I absolutely love this shop. Andy is great. Ive been here 3x and had nothing but great experiences. They fixed my car when the engine light popped on, gave my car a tune up, and recently fixed it when there was smoke coming from the hood. They have great prices and get the job done in a timely manner. I live 30 minutes away and this shop is definitely worth the commute. Highly recommend. Definitely my go to shop for all my car problems.

Great Service in and out. Got my A/C working on a Saturday and they were short staff.

UPDATE: My issue definitely happened at this shop.Had them replace an A/C unit on my Mazda3 that subsequently failed. Brought it in for repair several times but it continued to not work. Asked for a refund, but they would only give me half the money back. Filed a complaint with Chicago consumer protection. Owner tried to claim I didnt return the A/C unit to him, like Im supposed to give him back the defective part he installed in my car! Finally consumer protection ruled in my favor and I got my money back. When the lady from the city called she told me Ogden has had multiple offences. Strongly recommend to stay away from this place!

Told me 1 price, kept my car for a whole day just to have some call and tell me a whole other price almost triple the price. Horrible experience and to think someone recommended this place to me.

If you are looking to not get beat out of your money and getting recommendations to put parts that you dont need in your vehicle then you better bring your vehicle to Ogden Automotive!!!Andy and his men know what they are doing and I commuted all the way from NWI to go to this highly recommended shop.I will continue to make this commute because they take care of the problem and work vigorously to get you the best price for your part.

Paul is a diagnostic genius. I came to him with CAN communications issue that two RR dealers were unable to identify- one of them suggested I replace the entire wiring harness for $19K or junking my car. He accurately diagnosed in several hours and repaired at a very fair price. Very impressed with his knowledge of vehicle systems and his transparency during the work. Everyone needs a car guy like him.

Avoid this shop! The mechanics are really friendly. The problem is they mark up the parts they sell you 150% in some cases, they also don’t honor quotes ( even when the service goes without issue). I feel like the work was done well but the sales tactics are shady at best. Always ask for a parts list. Update- my truck is now misfiring bad almost to the point of dying, taking it to another mechanic.

I have been a client for over 10years and would not take my car any where else.

My mother and I visited this location on 6/17/16 for a diagnostic test on her Volvo. We happily paid the $89 for the service fee to see what was wrong with the vehicle. However, we waited 24hr to see if the shop would call us to give us a update on the status of the vehicle but they didnt. Anyone who is familiar with customer service understands the importance of following up with your clients. Particularly, when your paying a substantial amount of money to have your vehicle repaired.Nevertheless, I took a uber to the shop since we did not have a car to get around in to see what was going on with the car. The gentleman explained to me along with the technician what was wrong with the car. However, he did not give me any pricing on what it would cost to get it fixed. He mentioned that he would give me a call once again, but he never didnt. I called this location several times to get a quote after I dropped my vehicle off, and was told I was receive a phone call back. I am really disappointed how we were treated and dont plan on doing business with this location any further. We never felt like a priority, and it appears to me that the owner needs to have some coaching and developing with his employees about servicing others.

Purchased my vehicle there 3 or more years ago they have been taking care of it since and I also bring my wifes car for any service it needs. Andy is very knowledgeable and the crew there take care of my vehicles as if they owned them, never any greasy finger prints on car or foot prints on the carpet when I pick up car after service is done. I am retired from the Automobile business so I know great customer service when I get it.

Sign on the building says Diagnostic Center Emissions Test and Tune Up. Google suggests this location for Emissions Testing and tune ups... False advertising.The guy was polite.

Terrible. Took my car there to get fixed. Balance shaft sprockets. The mechanic who doesnt work there anymore put the wrong sprocket on the wrong shaft. I took the car back to get it fixed a couple months ago and they supposedly fixed it but didnt put all the parts back on my car and then tightened down a bolt for the engine cover too tight. It snapped off and now i have to go get more work done than i came ogden auto to have done. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the headaches.
