They removed an entire lath and plaster ceiling and replaced it with drywall. They gutted my pantry--ceiling, shelves, and walls, and replaced everything. Then they primed and painted everything--walls, ceilings, baseboards and window trim. It all looks wonderful.

Mike and his team were awesome. Jarvis is one of the nicest people you can ever meet. In all my years dealing with people in the construction industry, the customer service I received from Mike and especially Jarvis is unparalleled. One small snippet of the service I received was the night prior to my visit, we got about 8 inches of snow - this young man shoveled my stairs. Yes, it was to get the equipment up the stairs, but he easily could have said, sir I need you to shovel to get my equipment in. He didnt do that. In fact, I didnt even realize what he did until after he did it. That is legendary service. On top of everything going on, he remained cheerful and did an amazing job training his partner. All I can say is WOW!!

Run far away. Gary Maus from Paul Davis of North Chicago is a dishonest man. He runs his business by overcharging you after providing a low initial estimate, stealing your money, and acting like he did nothing wrong. I was very disappointed in both his morals and the overall service provided by this company. If youre looking for any type of restoration work, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience with Paul Davis of North Chicago. We contacted them in October, 2020 for a repairs/renovation of our house after water damage, and started communicating with one of their representatives- Jasson. For the next mount and a half Jasson brought different crews to our house, including a photographer. He was very good on selling their services and made big promises. Also, he requested that we submit Paul Davis Of North Chicago to our insurance carrier as the company that will be working on the project, which we did.Then these guys stoped returning our phone calls or emails. After a month or so another companys representative called with more promises, and then stopped answering his phone....In conclusion, we had very time consuming and stressful time with this company, and we are facing loss of coverage from our insurance carrier because of the time waisted with them!We are looking into holding Paul Davis of N. Chicago liable for our loss.

To whom it may concern, i’d like to first apologize for such a delay in writing this review. I was taking care of my friends house, her children and a variety of other tasks at the time of service. Friday, July 10th was my first encounter with one of your employees, Marshall. He presented himself in a very professional manner, arrived on time, was very polite and extremely knowledgeable when answering any/all my questions that I had at the time. Excellent customer service was provided and continued to keep me updated on what any following plans would be. Explained in detail what he would be doing, what the meter readings meant, what the readings showed in various locations and also what it would all entail to resolve the issue(s). Marshall kept in contact in regard to a time that worked for me, that following Monday. He explained that he was going to check the readings with the meter once again, sprayed a few areas that would prevent any mold and packed up his essential equipment. I was extremely impressed with how professional he was as well as proficient. I would absolutely recommend your company to anyone in need of your services. I would like to thank your company along with your employee, Marshall for making the whole situation as simple, convenient and hassle free as it was. Thank you again.

I originally gave this company a 5 star review, however, they have not fulfilled their end of the agreement after many repeated and ignored requests, so we had to finish the project ourselves.We also got to spend our own time for free correcting the poor framing job on 3 doorways and fixing 10 electrical boxes that were shoved into the drywall at least a 1/2 inch and leveling out several instead of having crooked boxes. I told Ryan of these issues, but he apparently didnt care.I am still waiting on paperwork after requesting it for over 2 months. Ryan keeps promising to deliver the paper work to me and every time it is empty words.Also, they put a new roof on my moms house. Instead of fixing the holes from the storm damage in the sheeting, they just covered them up with shingles. Im sure they never expected the homeowners to know the difference. Theres other shoddy work on this roof.Dont worry - we were charged for new drip edge that was never installed as well as other charges that were not actually done.

Paul davis team was great the where professional kept us up date on the process, the team was there when we call.
