The best barbershop in Chicago, would not want to go anywhere else. Staff is nice, clean, and always gets the job done. I would hold this barbershop to the highest of standards in terms of the quality of the cut. Always taking care of the client, bottom line. Fresh cuts, clean, and professional. This platinum fades is phenomenal. It is under new management by the owner Omar. He is very professional and a master at his craft. He always takes care of all my needs. I always get a mid fade and beard shave and the results are always the same: clean and crisp! You will not be disappointed with this shop!

The barbers here are serious about their craft, but they also know how to have fun. This place is the most relaxed yet energetic barbershop that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. What I like best is that they take appointments. In case that you dont have an appointment there is a walk-in list. I went to a barbershop on 18th street twice but stopped going there after one of their barbers forgot what a fade was; this shop doesnt have that problem since fade is in their name. Highly recommended.

Don’t bother unless you know a barber. Not really a good place to go for new customers. Plus, their system of “who’s next” is a piece of paper and a barbers pin sized brain of memory.

This is an extremely great place. Haircut is 15 dollars, well talented barbers, and a clean place. I really enjoyed my time there, as my barber was doing his job, asking and making sure I was okay with every cut. It was my first time, and Ill be back for sure.

Never have got a bad fade here. If youre from out of state or diff. City the staff make you feel welcome. The past 3x Ive gone to Chi-Town - this is my 1st stop to get a fresh fade.

Gangster rap so loud it vibrates the furniture; could not carry on a normal conversation. Heard the n-word (in lyrics) so many times it could have been 1950s. Certainly does not make for a pleasant experience. The haircuts are excellent, but the disorganization and inefficiency make it annoying. Waited over and hour and half...just not worth the frustration. Better to seek an alternative.

Today I took my 15 teen year old and my 2 year old to get their hair cut. I was very happy with both of their hair cuts. They will be going back in the future.

Missed a big part of my hair

Came in here for the first time. Went with Everardo who was very welcoming and made me feell like I had been his client for months. He listened to what I wanted and gave me an excellent cut. Incredible barber and nice shop.

Was there for over an hour and half and wasnt even acknowledged. People kept coming in and just sitting in open chairs instead of having walkins handled. Worst service, would not recommend unless you like waiting almost 2 hours for someone to barely start giving you a cut.

My barber roughed me up on the sides, he didnt seem too focused on what he was doing and more interested with the conversation with other barbers. The place seems legit enough but even when I tried coming back it was packed with not just customers but people that were just loitering. All the barbers seemed nice enough but no one was interested in helping out to make sure the customers were scheduled or taken care of, they were so unorganized. Parkings a nightmare so that just adds to the overall bad experience. Im better off somewhere else that wants my business

The music or movies being played are not for small children. The barbers are amazing and the prices are reasonable. This is what all babrbershops try to be.

Worst, everytime I go they smell like hangover. They hook up people they know, I.e. cut there boys hair when he comes in, even tho you been waiting 1hour and 40 min. There systems sucks and unprofessional. I rather get my hair cut across the street, they do it by order NOT by status of relationships. Have they ever heard of a receptionist? You may have talent, but your gonna need more then talent to uphold a profession. Come on man especially in the Chi!

This place MAY cut well, depending on who you get. not all of them are as skilled as mt preferred but thats expected. you arent ever guaranteed a spot, they will put regulars in front of you. but they have many babers so this typically only adds one head, 20-3 minutes. worst thoufh for me is that i was set up by two barbers for appointments. that super bad business. i was a loyal patron for two years. was being the key, there.

All wait around for “appointments” and have you wait until you leave ... went downhill this year.
