After I knew I wouldnt renew my lease, I began a search for a condo in Chicago as a first-time home buyer. Russell guided me through the entire process -- from setting expectations, must-haves, negotiation, attorney review, inspection, and more. As a long-time Chicago resident, he made it very clear from the beginning that he understood (and had actually lived in) the neighborhoods I was interested in and the value of the various properties. It was extremely beneficial to work with a real estate professional who understood exactly what I was looking for and how to negotiate well. Most of all, Russ was extremely patient and accommodating -- he made it easy for me to make which was (and still is) the biggest purchase of my life. Four years later, Im still in the same condo and so happy he led me to it. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else. I absolutely recommend to work with him for all your real estate needs.

I could be Russells grandfather in age, so Ive bought and sold a number of homes over the years. Russell is the most helpful and informed of any Realtors Ive worked with. And he provides me with material and answers to questions soon after I ask for them. Service should be his middle name. (And, to think, he went to the U of Illinois while Im a Northwestern alum, so that difference isnt a deal breaker!)

Russel helped me finding a wonderful apartment in Chicago. I had a very tight time frame when I moved but Russell couldnt have managed and arranged it any better and more efficient. Russell is a great resource. He will go well above your expectations for real estate needs. He has helped us list property, secure tenants, and search for new condos. Russ helped out immensely by cleaning a unit on a Sunday night the day before a move-in. He did this because the cleaning agency failed to show up. I recommend Russ as an agent.
