I agree about the womens unprofessional help. Their phone editicate need friendly training. They should be more informed when questions are asked from customers and not so snappy. I really understand how stressful and annoying their jobs could be but, we as customers should be treated more friendly. We call before walkin and to be told check has not arrived would be disappointing. Most of us have traveling issues that is why its better to call.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Received a check from a settlement but my bank was closed. I attempted to cash it here. The cashier asked me if I had their number or any paper work. I provided the letter it came with which listed the number. She picked up her phone and face timed someone to show them MY check and started to speak in another language. At this point I have no idea whats going on or whats being said. I had to ask her what she was doing. She then said Im talking to my manager she is the one who has to approve this. I tell her you have to let me know these thing you cannot just call someone on your personal phone and show them my personal information. She proceeds to speak in another language then takes my check, ID and letter in the back. She comes out and asks me where do I normally cash my checks, at this point I am frustrated. I dont normally cash them anywhere I receive direct deposit. I just asked for my check back and deposited in the atm. I will never patronize this place again. They treated me like a scam artist.
The women working here go out of there way to be mean and rude. They will find a way and reason not to help you. I really dont understand what the owner is thinking. But if these are his representatives, then that says a lot about him. I was told I could not pick up a Western Union using a security question. On a another, seperate occasion was told I could not cash a check because although Ive been to their other locations, Ive never cashed here at this particular location. Ok...same system right?...same owner? Ok. Makes sense. Been here for over 20 minutes and they still have not called to verify the check. The lady decided shed give me a pop quiz instead 🙊😂✌😒 Esmereda and Carol, you suck at life.
They need to display a sign saying checks may need to be verified over a certain amount because to me their picking and choosing who checks they would like to cash and who they shouldn’t. The cashier was rude and didn’t even speak I had to speak to her. The manager Bryan is as dumb as they come. When I told him I think he should display the sign his response was I don’t have to display every policy and procedures. It’s just a curtesy at the end of day and having this one sign could lesson confusion.
Theyre ok. The staff is nice! But the service is slow when its crowded around the 1st& 3rd of the month.
