We were called an hour before our reservation to be told the charter was cancelled due to weather- we diverted to the beach where it is partly sunny, with a light 7mph breeze and smooth water- see photos…Not sure why our $1500 non refundable reservation was cancelled tonight. Thanks for nothing Tiki Boat Chicago.

Had an awesome time for my bday!!! & the captain and deck hand were amazing!! I think during covid they went through a rough patch with captain availabilities and having to cancel on peoples Reservations due to no captains but definitely dont be afraid to book with them now that things are back open. Super professional company would definitely use them again

Booked a boat 5 months in advance for a bachelorette party and they cancelled the boat on us because their staff forgot to tell the boat owner we had booked the boat. Horrible excuse and experience with this company.

I had a similar experience as many other reviewers. Booked a boat 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday morning ride. 2 days before our scheduled event, they emailed to say my reservation was canceled and offered Sunday night instead. Then they were condescending in their responses when I said it was unacceptable, and blamed COVID (which has been around for 5 months) for their last-minute change.We ended up going with Island Party Boat instead, which was excellent, cheaper (even with the additional open bar option) and much, much more professional.

Most unprofessional staff ever. We booked a boat for Wednesday night for a birthday. The company called and said they had to reschedule for Friday. Friday morning called and said we do not have a boat. Our entire group was so sad and disappointed. We had people fly in for the boat and they cancelled. No sympathy.. no apologies. Emailed us and said “sorry you canceled your boat”. We were dumb founded they sent that email considering they canceled 2 times. We are being discussed and sad. They also have not fully confirmed a refund.

The worst experience! Do not book with Chicago tiki boat! I had a reservation to celebrate 2 birthdays and had family fly in from different states just to get in this boat when we got to where our boat was suppose to be it was not there! We were told the boat we reserved and payed for wasn’t available that day yet they sent me a confirmation and took my money! On top of that they have the WORST customer service the lady on the phone had an attitude and tried blaming us for the issue! I have not gotten my refund either. Horrible horrible company and staff what a disappointment.

Very unprofessional. They double booked our time slot and canceled on us TWICE, with one day notice. They were rude on the phone and didnt follow through to try to make it right. I would recommend going with any of the other rental companies over Chicago TikiBoat.

Had a reservation for 1100 today Saturday the 8th. I’ve emailed them prior to the trip a couple days ago to ask questions about the trip. No response. I get an email less than 12 hours before we are supposed to get on the boat and got an email that they have to cancel because the boat isn’t available. From the looks of these reviews this isn’t the first time they’ve done this. We had 6 people fly in for this. What an absolute abomination of a company. I would be more mad but I’m sure whoever runs this company doesn’t give a sh*t

Perfect day on the water! William and Troy were awesome, and my friends and I had a blast. Highly recommend this company

Easy to miss if the boat isnt docked but look for the hut and hang out until the boat is back it docks right there.
