My cab driver was very nice he was an older guy his car was very clean and not to mention it was brand new and most of all i felt safe he wasnt driving like a bat out of hell its about Safety

The operator Yvette was so helpful she assisted one of my elderly residents with livery service. She hadn’t been out in a while the driver took great care of her even walked her in the building. You guys made her year!!

DONT USE THIS CAB SERVICE THEY DONT DO ANYTHING BUT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY SO LAME AND DISRESPECTFUL. THATS FINE CAUSE I DEFINITELY KNOW WHERE THAT OFFICE IS AT.

I hate this cab company with a passion the Jamaican and African drivers are literally con artists who change the prices of the ride from the dispatcher. No matter how short the distance the prices are the same, now they charge for how many persons in the vehicle including children even though it’s not Uber pool so why would it matter how many people. My driver even told me he was supposed to charge me on how many bags I was carrying since I was doing laundry. Please go to any rideshare program outside of them

Jet Livery is a great cab company that handles most of South side Chicago. Its been around for over 40 years I understand. A good and faithful neighborhood company.

Called to get my 13yr old son home and it was not a pleasant conversation. The dispatcher wanted to know if he had his money upfront? Me: First of all he’s coming home and I’ll be standing outside mam!! Her: Well you know the company changed their policyMe: you know what I’ll just get a f&$@@n Uber have a good day!!! I see why cabs aren’t making money and Uber and lyft are taking over a lot less drama.

Bad service. Never any drivers. They lie and say less than 20 mins. Will have you waiting 3 hours maybe more. Not reliable. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Horrible. The exact reason Uber and Lyft has came in and TOOK over the ride sharing industry. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and does not value its customers. I used them daily to get to and from work, 15 minutes is 30 minutes to them. And they dont call you to tell you its no drivers. But will get mad if you leave because THEY took to long. Each and every person that works needs to be beaten and fired. Uber and Lyft about to bury yall and its yall fault .

I use this service for morning commutes when I’m running late to work. I find it important to support local black owned businesses, however this company continues to disappointment me. I was quoted 15min call back. It took the operator 25mins to give me an eta. When my cab driver pulled up, he told me the operator just called my order 5 mins before. Understaffed and highly unprofessional. Uber and Lyft will most likely put this place out of business.

No complaints and fair price

I ALWAYS call this crappy ass cab service when theres no money on my card for Lyft and Ive only talked to about 2 nice dispatches. They need to hire better dispatchers, because the ones they have will drive them out of business. Especially the unhappy bxtch working right now. Most dispatches are rude as hell, hollering shxt all in your ear while talking to drivers. Smh They will also scam you if youre unaware of prices. Convenient, but can be much, much, much better.
