They’re service department is very rude they’re (third in command) supervisor, as he calls himself, did not care when I spoke to him about the rude employee instead he wanted me to calm down and stop yelling at him although he cherry picked the situation. Chevy has really lost its reputation, they just won an award for the most reliable car five years ago now they refuse to fix they’re issues with the Malibu model, I just wanted to know the price of some sensors on their trash transmission but couldn’t get a solid answer classic bait and switch tactics over the phone. If you just buy a Chevy do not come to this location they don’t value your time or your dollars. I’d say just sell for foreign vehicle Kia Toyota Honda which ever you prefer
Jorge, the salesman, is fantastic, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and an invaluable part of the Mike Anderson Team. The management and finance department is engaging and kind. The only Beef I have is with GM. It seems their quality control is off. A 2021 2SS should not have swirl marks on the paint. Im waiting for my paint protection appointment. I have no doubt they will fix all of the imperfections.Update: Sales dept are fine. It seems more knowledge needs to be taught about paint protection. For the price, I was expecting a paint correction to remove the swirl marks and scratches on my new convertible Camaro 2SS. For the A package, it is not the case. For 3g it is nothing more than a clay bar, buff, With an undercarriage and interior spray down. If I had known I would have saved my money and gone to Elsewhere. Where I would have received a true ceramic coating had all imperfections and swirl marks, scratches removed for the same price. Do not buy the paint protection from the dealer! A brand new high-performance vehicle that costs almost 60,000 dollars should have flawless paint on it.
They really take care of you helping you finding the car you want if not they try to find you a car within your price range. They are very friendly and courteous. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation a month ago. Received 3 text messages and an email reminder a day before the appointment. Showed up and to my surprise the mechanic staff was on strike! Never received a phone call or voice mail message letting me know of this. If this is how they deal with their customers no wonder the staff is on strike.

I called your sales dept. regarding a 2nd key that was promised to me when i first bought the car. After a month i called and spoke to a manager Andrew. He promised to call me back. Never did. I tried reaching him he was always busy, Went back to the dealer Ramon ordered the key. Took my key to service dept after waiting 2 1/2 hours they said could not do right away will call me when done. Took car home next day car did not start. They sent a toll truck to pick it up. The toll driver tried to recharge the battery but didnt work. Said it looked like electrical problem My car had been working fine prior to service. The only good thing i can say is that my car and key were ready by the end of the day.

Honestly every disappointed with the experience i had at this dealership. I was inquiring about a Blazer Rs and the first thing they said to me was “you mean the 51,000 dollar car?” The salesman should have never assumed that i couldn’t afforded that car. He then mentioned to get a trailblazer, probably because it is half the price, and i told him it was ugly, I already know what car i wanted, if only i was treated with respect i would’ve got the car through them. I do not recommend this dealership, if you are looking for a car and want some respect go else where.
He was really polite and professional and he did a good job helping me look for a car and I would definitely ask for his help if I am ever looking for a car again.

I went in for an alignment. The service member told me it was 160 dollars.Halfway through the alignment, he goes up to me with the alignment sheet and states that I need to pay an extra 50 dollars to get my car steering wheel aligned.That’s one of the most fundamental parts of a vehicle alignment and it costs extra!?!?!?I was also charged 20 dollars for parts. Overall 230 dollars for an alignment and I wasn’t even given the alignment sheet.Why do I have to pay extra to have the steering wheel realigned when I was charged 160 for the alignment itself already. Why wasn’t this charge vocalized during the initial agreement?My dad used to be a mechanic and laughed at that craziness.That’s like charging someone for a haircut and half through informing them that it’s extra to fade the sides. Unbelievable.

The person that took care of me had great customer service and gave me detailed information about what needs my car needed. I also had asked that a weather strip by the back tires was coming loose and if they could tighten it up since they had the car up and rotating the tires but that did not happen. The person who serviced me looked and saw that it was not done so he tried to do it but had no luck. It would have been less than a few minutes to take care of it but it didnt happen and with the weather and snow it may not get into my body of the car, so I will have to do it.
Took my vehicle in twice for an oil change, pretty good. Vehicle is still under warranty. Called and made an appointment for an overall inspection only because warranty is about to expire. 1 week in advance, mind you I have children and a newborn. I specifically said that noting is wrong with the vehicle just need a maintenance check. My appointment was setup with out no hesitation with out telling me if there is a charge just to look at it (vehicle under warranty) dealership called me twice, 1 for a reminder of my appointment, 2nd to remind me again of the appointment and to see if I wanted to trade in my vehicle because it’s in “high demand”. I said no, don’t want to trade in. Came in to my appointment, asked what I need I told them that just an inspection before the warranty ends. Service tech tells me there is a fee of $175 and they only look at vehicles if something is wrong. Another service tech told me the same and that they don’t look at vehicles just for inspection basically because it’s a waste of time for the mechanics. I told both service techs if I would have been notified since the beginning and when my reminder calls were conducted wouldn’t have wasted no ones time. Also, they didn’t even ask for my name or even my appointment time when I walked in. All they asked is what are we doing today with the vehicle. Didn’t even apologize or see why would they setup my appointment. Kind of rude at the same time, not even concerned. I understand that the mechanics are busy but for that I should have just taken it to a mom and pop shop. Giving 1 star because they were good at doing my oil change back then.
Whatever you do, do not sell them your car when they call you for a buy back they will not pay you.Horrible sales department. Ive had to hound these guys for weeks for a check to be issued after they purchased my car and still havent got it. Ive had two commitments made on when my check was supposed to be issued and after the day comes and goes no one follows up.When I call them after they are late to pay I just get excuses. When I ask for a manager they are somehow always busy and never call me back. Come here if you want terrible service and a bunch of excuses.The service department is great but the sales department is such a joke I have to give it 1 star. I would give them zero stars if I could...This issue is still unresolved.

I went to Mike Anderson on Irving Park yesterday me and my husband. I was doing a trade in. I got approved for a 2021 Trail Blazer. The sales agent would never tell me or my husband how much for the 2021 Trail Blazer or for my trade in. His exact words was let me ask my manager when he come back. Its were waiting on the bank. How are you waiting on the bank when clearly you said I was approved for the 2021 Trail Blazer but yet you cant tell me a price. We will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB

I will never buy a car from them again, A year ago I was a first time car buyer, and I made the mistake of going by myself, everything was fine until it was time for me to pay. At the time my credit was terrible, so I had to pay out of pocket(which I had no problem with) my bank was right down the street, so the dealer Marco took me there, so that I could get a check. Because of the large amount I was taking out the banker tried to see if they could get me approved for a car loan, it didnt happen, so I got the check anyway. Because it took a while, Marco asked if there was a problem, and I explained what happened while I was in the bank. Now at this point I had the money to pay for my car, Marco and the sales rep tried to be slick, they added an additional amount on saying that if I pay this it will help improve my credit. And they almost got me, but I refused to leave, and when I asked to have that additional amount taken off, they made up all these excuses, until I threatened to give them the keys back and put a stop payment on my check. And then they made the corrections, unfortunately they said some nasty stuff to me but whatever. It was partly my fault, for doing this on my own, a mistake I will never make again, but also they shouldnt try to cheat people out of their hard enough money, I was fortunate enough not to get tricked, but the next person might not be

Since October 20, I have had a miserable and expensive experience jumping through hoops to have manufacturer related problems with my Chevy Equinox fixed. Even after all of this, more problems arose (on a vehicle that had no issues up to that point) and Mike Anderson Chevrolet told me that they were my responsibility to fix.Be careful what you buy and be sure to read the fine print on any warranty they may issue you because they will try to find any way to not pay for work that is needed due to GM recalls (which seem to be never-ending).

Been coming here for years. A lot of new faces at Service. Today was kind of upsetting because I came in for a oil change and cabin filter change. I purchased a plate bracket I asked my advisor if they don’t mind putting It on since they are working on my vehicle. He said it’s another charge to just put it on. I said to him thank you never minds. It was a charge of $40 to install when I paid $41 for it.

Yes I understand that Covid has affected every possible industry in our universe. But it does not give business owners the right to adapt dishonest practices, or flat out not communicate with your customers. This company was so dishonest when I brought my car in for service. They told me I had to replace a thermostat for $800 to get rid of a check engine light but when I picked up the car the check engine light was still on as well as an oil light and a God awful dinging noise. Did you even test drive the car after the work was done? Furthermore they tried to sell me on a bogus test that would cost an additional $700 and told me that my engine with less than 60,000 miles would need replacing for $6000. I brought it to another mechanic who for $350 fixed all Issues with the vehicle. This place is a perfect example of how a business can only be as good as their management. When I brought the issue up to the general manager, Andrew, he politely told me he would look into the problem, then never called me back. And further disregarded my four other attempts and voicemails ghosting me all together. Avoid this dealership altogether. Maybe reconsider buying a Chevy went in the market for a new or used car.
Due to the recent snowstorm we had a couple weeks ago I needed to have some service done the suspension to my car, luckily I was still under warranty. Antonio Navarro made the entire experience seamless and made a frustrating situation as smooth as possible. Assisted with a loaner so I could make it to a job interview I had coming up. Emailed me when parts were ordered and i picked up my car in a few days. Cheers to the staff.
