I recently re did my store and used DGS for help with my gondolas. I worked with Ali who was beyond helpful and also kind, patient and understanding. We had many delays due to covid and she was always transparent with the reality of the delays and offered to help us in other ways, providing a discount and real time up dates. She went above and beyond to help with my order and I couldnt be more appreciative of her service and level of commitment on my project. I was the customer who calls, and calls, then emails, and then calls again and she was the best dealing with all of my questions and concerns. Ask for ALI! Next the product is well made, I went with a lozier system and was happy when it came in. It looks beautiful and helped transform my store. If you are looking for good product, good prices and great service I would look at DGS. Also now post covid, Ive received additional accessories in record time.
Great service and quality products. My experience with DGS Retail on several occasions has been exceptional. My Business Development Project Manager, Alison Roberts was professional and responsive. She provided guidance and support though out the entire project. The end project looked wonderful.

Fast delivery and great priceI used DGS Retail to supply gondola shelving for my liquor store remodeling project. I compared prices and they were very competitive. They walked me through the whole process and delivered my order sooner than I expected it! I would use them again.

Super hard to get in contact with them for a month straight. I finally got a hold of someone and the correspondence hasnt been so great. I was trying to use them for a design layout and shelving but it took a month for them to get back to me about my design just for them to tell me there was an issue but couldnt give me any details on where the issue was. I re-did my measurements and they told me they would get back to me in a couple days. It took a week and a half to get a response just to find out they used the old measurements. It was still some issues after that but I finally got a design layout. Ive been waiting 5 days for an invoice and the opening of my store has been delayed tremendously, at this point, Im just a little nervous to do business with them. Would not recommend DGS.
I bought sneeze guards for 11 stores. So far, they are good and were happy with the price. There is a run on these and they shipped them faster than the other ones we looked at. They were easy to order and they were upfront on the shipping time. We may need a few more and well order again.

I have been shopping these now for over a week. The price versus utility of this product jumped out at me. Easily movable, cleanable, stops direct exchange of micro particles. Just what we needed. What I liked the most was they promised I would get by Tuesday and I received them Monday – Thanks DGS!
We ordered 10 Sneeze Guard Grocery C-Store Checkout Counter, Acrylic W/Base 48x36 models and they were perfect for our stores. We had previously draped plastic to protect our employee-owners but these guards are much more professional looking (and effective). We didnt have any issues reaching customer service to change our order quantity. Thanks DGS!
I have ordered form this company 3 times in the last 4 months. Every time I have to email them for over a week to try to get tracking then they will ship the product. It takes up to a month to ship. Once i get the product it is great, but trying to get them to ship it is a HUGE pain. No-one will email back, you cant call because no one will answer, you cant leave a message because the voicemail box is full!!! There is NO customer service.
UPDATE 2 - 9/22/2020:My issues with DGS Retail have finally been resolved, and in the end they stepped up and did everything they could to make this right . On 9/15 they refunded the full amount of my order to my credit card AND they shipped my full order to me free of charge, I received the items on 9/16. I appreciate the actions that DGS Retail took in the end. I changed my rating from 1 star (the minimum) to 2 stars, because the amount of time this took had an impact on me and my business. I also removed Not Professional as one of the reasons for my rating because I feel that DGS Retail did everything they could to correct the issue in the end.UPDATED 9/8/2020:I submitted a complaint to the BBB regarding an order with DGS Retail on 8/18/2020. It took 10 days from that point to finally get the first response from this vendor - a total of nearly 2 months from the date of my order. The response claimed that the items I ordered had been on back order, but were now back in stock and would ship out via 2 day delivery service on Monday 8/31. I followed up with an email on 9/3 after all delivery services had made their drops at my store and did not have anything from DGS. I am being ghosted again with no reply as of today 9/8. I have still not received any products or a refund and have followed up with the BBB again.ORIGINAL POST:As of 8/18/2020 I have not received any products ordered on 7/6/2020. I purchased ceiling hooks. It took one month to get to me. In the meantime I ordered and received the same hooks from Amazon within 3 days. I followed their policy for returns and called to set it up and the phone tree said they were busy and to either stay on the line or press 2 to leave a message. The first time I called I held. They hung up on me, the second time I called i got voice mail that said their mail box was full and then it hung up on me. So I wrote them an e mail. I have now waited 3 days and nothing. I will never order from the company again. Really bad customer service.

It is impossible to get a hold of anyone! We paid additional to receive our order in 5-7 days via FEDEX and we have yet to receive our sneeze guard for opening date of 5/29/20! We would like for DGS to contact us and ship our order to receive it by 5/28/2020 or refund our money. Although we understand COVID-19 has affected many businesses, it is up to the owners to find a way to communicate with their customers. It also seems as though from reading reviews that companies who order in bulk receive their orders within a week?!? I would like to be contacted via phone regarding our order status, we can no longer afford to wait!
I would say their customer service department is terrible but there is very little evidence to suggest that they even have a customer service department. Placed an order on July 17th, did not receive items until the first week of September. It took NUMEROUS emails to finally get a response from someone. I ordered 6 items and because one was on back order, they held up shipment on the other five. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never order another product from DGS again
Ordered Lozier uprights on August 1st. They still have not shipped the items. Had to order from another seller. Very poor communication. Take your business else where!

Was so excited to have found a place to order a produce bin directly from the website without having to obtain quotes and go through a drawn-out process. Site noted that it would take 5-7 days to ship the bin and other small crates ordered for our store. 17 days later, no shipment. I emailed the customer service and received two non-responsive emails back, that did not address the request for an update at all. I emailed a third time and received no response at all. The site does note that sneeze guards are taking extra processing time but did not indicate there would be a significant delay on other items. Now we can attempt to cancel the order (although not sure at this point how responsive the company will be) but we are supposed to open our store in the next 10 days and have wasted almost three weeks waiting on a produce bin we wont have for opening. Super disappointing and frustrating.
DGS delivered for us. Their customer service was great, responsiveness terrific, plus the pricing was very competitive. I would strongly recommend DGS to any of our customers and will happily will order again.
Bought sneeze guards for our public library counters. They were easy to set up and the price was competitive. These took 10 days to get but we shopped around and other places wanted either more time or were out of stock completely.
I ordered sneeze guard and paid $24 for a 2- day FedEx shipping that never happened. Calling them is impossible but I was able to e-mail lorenanunes and canceled my order on MAY 24 following their instructions on how to cancel. I canceled it again the next day. MY CANCELLATION WAS IGNORED AND MY ORDER ARRIVED JUNE 5!!! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!
They took my cash and still after 6 weeks I have no product. I have asked for a refund.... we will see!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered 3 sneeze guards on may 14 2020 and 6 weeks later I havent received anything. I keep sending e-mails to customer service and the only thing I get is a non-responsive automatic e-mail back. Tried to call them but I cant live a message because the mail-box is always full. I didnt read the reviews before ordering. Big Mistake I hope I get my money back.
V. bad experience with this company. No order ever shipped and Lorena also sent fake shipping info to us. Yet our cc was charged. Definitely would NOT recommend. The 1 star reviews are all pretty much the same experience because theyre true. Hope the Attorney General closes this place down.
1 Star is being generous. No one ever responds with actual updates. You can’t reach anyone by phone. It’s been 2 weeks and there are no updates on my order. I understand being overwhelmed with orders, but a lack of customer service is unacceptable. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

ZERO customer service. I ordered Sneeze guard over 3 weeks ago (was told 5-7 days to ship at the time). I needed these installed about a week ago and I sent numerous emails and follow up and they NEVER respond. I finally told them to cancel and I ordered sneeze guard from a different company on Ebay (and received those in 3 days). I understand they are extremely busy and backed up with orders but they still need to maintain communication with customers ESPECIALLY during this time. I did receive their sneeze guard today of course I dont need them anymore since I ordered and received from another company last week. I will gladly drop these off at UPS if they send me a return label otherwise I will dispute the charges with my CC since I did request cancellation multiple times PRIOR to shipping.
I never thought id find myself writing a bad review but this company deserves it. If i could give this company ZERO stars i would. I placed an order for the company 2 months ago for a $1,900 purchase. HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM NOR ANY FEEDBACK AS TO WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY ORDER. Every time i call i get sent to voicemails and then the vm box is full and cant leave a voicemail. I have sent multiple emails and nothing. THIS IS AWFUL SERVICE.
Ordered product and was charged but unfortunately the company did not fulfill order. This company has very unprofessional customer service dept. They will not take a phone call and respond abrasively by email. Recommend considering other options before ordering from DGS.
This place by far has the worst customer Service I have ever experienced. I ordered sneeze guards on May 4th, they were quick to charge my credit card for the product that was never delivered, nor was its disclosed before my card was charged there would be a huge delay in getting the product . Towards the end of May I tried to follow up about my order, many times and would just get an automated response, and would reply back asking for direct information about my Order . I had email notifications that Nancy Persinger had deleted my emails without even reading them. I persisted with trying to find out about my order delivery statues . I finally got a email back from a Lorena Nunez with a screen shot of an order that set to be delivered on May 26th by 9 pm. Well, the order NEVER arrived. I sent emails again about the order not being delivered. I looked up the tracking number and it was a fake, and they were trying to be shady with a fake tracking number and delivery date and the order had NEVER been shipped nor would it arrive per the screen shot. took me a week to finally get a refund.Worst place to do business with. Additionally I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office for the fraudulent practices of this company. Along with all these negative reviews that are all the same .I would also urge others to do the same .

Lead time for my order was 1-2 days, it has now been weeks and they are completely unresponsive. I’ve emailed twice, and every time I call it says they are busy and to leave a message. Guess what, the mailbox is full! They obviously don’t care about their customers, and if they don’t respond within 2 days I will be canceling my payment through the bank. What a waste of over $900.

My company order rack clips over 10 days ago and can not get a response on when my items will ship. I have tried to call with the VM box being full, and recieve the same generic email from customer service. Going to be be filing a claim with the BBB.
