I have a 2017 impala I got from kingdom Chevy and there guys had to fix my air conditioner and left a plug unhooked I had water from the air conditioner leaking in the car they told me it was more money to fix I went to ashburn to get another opinion and found out from ray the best guy there that they left a hose unplugged and was going to charge me for their mistake thanks to ray they didn’t get to over charge me for nothing thanks you guy great work

Great guys at that shop from ray to mosses they know what their doing went to that place for a timing chain for my 05 Nissan Altima it’s been a year now and my car still drives like new. I trust them everything they tell me really honest guys you can’t find that anymore it really rear..

Yeah, the customer service here is consistently abysmal and the guy overcharges. I spoke with my mechanic friend about the pricing for a repair made to my coolant system, and it shocked him how much I overpaid. If you want to feel like your patronage is throughly unwanted, then shop here. Otherwise, go else where.
