Old apartment, terrible service. THESE ALL HAPPENED AFTER I GOT THE KEY AND BEFORE I MOVED IN, WITHIN TEN DAYS!!! 1. There was a major pipe burst in the boiler and resulted in water shutoff. Yes, within the first ten days after I getting access there is already a water shutoff... Do some math and estimate the frequency of water shutoff. 2. I asked them to repair the window frames since they are loose. After they claimed it was fixed I went to check and IT WAS NOT FIXED AT ALL!! Still old frame, still loose. Wasted me another hour to ask them to repair again. 3. THE MAINTENANCE TEAM STEAL YOUR STUFF! Yes, they did not fix my window, and took away my hair dryer from the cabinet. I didnt ask them to fix my cabinet. 4.Very unprofessional staff. I found the cable of the fridge looks old, and expressed my concern of potential electricity leakage to the customer service staff. Guess what she says? She roars out what is electricity leak? Electricity doesnt leak!!! Okay, I know English is my second language and I did not speak the exact word electrical leakage. But its more ridiculous a customer service staff doesnt understand this. Garbage big company.
