Working with Natalie was an absolute dream! My now husband and I booked this as our venue for our -last minute- Chicago wedding and could not have been happier with our choice! The entire Galleria Marchetti team was professional, organized, and really ensured our guests had a great time, which was super important to us as we were one of the first weddings post-Covid. Highly recommend!

I Come here every year for a Gala.. due to Pandemic we werent able to attend last year... well last night the event took place!!! Bravo Galeria Marchetti the place was fabulous as always Staff was amazing pleasant... but I must say the food was extremely great.... thank you for your great service and customer service...

Not very delighted with their customer service. They are either extremely slow with their response or will just ignore your phone calls in general. I understand the overwhelming amount of inquiries they must be getting due to the reopening of the city, but if your team can confirm a soft hold for a specific event day (which is a few weeks away) and then not follow up in an appropriate amount of time, or not responding to client calls/emails is unacceptable. I really was hoping to have my even here. It looks beautiful in pictures.

A wonderful wedding venue with excellent service. They have different beautiful areas but this is a gem within the city.

This was a very special occasion. My daughter was competing in a cooking competition and won a $2000 scholarship. The venue was perfect and setup was great. The hosting company LakeSide Bank is absolutely amazing. This was an all women competition for aspiring novice chefs. Such a wonderful event.

Our team has worked at Galleria Marchetti many times over the years and truly love the modern sophistication of the space. The garden area, pergola, and pavilion are beautiful accommodating areas. The venue staff here are wonderful and helpful. Natalie Madonia is always a pleasure to work with and we love having her as a partner in producing events!

Really nice outdoor seating, under a canopy type thing (pretty sure its good in the rain), thats lit up nice.

We are contracted to host our wedding reception with Galleria Marchetti next month and they are not returning our calls or emails! Due to COVID-19 restrictions in Chicago, Galleria Marchetti will be unable to host the reception we had planned with 150 guests and they have gone radio silent on us regarding our refund.Before giving them a 3rd deposit back in March (when the government first implemented gathering bans) we asked Galleria Marchetti to confirm that, if our wedding was canceled due to continued COVID related gathering bans or restrictions, we would received a full refund. They ensured us that all our money would be returned if restrictions continued.Well, its now 5 months later, gathering restrictions are still in place, and they have $20,000 in deposits for an event they cannot host. It would be nice to receive a call or email back from them about their plans to refund me.

Cute place, just they don’t know how to cook a steak! I’m not joking ... and the menu isn’t cheep ... the desert table definitely needs some upgrade! For the money they asking for it’s nothing noticeable...

Attended a wedding here. The staff was very friendly. Lots of great spaces for taking pictures. The open outdoor fire places were beautiful. Versatile for indoor/outdoor use.

Check their board of health rating: 1 HIGH RISK. DO NOT dine here or you will get food poisoning. Their bathrooms are not big enough to accommodate large crowds. The women’s room has 3 tiny stalls and the men’s room has 2 urinals. Their entire staff is rude and does not listen to customers. The food was TERRIBLE. For ~$300 a plate I’ll be taking my business elsewhere...

I am a wedding DJ and own Chicago Mobile DJs and have done numerous weddings here. It is one of my favorite spots in the city. Its beautiful hip and trendy. The staff is fantastic and weddings there are always a blast. This is definitely a must-see for brides and grooms planning their weddings

Went to brother in law wedding here. Beautiful ambiance. We were lucky with perfect weather. The lights and ceiling covering was magical. It was a very special wedding. Food was excellent, great drinks and wine. We had an excellent time

Had contract which allowed us to set up at 2:30 pm for wedding ceremony that starts at 4:30. Weeks before wedding they tell us they have booked another event in our room until 3. Sorry! We had to hire extra people to ensure set in time for ceremony. They wouldn’t cover cost. When we get to venue at 3, other party tells us they were told had space until 4 pm. Bad business and no trust. Wouldn’t use again or recommend

The food, the service, the setting could not have been better.

Probably one of the most unique venues in Chicago. This cute little neighborhood restaurant has grown into a powerhouse for weddings & events. As a neighbor Im a little sad that the restaurant no longer opens for us because the Italian food was really good. In order for me to eat here I have to go to the events that are being hosted.They have spent the last year expanding. They added on a new outdoor atrium that is made of glass with a retractable roof. Which is great with Chicagos unpredictable weather. So when in snows in July they will be able to close the roof & the party doesnt stop.So if youre looking for a one of a kind event experience then this is the place. The outdoor garden is beautiful especially for wedding photos. I hope I didnt unleash and bridezillas cause they would love getting married here.

Wonderful venue for a variety of events! Was here for a charity evenr and was a great venue. Parking can be tricky or use valet. Very spacious and friendly staff, Great bartenders.

Beautiful venue. Several different spaces ideal for customizing to fit your event decor. I fell in love with the courtyard. Not a lot of street parking but the valet parking was suitable.

The venue and food were wonderful but the service was awful. Every server had a scowl on his face. I got a drink with lipstick on the glass and the replacement glass was not really clean either.

My wife and I were married here in June of 2012, we couldnt have asked for a more beautiful setting both inside and out. The staff was also great and they made our wedding night perfect.

Sooo beautiful. Went for a youth program meeting and everyone loved it.

This is the worst experience ever. When we arrived there there was a huge line of cars for valet. Valet guys were OK. Then we went inside. Right after you step inside there is a small hall kinda waiting area. All chairs, tables, ground so dirty. No receptionist. No signs of where is checkroom. Then we went to next hall where we had party. Big nice hall but very cheap decorated. Tiles on floor are probably 30 years old and cracked. Not evenly placed tables and chairs.Now lets talk about bar and staff working there. Absolutely unprofessional. Who would hire barmen who doesnt know what is bourbon neat. Then I asked for lime+titos, barmen put huge glass of titos and put lime on it omg ... are kidding me !? DJ is below average.All other drinks were cheap. I was expecting cool italian restaurant and got very cheap baquet hall.Restrooms are fcuked up. Only 1 cabin and 2 urinals which are so close that person near you will touch your shoulder if you do it together.Never ever will go back there.Will not recommend !
