Richardson Restoration Services did a great job fixing a toilet leak which had damaged the subfloor and replacing the old flooring with tile. They also repainted the whole house, fixed cracking exterior paint, and sealed my deck. The work was thorough and detailed. They were always available for questions and provided detailed information on what products they were using. I am very grateful to these folks and highly recommend!!

We recently completed an addition and remodel of two bathrooms and master closet with Richardson Restoration Services. We hired Richardson Restoration Services to do a complete bathroom overhaul in our master and guest bath. This team is world class. They took my 90s pink/beige tile shower and turned it into a full on high end spa quality bath. They are on time, efficient, polite, design coaches. They assisted us in design and I would honestly trust them to go into a room of our home and just let them do what they think would look great. Richardson Restoration Services had a quote to me within 24 hours of their site visit. Ann was knowledgeable, thorough and detailed. They removed the old lower section cabinets, counter and sink, and installed new custom built ones. The cabinets are a super match to the upper existing cabinets, and the granite countertop and new backsplash are beautiful. The workers were extremely nice, polite, and cleaned up the area. Highly recommended!

These guys were the best They took care of the water issue in our basement area and then took care of the repairing of the damaged staircases. We also wanted to remodel the kitchen and since we had this issue we took advantage of them being there and they ended up having it remodeled. He even did more than I asked him to do but didnt charge more. Very pleasant and professional. Had some significant stains on my white carpet.
