The barbers here are professional, friendly, and very welcoming. I received a clean haircut from them and I couldnt be more happy. I recommend this place...you won’t be disappointed.

I got a mens cut, which costs $35 (prices arent posted anywhere in the shop, and I get the feeling that they fluctuate at will of the owner, which is a big turnoff). I came to this barbershop after past Yelp reviews indicated that it would be cheaper than other barbershops (which it wasnt).Pros:The haircut was pretty much what I asked forWhen they shaved my neck, they used a nice, warm gelThey offer water to customers when they arriveThey were accommodating to walk-ins (I didnt have an appointment)Cons:The prices arent posted anywhere and seem to fluctuate frequentlyThey only take cashLots of little shaved hairs were left on my neck/back -- no vacuum or sink to clean them up, and they werent brushed off very wellOverall, it was an okay experience, and I wont be going back. I would rather pay $5 more to go to a more reliable and professional barbershop.

I never leave reviews but wanted to share my experience here for anyone looking for a solid barber shop. My grandpa was a barber and also the person who had cut my hair the past 20 years. Being new to Chicago I was a little nervous finding a quality haircut. After trying out a few places this is by far the best. Jelena was able to fit me in her schedule last minute and the haircut couldnt of been executed better. Also really really love the vibe here being family owned, cool chill place and very friendly staff. Offer water/beer while you wait or getting your hair cut which is awesome. They do only take cash so come prepared. I will be a returning customer and passing the word along to my friends!

The stylists are amazing. They make you feel very welcome and the experience overall is very enjoyable. To top off the outstanding atmosphere they do a great job with your appearance and have hot towel shaves. Im definitely going back. Best haircut of my life.

This is a great shop. Gina and Lexi are awesome and pay great attention to details. I started going there almost 5 years ago based on the awesome feedback they got on Yelp, and I couldnt be happier.The haircuts are always top-notch and they do a neck shave at the end, which is a nice touch. Theyre always asking everybody if they want a drink or hows the family and they know everybodys favorite cut. The usual Matty? is the question I always get and all I have to do is say Yep.These ladies know how to cut hair and are just awesome people in the neighborhood!

If you want a quality short cut, don’t go here. I was in a pinch and couldn’t make it to my usual spot and now I’ve got a sharp line halfway up the sides and back. Would not recommend.

The people are very friendly and you feel like family. They offer you a drink and the barbers are openly chatty. After 3 decent haircuts. I had a sub-par cut from there once and decided to move on.

I got about the worst haircut I have ever had. Not only was the barbers recommendation one that I did not like, it was executed poorly. I do not recommend Justin at this place. I am going to have to go back and see if I can get this terrible job fixed by a more competent barber.
