Went into this establishment to buy a money order. I spoke to the cashier by saying “good evening, how are you?” She just looked at me and continued eating what ever it was that she was eating. I then stated my reason for being there. This is the first time I have ever visited this business and it will definitely be my last visit. Food for thought ... Good Customer Service speaks in volume .
Googled what currency exchange was open on New Years day this one popped up. We drove there only to find out they was closed. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT.....I was on a serious time frame.
I went there for a dentist appointment. Basically charged my insurance for NOTHING. Dentist came in gave me a 3 minute cleaning (not exaggerating) . Which ive had way better. Told me i need a better insurance. I have Medicaid btw (which isnt the best however if my insurance wasnt good enough i shouldve been told this prior to an xray and a cleaning i did agree too. But I did NOT protest because i thought they were going to help me with my teeth. However, this is just a another example of how medical providers take advantage of poor people and their insurance plans. I wouldve been better off going to the county. Hope this helps someone with better insurance i feel my time was wasted.
Amazing 10/10
Horrible customer service, was told to step to the side, cause the computers where down and another customer comes to her window and she puts money on her ventra card and they use the computers for that, i need to speak to corporate.
The cashiers have the worst attitudes imaginable, i wish i could give this zero stars
This place is too small. Needs to be bigger.
