in (t-shirt, sweatshirt, pot holder, tote bag), have lots of games and giveaways, educational sessions, music and more. I highly recommend keepin an eye out every August for this event - its free and so much fun!Besides the cool events they host, I love their merchandise. I have a few tees from threadless, and I loooooooove their prints. My apartment is has a few framed prints Ive purchased from them - very affordable (and unique) art!
