This location has the best customer service. I needed my side view mirror fixed and was told I would have to bring my car in the next day . Brian tried his best to have it done that day so I could picked my daughter up for school! Thank you so much Brian I really appreciate your service!!!

I was in dire need of a positive battery terminal for my 2011 FX35. I had called around all day to find one. Online I found one for $10, in Orland I found one for $20 but they are the worst. Clarendon Hills has a problem with getting you the right parts so this was my cheapest and most reliable option. I spoke the Brandon over the phone, very nice guy. He answered all of my questions and put the part to the side for me. Based on my interaction with him and his great interpersonal skills I’d be willing to purchase a car from this dealership. Job well done Brandon that guy deserves a raise.

3/30/2021 We had to pleasure to buy a great car from Berman Infiniti 2018 Q50 immaculate condition exceptional price no haggle sales tactic straight forward period. Overall, the experience was exceptional because our sales professional Ryan Clarke has to be one of the best in the industry very personable knowledgeable professional and just a great person in general. The worst!! The customer service is absolutely horrible. We tried to turn in our lease early because we were going to be on a trip when it was due. We called for over 2 weeks trying to make arrangements. The dealership said we had to have an inspection first. What?? Ive been leasing cars for nearly 2 decades and never has a company told me I had to make arrangements to get an inspection done prior to turning in the lease. The dealership refused to accept my lease without this AIM inspection but the first available day for the inspection from their mandatory company was after our lease return date. The dealership refused to work with us at all and just said, you have to call Infiniti. . . Call Infiniti? Then who are you??? Outrageous. Absolutely no customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I absolutely would. On top of that, the manager had the nerve to say, were trying to leave early. Is this really how you all treat customers? Never again will I purchase or lease an Infiniti. The worst experience I have ever had with a car company. (And this doesnt even include all of the problems that we had with the actual car throughout our lease.) I would NEVER recommend this dealership or the car company.

BEWARE OF CAR SERVICE DEPT. It was our own fault, left sunglasses in there but we’ve taken the car to get serviced before in non official dealerships and it was never an issue.Took it in for maintenance spending over $2k only to get it back with the sunglasses stolen. Also had to put the car mats back myself afterwards because they just left it all hanging in the trunk.Contacted manager Mark Yalda and he didn’t care. Emailed me and said he’d call but didn’t and said they use a 3rd party anyways so can’t be responsible, not taking any accountability whatsoever so just know you’re not getting serviced by actual Infiniti or Berman people. Not sure what else they’re using 3rd party for but if this is their response to everything, I guess they are not responsible for much.The only reason for 2 stars is because our rep was very thorough for the maintenance process, before we found out there was a stolen item and he helped with putting the mats back in place after seeing it was thrown all over the trunk.
Phuong made the process easy and simple, just purchased a new vehicle. He was extremely helpful, nice and straight to the point. The experience of riding this new infinity is definitely a big thanks to him. Highly recommend him as a sales person.

The Manager on duty Mark Yalda on my date of service was very rude. The things he was shouting and saying to clients is unacceptable I don’t know why they would have somebody representing Infiniti like this. Why would anyone want to be in that type of environment. Glad service advisor Alejandro Quiroz helped, he had proper adequate.
Staff are usually friendly, but service department usually is delayed or uninformed. I recently scheduled a basic oil change for Saturday at 2:30pm, while heading to the dealership from the Southside I placed a call to confirm that they would be able to service my car as I was running 10 mins late. I was told it would be fine and that they would be ready for me when I made it. On arrival the staff member began to check me in and as I grabbed my belongings. As he returned to the counter he was informed that they would not be able to service my car. When I asked why thinkn it was because of my tardiness, he explained that the 2:30 appointment was too late to have changed my oil in the 1st place. After leaving very frustrated because of my wasted time, I called to speak to the service manager whom I was told would call me back after dealing with guest. A day has passed and I have yet to hear from him. My 3 issues are 1. If they were unable to service my car at 2:30 the appointment shouldve never been made. 2. When I called to confirm if they wouldve told me about the situation i wouldve turned around. 3. I understand that calls are sometimes returned during working hours the following day, but I was reassured he would call after the guest he was dealing with. I gave them 2⭐s because theyre friendly, but they dont ever seem to have it together(confusion has happened before).
I was looking to make my first new car purchase and I made a request to look at the new 2022 QX55. This model is limited and I had seen pictures of it last year. I was able to make an appointment immediately; Ryan Clarke was simply amazing; I can’t even believe the unbelievably great customer service I received. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them and made this purchase so comfortable for me. While experiencing a personal incident, I received amazing service and support from the team which includes Jake Grossinger, Tony, and the manager, Adelita, who was extremely sweet. I would recommend Berman Infiniti to EVERYONE as I truly feel like I was viewed as more than just a customer but family. Amazing amazing amazing customer service.
Extremely disappointed. Went in today to buy a brand new QX 60 that was offered online. I called ahead to double check the price and availability of the 0% interest promotion and was assured that this offer stood. After arriving I was told in order to get the 0% interest rate, I have to pay an extra $7k for the vehicle! How on earth can a good customer with a great down-payment and credit score be made to pay more because of their creditworthiness? False advertising is bad business! Deceptive practices are even worse! My time was wasted because you didnt stand by your ad and/or word and I intend on telling everyone I know to stay clear of your business.
I had to update my review from 4 stars to 1 star. My experiences at Berman INFINITI of Chicago have gone down the sewer after Kelly left the service department. I have had a manager hang up on me on purpose. At a CAR dealership, there seems to be a shortage of loaners. This is not what a customer would expect at a luxury dealership.
Bought a certified Pre owned 2017 qx60 vehicle here 6 months ago and it has been in the shop for 25% of the time I have had it. I have had to bring it back multiple times for the same issues and every time it’s like pulling teeth to get results. A two days service job turns into 11 days. I don’t feel like I am told the truth when it is in The shop about the work being done and that their certified technicians are terrible at their jobs. I don’t think it went through the 168 point inspection at all but instead they just flip vehicles as they are traded in. I found multiple issues that should have been taken care of listed on the CPO checklist that were not done prior to sale. I will be opening a case with the BBB against them under false advertisement. Do not trust their CPO certification or their staff.
After talking with Mark over my prior issue, we came to an agreement with some of the issues and concerns that were mention about the vehicle, they will be handled by there service people. I am feeling a little better about the situation and is now given them another opportunity to fix our relationship moving forward. I rated them 3 stars until my next appointment to see how well they handle my next visit which should be by next week or weekend.
I had to take my infinity G25 in to have it looked at after a hard storm. Dwayne was such of great help during this time. I was unable to keep my car due to the amount of damage 😢. Today things changed as I was helped by Doug in sales with making my purchase of my 2017 Q50. Great experience love how helpful and attentive Doug was with helping me find the perfect vehicle with the perfect price. Huge thanks to Chloe for walking me through all the paperwork and just being honest in answering all my question. I most definitely will be recommending friends and family to come here to make a purchase. Keep true to your great customer service it really brightens up anyone’s day. Recently, I went to Berman Infiniti of Chicago to get a diagnostic check on my 2009 G37. While waiting, I was looking at the 2021 Q60 with a sales representative, Julia, who had approached me to offer her expertise. Once I learned that repairing my car was not cost effective, service center staff referred me to Julia to inquire about my options for purchasing a new vehicle. Funny enough, Julia had already approached me before. Julia made my car buying experience smooth and presented my options in a no-nonsense way. She consulted with her colleagues during our negotiations and presented me with an offer I could not refuse. I came in to Berman Infiniti of Chicago with a rust bucket of a car and left with a brand new Q60 (the one with the red seats aaaayyyyyyyyyy). Not only was Julia professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, she made the whole car buying experience so easy and simple. After negotiations, I was referred to Chloe, yet another knowledgeable and “no-nonsense” representative, who presented additional coverage options. My Berman Infiniti of Chicago experience was a 10/10. I have bought a few cars before, but those experiences do not compare with the impeccable customer service experience I had here. If you are in the market to buy a new car, look no further, go to Berman Infiniti of Chicago, they know what they’re doing.
I am happy with the price and love the qx60 i purchased! I always hear no haggle but there is always negotiating just to get a fair price. We all know this can take take hours and is very frustrating! I wish it was easier but its not. You always leave wandering if you could have gotten a better deal. I spent hours at the dealership and finally purchased a vehicle. I felt good about the transaction but no one really seemed to care or give a congratulatory on the purchase ( maybe i am spoiled from buying a new car at chevy, crysler and Mazda dealer). It could have been due to it being late on Saturday but i felt very rushed and not a priority. I even had to ask about mats being placed in the vehicle which i would expect at a high end dealership. Over all happy with purchase, service was average. We will see about the next 5 years.
I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve been here. They go above and beyond to make things simple and convenient, communicate well, and do great work. Kelly is the best, always! And Pete did an amazing job making yellow paint that found its way onto my car disappear. They are great people and do a great job!
This dealer is very deceptive in their online pricing. I offered full price in cash for a car and they asked for an additional $1,000. They offer an option of CASH or FINANCING. They claim financing has a $1,000 discount but since I did not select that option, how can they ask me for another $1,000 in addition to the cash price I already submitted to pay in full????The ownership of Infiniti, owner of the dealership, and the sales manager all reached out to me. They did offer to accept the price without any additions and requested my feedback to improve the situation for future buyers. I have been an Infiniti owner for 10 years, they have restored my faith in the company/business. I will watch to see if the corrections are made with sales via their website.
My experience with Bermans sales manager and salesman Phuong Nguyen was top notch! I never felt pressured to purchase/lease a vehicle and Phuong was on top of everything in terms of answering my questions, finding options to fit our budges and trying to make things as easy as possible during these uneasy times - he even drove a test vehicle to our home since my husbands work schedule made it hard for him to visit the dealership. From start to finish it was a smooth and stress free experience and we are very happy with the vehicle we decided on!

I don’t know how they removed my post but they did. I initially stated that their service technicians charged me several hundreds of dollars and charged my service contracts also for a noise that was never corrected and was never properly diagnosed. Hundreds of dollars later and the noise I initially went for was never fixed. I have to say that this place is not a reliable place to fix your car they left me out hundreds of dollars and refused to fix my problem I’m done with them I advise you to do the same stay away

I am very pleased with the service I received from Berman Infinity Service Center this month 01/2020. My truck needed a couple of things serviced and it was going to take a little longer than anticipated, so they provided me with a loaner vehicle. Everyone there was very welcoming and Kelly the gentleman who took care of me was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this service center to all my family, friends and colleagues.
I purchased a used Mazda Tribute from Berman Infiniti approximately 1 year ago. Low miles, good price, “perceived clean history” and vehicle ran pretty good. I had no major unexpected issues during that 1st year. The time came for me to renew my yearly vehicle registration and the State of Illinois never sent my renewal postcard. I went to the Illinois Secretary of State to remedy the issue and to my surprise they had no record of the vehicle being registered at all. I found out the vehicle was unable to be because it had a “salvage title”. The dealer never disclosed this information to me and the car fax made no mention of it. I wasn’t aware of any title issues until an entire year after the purchase. I had to have the car inspected by state inspectors just to drive the car legally but the car has absolutely zero value since it has a junk title. The dealership has provided absolutely no help since being made aware. I own shoes that are worth more than this car. This is auto fraud and I am currently in the process of obtaining an attorney.
My husband and I were recently looking to purchase a used car with low mileage. We found something we loved and it wasnt currently available at the store. However, after explaining what we were looking for, Tony Saldana, Doug Belgio, and Luis Guzman found us the exact car we were looking for, with even lower miles than we hoped for. This purchase could not have been any easier, or stress free. In a time of panic around the world, our car buying experience was exquisite. When we went in to purchase the car, the paperwork was ready to go, the car was already washed and sanitized with the keys ready for us. The process was extremely quick, and we look forward to continuing to purchase our cars from here in the future. We are very thankful for the hard work and effort that Tony, Doug and Luis put in to get us our wonderful Nissan Rogue.
Dawayne was so friendly, patient, and helpful. He was easy to talk to and very accommodating. He went out of his way to help me with an issue I had. The service was great and quick. The turn around time on my service was outstanding. I was pleased with my results.
Not sure yet. Brakes were evidently needing of repair, so no problem there. Problem also with exhaust system. Supposedly fixed, but car still making noise upon acceleration that it wasn’t making before problem. So kind of incomplete on the review.

Berman INFINITI did an amazing job with my car. Steve the General Manager made sure everything was perfect. Steve would come check on me consistently, providing me updates during my wait time. The technician was very thorough when explaining what he will be doing. Ive never been treated so well at any dealership compared to Berman Infiniti. Service was excellent. Theresa is the absolute best!! She was so knowledgeable about my car and she is the first person to actually explain to me what is happening inside of my car. She popped my hood and explained to me what needed to be fixed, why it needed to be fixed and what difference it made to the car. Thanks to her, I knew exactly what was being done and why. This is the only place where I bring my car and I trust that every time I come here, I’m getting honest feedback and work done.
Purchased used car there a while ago but kept forgetting to write a review. Typical old school hidden fees and extras tactics when it came to finalize the purchase, came from different state attracted by a fair price. Was told that car is in great condition no scratches at all, NON. Of course not true. I dont have time to go about all the details but simply DO NOT recommend!
Service was fantastic. Theresa went above and beyond in helping us through a difficult situation involving 3rd party insurance. Her efforts in expediting the process, providing expert guidance and doing everything she could to limit costs and make the experience as painless as possible was very appreciated. She was diligent in providing consistent updates and very generous in making sure our experience was painless (3 loaner cars in a month+ process!). I have nothing but great things to say about Theresa and the service at Berman, keep up the great work!
I worked with Ken on getting in a Q50 lease. After I left, I decided I wasn’t happy with the car I received so Ken, Luis and Steve worked together to get me in a different car. They were able to get me in a different car less than 12 hours after I got the first car. I’m much more happy with the Q50 they got me in this second time around. Overall great experience. I will be a returning customer.

My service person Kelly is always available to answer any questions, explain all repairs, and assist me in making important decisions when it comes to my car. My experience is always great. The people are polite and always check in on you making sure you’re okay.
I’ve only had two encounters with the service center so far, but both have been great. There’s a clean and comfortable lounge which makes it easy to get work done while you wait. The people there are also great. They’re attentive, always ready to provide an update on the status of your vehicle, and friendly. They seem truly vested in making sure you have a good experience.
The Berman’s team is always welcoming and kind, however over the past 2 yrs I have now experienced my third major issue which has coincidentally happened with in 24 hours of having my oil changed. This time was the most inconvenient as immediately after the oil change the car was taken on a road trip, which ended abruptly as the car experienced an issue half way to Denver. Again, I am not sure if it is coincidence or something more.
Great experience got my oil changed, clean facility fast service and friendly people. Complimentary car wash was also a plus.. I’ll definitely recommend them for fast & great service!
I had a great experience here. The staff was really nice and didnt push me into making a decision like the other dealers that I went to. I love that they didnt overwhelm me with the different choices. The process was quick and easy, and I didnt have to sit there for hours and hours. Very true to their word and honest which was a big plus considering the last place that I went to didnt mention all flaws in the cars I was looking at. Love the complimentary valet parking! Especially in Downtown Chicago! Certainly happy with the service.
Roller coaster ride to earn this 5 star review. I was actually pretty set on buying a newer q50 till I saw how well maintained the g37 was at this location. Initially felt like a star with their treatment which then took a dive after a few goof ups. However what deserves 5 star is they rectified all those and gave me the service I paid a premium for. The location was great! Downtown traffic in your new or used car! The people at Berman went above and beyond with the service they gave me! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new/used car. But espically Lauren she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. And I absolutely was she made the car buying fast easy and effortless. Lauren is by far the best at Berman :)
Normally service may be good but obviously Bermans has service issues. We have been waiting 3 hours for light bulb change unacceptable!!! If they were having issues should have notified us. Now all they can say is Im sorry. Appt scheduled for 11am it is now 2:30pm. Poor Service
Service agent upcharged me for a synthetic oil I didnt ask for and never previously requested. Thankfully I noticed the discrepancy on my bill before I left. The service manager (not the agent) was apologetic and promptly issued a refund, which is why this a two star review and not a one star review. I have several upcoming service items but I wont be going there. Please be careful if you are a current service customer.

Nice service. You have to remind them a few times to clean the vehicle as part of the service, paid 300$ for some maintenance on top of a warranty service and they were supposed to deluxe clean my vehicle. Never happened.
Ramon Gonzalez is the definition of service! Every time I go in for a service, Ramon has taken care of me no matter if the place is busy. He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to any issues I have about my infinite. His friendliness and expertise makes any visit the service center actually enjoyable. My oil change and car wash went very smoothly and quickly. The staff was courteous and efficient. When my car was finished, I noticed that bird poop had gone unnoticed and over time gotten under the seal in various places. James, the detailer and fellow dog lover, was able to work on it immediately and did it for an excellent price. It took no time at all and my car looks brand new. I highly recommend James for any detailing needs.
Usually my experience at the Chicago Infinity service center has been a good one. This time I experienced untimely servicing of my vehicle. The Representative servicing my vehicle this time misquoted the terms of service that would be provided. I paid monies for the services provided in an attempt to show good faith to the service director before I contacted him. Phone calls to the number provided for the service director produced no contact. Voice messages left with no return phone calls. I emailed the service director directly to the email provided. I have not as of yet received a reply. This experience does not show the service that Berman associates usually extend to their customers.
I walked/drove in with out an appointment as a new customer. I was treated as if I have been coming here for years. Ramon really made me feel at home and treated me great. He listened to me intently clearly communicated back to my issue and then fixed it immediately. Berman Infinity did not just win me over in the over in the moment but with Ramons help have now made me a customer for life.

Customer service A-1...Dwayne Allen went above and beyond my expectations of service. Over the weekend my wife and child got stranded on the 90 heading east to fifth third ice arena. Dwayne called a tow truck and brought my family safe to Berman Infiniti to change out the alternator. Dangerous situation handled professionally and efficiently.

This was my first trip to this location at 1224 N Hooker St. I was only there cause my consultant Theresa was place here and of course I followed my girl. She has been taking car of my and my family for 4 years every since when they were located at Irving park road. But she never sell me anything extra and take care of my vehicle so me and my family could be safe I appreciate her and trust her with our life’s. Theresa 110 percent ratings. Year later when I came back to get the regular servicing and to get a damage to the car addressed, had a very hostile customer experience with one of the service agents. Didnt seem approachable and just kept me waiting without any proper update. Hope they take this review seriously and improve their customer service as well.
Worst experience ever!! Called this location to set an appointment to have my rotors resurfaced, my brakes replaced, transmission fluid changed, break fluid changed, and to check why my car was making a whining noise when accelerating. Now I had just had my rotors changed last year so they were almost new, just had a little rust from coming out of the winter season. This location first tried to charge me $780 for a break inspection when I told them that I knew my breaks needed to be changed to begin with and to just go ahead and put them on when I called to make my appointment. Then tried to rip me off by telling me that my rotors needed to be replaced when I knew that they didn’t. Then on top of that, told me that the whining noise I was hearing from my tire was the plastic piece from my mud flap, which was a lie and tried to charge me $167 for an inspection fee. You can tell by that response that they didn’t even diagnose it, they just looked at it for a second, came up with a quick solution, and tried to charge me because they “discovered” what is was. I was Also further lied to by stating that my transmission fluid and break fluid had been completed, but when I went to pick up my car to take to a different location, I discovered that they had never even started. End of story, I took my car to Ziegler Infiniti in Schaumburg. The service advisor looked at my car and told me that he didn’t know why the other location would lie to me, but my rotors were new and just needed to be resurfaced. They also ran and inspection on my car and discovered that the whining noise was actually caused by a leak in my power steering rack... not a piece of plastic. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
I am disabled and decided to purchase a vehicle online because it would much easier for me. Was dealing with Mr.Basarich.Agreed on price,had purchase documents prepared, this was Saturday I asked to get some specific photographs which Mr.Basarich promised to provide.....but it ended on promises, i found that they sold the car on Monday ...didnt even get an option to purchase different vehicle.... .Honoring your word is the basic principle in this business,unfortunately that principle does no not live at Berman.We are all consumers and i wonder if being in my position they would like to be treated the same way.And Mr.Camp doesnt care either..... There are other dealers out there

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Berman’s Infiniti service Department I had an issue with my window last week in Chicago when it was very cold outside, they sent a porter to pickup my vehicle within less than an hour. They resolved the issue within 24H. They always go over and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
After getting into an accident, I needed to quickly find another car in my price range. I found Berman Infiniti and read all the reviews and after finding a 2007 nissan maxima on their website, I ended up driving there to look at it and bought it the same day. 5 days later, I went to paint the wheels and when I started to put the jack under the car, I noticed the floor pans were completely rusted out on both sides of the car. Horrified, I called the dealership and the used car salesman Luis Guzman told me to bring it back. He looked at it and told me because of the 30 day perfect car promise that he would send it out for repairs and I am so thankful he did because I bought it as-is and if I had bought it anywhere else, I would have had to drive an unsafe car and been out thousands of dollars for repairs. I highly recommend Berman Infiniti for good quality cars, great customer service, and an all around great car shopping experience. Thanks again Luis and Berman Infiniti!! I honestly cant thank you enough!!
I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back by Thursday after a massive engine overhaul! I was impressed by how fast Berman got back to me and was incredibly grateful for the wonderful customer service. Teresa went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly and I’m more than satisfied with my experience!
Car buying can be tough, but Addy made it very easy. He was friendly, honest, helpful and very professional. He explained the entire trade in process and made a fair deal. Wonderful experience working with him.
My experience was excellent. My only issue was they did not update my system reflecting the oil change was done nor did they replace the sticker letting me know when my next oil change was due. Ramon quickly corrected both issues and I was on my way.
This is my second Infiniti, my first from Berman. As much as Ive enjoyed driving my QX30 over the past two years, my experience with Berman and its service department has been second to none. Hats off to my service advisor, Ramon (Does he ever take a day off?) and the rest of the crew. He ALWAYS makes sure Im well taken care of. For that alone, I would buy another Infiniti from Berman.
I recently visited the Berman Infiniti service location for a ceramic coating detail. My experience was phenomenal. James explained the process in detail, his schedule was very flexible, and he made my travel to and from the service location a breeze. The price was unbeatable and my Q60 looked brand new. Top Notch Customer Service from beginning to end.
Will absolutely never be back for service needs. ABS light came on in my 2017 QX60. Took it to Berman on a Saturday and the technician confirmed that the light was on. They said that they would need to keep the car over the weekend. Received a call on Monday that the “computer” in the car did not record an issue and that I should pick my car up. Refused to do so until the problem was fixed because regardless of what the “computer” says, the ABS light was on and the technician confirmed it. Received a call from someone else in the service dept who stated that I should not have been told to pick up the car and that they would need to test drive it to find the source of the problem. I consented to that. They diagnosed the problem, fixed the car and told me I could pick it up 6 days after they initially received the car. Once I got the car back, I noticed that the middle headrest in the back seat was raised, one of the seats in the third row was up, there was dead grass in the trunk, an apartment 12 miles away was programmed into the navigation, and 85 miles was put on the car. I consented to a test drive, NOT to using the car for personal use and having additional occupants in the car!!! This is equivalent to theft in my mind. I would give zero stars to this dealership if I could.
Ramon González is seriously the best!! He takes such good care of me and makes sure to try to get everything fixed for me quickly and under warranty as much as possible. My family of mechanics/car enthusiasts always frown on me taking my car to the dealer service. They usually say “dealer=stealer” but most recently when I told them of all the things Ramon has done for me, I got the reply “Wow, you got lucky you found an honest serviceman at a dealer!” I highly recommend Infiniti service dept, as all the staff is great, but Ramon gets my highest recommendation!
James did an incredible job getting my Infiniti detailed perfectly. He spent extra time going over the car with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend him for the excellent job he did and his great customer service.
I had the pleasure of working with a the wonderful team here. Upon entering the dealership, everyone was friendly and greeted me with smiles. I am pregnant and a bit hormonal which led to me being very indecisive. The wonderful team here worked with me and their 3o day Perfect Car Promise was very helpful. Julian was my sales person. He explained how to use each of the features on the car (my second one) and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving with my car. Additionally, he told me that if I ever needed to come back to review how to use anything else hed be happy to help. Rick in finance was an excellent conversationalist and he made sure that I understood every item that I signed and where every one of my dollars were going. Overall this was a good car buying experience.
We were torn on how to review Berman.Five stars (or more) to Addy, the sales person that we worked with. Earlier this year we went in, no appt, and Addy was very informative, helpful and not at all pushy. Months later, once we had reached a purchasing decision, we were working with Addy over email and again he was extremely helpful. The one day that it worked for us to come in to the dealership to potentially finalize a purchase he was not working, so he put us in touch with his manager Jordan.I would give Jordan 2 stars. And I don’t take 2 stars lightly. From the start, Jordan was rude and not helpful. Both via email, over the phone, and in person. I work with sales people every day and am still shocked that he manages to have a job in sales. I was ready to walk out of the dealership that day because of him (and to be honest, at times still wish we had). The only reason we stayed and ended up purchasing the car was because we knew that Addy would still get the commission.My advice, if you go to Berman avoid having to work with Jordan at all costs. But, I highly recommend Addy – he was the contact person that we picked the car up from, and post purchase he has continued to impress us with his knowledge and demeanor.
•••BERMAN INFINITI CONSUMER FRAUD••• — Be careful when purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned Infiniti from Berman as they will slip in a $998 Certification Fee / Itemized Accessory Fee onto the price of the vehicle. As Ive found out through Infiniti North America, Infiniti dealers DO NOT charge a cerfification fee in addition to the price of the vehicle. Based on Facebook reviews, this is an ongoing issue with Berman. Its a shame that Berman is committing fraudulent business practices during this difficult time.
