Ive never liked going here as a kid and i still dont as an adult especially now that theres 2 older Spanish speaking employees in their 60s .Im half mexican so i have no problem with Spanish speaking people .My problem is that if u start talking to me in English then you should finish talking to me in english . The one lady got mad because i didnt understand how much money she was asking me for to pay my bill cause she was speaking spanish and i kinda asked her to tell me in english. And she continued to talk in spanish and called me something undee her breath . I hope the manager sees this post because she was not right at all to talk to me like i was stupid.
Gave me the wrong info, cost me $150 out of pocket. She seemed polite and legit. But messed me up! The money just went to the secretary of state, its not like she did herself a favor.
The ladies are family here, my family love these ladies they treat you like family.

I always come to this place to pay my bills just try to avoid this place at the first and end of the month because it is very busy long wait time very long lines heed my warning and try to find another currency exchange but overall very good service
