If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional and does not do quality work. I got my vehicle back with paint damages still and missing parts, also equipment not connected how they originally were. I took it back and they refused to fix it, they’re pretty much in it for the money only while providing low quality work.I don’t recommend this place at all.Update: We did not go back three days later, we went the next day. We also didn’t demand you guys to sign a paper, so there is no two sides of the story, only if you make it two sides to make your body shop look good.It rained these couple last days and found out there’s water inside the headlight. Before dropping off the vehicle to Diamond Collision, the headlight was fine and no water would go inside it. Turns out they made a hole in the OEM headlight and did not seal it properly. As it can be seen on the last picture. There goes to show how poorly they do their work.I’m giving 1 star because the quality of work can be seen on the pictures.100% do not recommend at all!

This place is absolutely horrible! I would not recommend this place if you need your vehicle repaired. My vehicle was totaled & got sent here by my insurance after I got into an accident I wasn’t at fault for. I tried to pick up my belongings from my vehicle for my 2 year old son and the woman on the phone was very rude. Very unprofessional by far the very worst I’ve ever heard in my life. On top of that this was already 3 weeks they had my car in their shop and they were not even bothering to fix it or put it as a priority. When I tried calling to speak to the owner the woman on the other end had way too many excuses. First she tells me the owner isn’t there, then she says they have a system problem, then she says the owner is there once a week. This is NOT how you run a business at all. This place needs to GO ASAP

My vehicle was sent here by my insurance provider for repairs. After 2 weeks I called to find out the status. They said it would be another 2 weeks. Followed up again and it was 1 more week. Followed up again because no one ever calls me for updates and now it’s another 2 weeks. At this point they’ve had my vehicle for over a month and a half. It’s beyond absurd that a bumper would take so long to fix. This place is not reputable, the repeated lies are infuriating. I have no idea how a place like this is in business. I still do not have my vehicle, I’m ready to file a business complaint because this place seems beyond sketchy.

Girlfriend was involved in a hit and run, a few days before we had to take a 6 hour trip to Michigan. I had some serious damage on the fender right above the wheel, and I absolutely did not want to travel with my car in that state. Im so happy I found the team at Diamond, they were very professional, did a great job with the repairs, and more importantly, they understood my situation and got my car fixed in record time. I 100% recommend their services!

I highly highly recommend Diamond collision. Im a new customer who needed a door repair. (Hit & run 😒) They did an amazing job repairing my door and fender. What I really want to mention the most is the people who worked there. Not only were they professional. But had a welcoming family vibe all around. The ladies in the office were so kind. My car was subject to a hit and run while parked. It happened in February. Other shops were extremely unprofessional. They told me to come on certain days. Once I arrived, they’d say they couldn’t take my car in.It’s now May. I looked up this business, and although it was located a little far from me, they blew me away. They are extremely professional, well mannered, and take care of business at a level any customer would expect. They exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them.Turned my car in Tuesday for a bumper repair. Received it 6 days later. No complaints. Only praise. Thank you all!

All I can say is Wow!!! Arturo(owner) and Pablo(Son) really took care of me. From the beginning process I felt like family. Arturo said drop off the car and we will take care of it for you and they did. No hassle at all even though my claim from AllState was 6 years old they made it happen for me. Very friend family owned and operated business. I will definitely recommend them to any one that needs body work on their car. Thank you guys for making me feel like family. No better feeling then going tl a business and everyone is a stranger to you and they make you feel like family from the beginning.

I was so very impressed the moment I walked in for an estimate on body damage to my newer SUV BMW. I felt sincerity/honesty as I expressed I was not going thru my insurance company. Promptly after the analysis of the damage I had a formal written cost in my hands and the timing it would get done. Impressed with all, I felt good about putting my vehicle in their hands as I already went to two other places before finding Diamond Collision. It gets better....I go to pick up my vehicle and not only and most importantly they did an amazing job! My car looked perfect! They even detailed washed the outside and inside. I highly recommend their services.

This is the Worst business I have ever witnessed in my life. The office is so rude and unprofessional they will not try to give your vehicle any access and they hang up on you half of the time! Also they don’t fix anything in your vehicle but give u false information or any at all, I will be seeking legal justice since this place does not seem to care about your belongings.

This is the worst place to leave your car at. Please don’t do it !! They took almost 2 months to fix my brothers car. We were supposed to get it back today, but they refuse to give the car back to my brother. I’m about to go to the police station because this is crazy. Please don’t bring your car here. I even got a private call from who ever is the lady working at the from desk threaten me because I told her I’m calling the police. We couldn’t get the car today because they decided to close the place last minute.

The staff was great and on top of everything. This is a family owned shop, which mean everyone communicated well and things got handled accordingly. Direct Auto itself is just cheap. They would only pay the BARE MINIMUM 😠 but Diamond 💎 Auto Shop and staff 🧑🏻‍🔧👨🏻‍🔧were great and I would recommend this shop. 👍🏾🤝🤛🏾

I recently got into a car accident and came to Diamond Collision Repair and could not be happier that I found them. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get me in, other shops gave me a month long wait and they saw me within a week. In addition, they got my car fixed in only 3 days (bumper,headlight, etc replaced) . I was beyond impressed by their work and happy with their customer service from the woman who answers the phone to the ~3 mechanics I spoke to when picking up my car. They also detailed my 2016 Jetta making it look new! Highly highly recommend

My wife and I just picked up our 2020 Kia Soul today from Diamond Collision. Barely had this car for 2 months and we ended up getting rear ended with some pretty bad damage to the rear passenger bumper. After receiving the car and taking a look over everything, I can tell we chose the right place to go to! Excellent work! Car is back to looking brand spanking new. We did notice a small dent and chipped paint on the rear trunk, and after reviewing the claims documents and photos taken right before it was towed to the shop, it appears that this was probably done by the tow company who dropped the car off. Either way, they said not to worry about it and that they will take care of it. I can tell from our experience that this is a very honest, up front, family oriented and professional shop. We lucked up choosing them and would highly recommend anyone to go there. Oh! One more thing, they had this special deal that really worked out to be a blessing for us! We really saved quite a bit of money today!

Honestly giving this facility A one star because I can’t give it a zero. The staff is extremely rude and hostile. And from what I can see they do very poor work. Never would I recommend anybody having anything sent here for any work.

Staff is very friendly! My truck is now good as new can’t even tell it’s ever been damaged . Was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but they are great Raquel works with you! Took my car there for drivers side damage repair on late April and got it back in like 2.5 weeks later and I don’t think they fixed my car at all, I think they went out and bought me a new car and gave it to me. Cause let me tell you, the work that was done to it was like it never happened. Beautiful job they did, everything came out on point, and I spent like 15 minutes looking at every little detail where the damage was done and I found no flaws. Everything perfect from the damage to the the line up and the paint color. I’m still so surprised on how perfect it all came out. Amazing job everyone from diamond auto collision, it’s greatly appreciated . My car looks beautiful again!

I took my car here because it was the only place I could go to through my insurance. The bumper they replaced mine with was used, bent, and still popping out. I pointed it out to them and they just pushed it in and super glued it to stay. Part of the paint was chipped off, that wasnt fixed. I pointed that out and they just glopped some paint on top. The material lining on the hood that was replaced is hanging down. When I brought them my car, my check engine light was not on. After I got it back, the light was on and all they could say is well we didnt touch the engine so thats not on us.... clearly they did or touched something because the light was off and car was running fine beforehand. After they worked on my car, my AC no longer worked. They told me to take the car back to them and they would look at it again, but I absolutely did not want them touching my car anymore. I took it else where and paid out of pocket. They are getting paid full amounts from insurance to fix things as they should be fixed, there is no excuse to leave things unreplaced, and replace others with used parts. 100% disappointed and would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Horrible horrible horrible.In response to you:1- super strong adhesive = fancy way of saying super strong GLUE. See the picture Im including, can you really look at that and say it looks like a job well done???2- see picture #2, there is literally a gap where the bumper should be properly attached. It was not put on correctly.3- see picture #3, the blue part was black. It should have been replaced with the same color.4- you are supposed to be the experts! If you knew that you needed more than 20 minutes to fix it PROPERLY you should have said you know what Ms. Hartley, we really need an hour or however long to fix this properly. Well cover your uber back to work... when a tree fell on my car and Gerber fixed it and it wasnt done when they said it would be, they covered the extra week and a half of my rental car!!! That is good customer service, accepting responsibility for a slip up, and that is how you bring customers back. How dare you make it seem like its my fault for saying I needed to get back to work. As a professional you should have told me how long you needed, not find the quickest bunkest solution.5- I didnt say anything about my AC when I picked my car up because I didnt know until I started driving it and it was continuously changing btwn hot and cold! And I called right away when I felt the air turn hot. Which by the way, the reason it wasnt working and the reason the check engine light was on, was because of cables that were smashed in the accident, something you didnt catch nor fix.6- I didnt say the AC or check engine light was because you put the bumper on. You guys also fixed my air compressor. Dont put words in my mouth or try to make me sound stupid.7- You did not offer a mechanic you knew to look at my car, and even if you had, you guys messed my car this bad, you really think I would trust any place you would recommend???8- To say you ran a diagnostic test twice for free and did the favor of printing out the codes is honestly just a silly thing to say. I could take my car to Autozone and they would also run it/print for free. So please dont act like that was a favor.9- Thats great that my car is under warranty, but the job should have been done right the first time. Do I want the bumper fixed properly? Yes. Do I want my car to look new like it did before? Yes. But I dont want your business touching my car. Try to offer another solution. Id rather pay thousands out of pocket than to have you guys touch it again.
