Indigo Remodeling subcontracted Sungloss Marble to restore marble floors in a residence we were working in. The floors had endured about 30 years of foot traffic and were etched inconsistently in several areas. Sungloss replied quickly with an estimate. Mikes advice was invaluable. Their workers were prompt courteous and most importantly - experts. The stains were removed completely and the surfaces buffed to a consistent low gloss desired.

We are very appreciative for Mike, Jack and team who were able to fix very severe scratches in our bathroom tiles. The team was extremely kind and detail-oriented despite their very busy schedules, and our floor is as good as new!

Last month I was looking for a company for my old stone repair in Chicago, IL. My friend Ronald suggested me about Sungloss Marble Co. I called them and told about my issue and they realize me that it will be solved very soon & they send a guy for inspection. After 2 days they send crew for 4 guys which was very knowledgeable & professional. I called Sungloss just days before I was having nearly 50 people eating and drinking in my brand new kitchen with unsealed honed marble counters, paniced about the vulnerability of the surface to any liquids or other spills. They were able provide a quote at 4 pm on a Friday, revise the quote to reflect competitor’s rates Monday and get someone out to my home on Tuesday morning – amazing turnaround! The owner of the company personally introduced the laborer upon arrival and made sure I knew to contact him directly should I have any questions, concerns or the work not be done to my complete satisfaction. The work was performed in a thorough manner with consideration for my home and protecting my belongings, attention to detail, and superior lasting results versus what other companies perform. The worker was knowledgeable about not only that day’s process, but iterated details of the future care and upkeep of the surface, including realistic expectations for when I would need this repeated. He did not take even one break during the 4 hours he was in my home, only pausing to allow the coats of sealant to cure properly. I’m thrilled that I can have my housewarming party with my mind at ease about any spills and other abuse the kitchen naturally endures as the gathering place in the house. I will definitely call Sungloss for any future care, replacement or needs related to the stone in my home.

We had nero marquina marble installed on the wall, for a vanity top, and under the vanity in our powder room. the original fabricator and installer left it a mess. We had a hard time finding someone that would fix someone elses poor work let alone in a challenging configuration (wall height is 10.5). Leslie and Mario did a fantastic job coming up with a solution and getting the work done at a very reasonable cost. It looks awesome and sungloss did a fantastic job.
