Polite staff, efficient service, good prices. I went in for an alignment check, brake check and tire rotation. They inspected my vehicle, explained why I needed an alignment (I figured I did) & told me the brakes were good. No upsell or rip-off pricing. Very pleased.

The TPMS alerted to a low tire pressure level. Picked up a small nail. Was immediately taken care of. Reasonable repair timeframe considering not having a prior appointment. The guys are very knowledgeable with friendly service. Highly recommended.

I called up a couple of tire shops in my area and Just Tires was the best option for me. They were affordable and profesional. Bryan was friendly over the phone, helped me schedule an appointment and suggested the right oil for my car. Marcos was able to verify my vehicle, convey some of the oil options for my car and help me choose the one I was most comfortable with. The wait was normal at about an hour an half. There was a cleanly waiting area and appropriately socially distanced chairs with a TV so I could pass the time. This location is close to restaurants and coffees shops to spend time at while you wait for your car. I was able to receive a free 29 point inspection by Peter to make sure my car didn’t need any more work done. Edwin billed me for the service and made sure to go over everything that had to be done to my car. Would definitely recommend this place. Will return again for future service.

I stopped in last week to purchase tires for my SUV last week, the two gentlemen (Marcos/Brian) were very helpful. The customer service was great, and both answered many questions I had. Recommendation was great and my vehicle drives like new again.I would definitely go back again. Highly recommend this place. I would highly encourage leaving the vehicle for service due to the state we are currently in, even though there are precautions being taken at this location and everyone is wearing a mask.

Brought 2 tires and had wheel alignment. Inflated prices they tried to confuse me with complicated billed. I pointed out they over charged me and it took forever to fix invoice and still didn’t apply appropriate discount. I would have been a good customer but will not do business with them again. Also plan to cancel credit card with them.

I am sitting in their lobby right now at 3:10 on a Sunday. I had a 1pm appointment and they just now started working on my tire. 2 hours with not even a call to let me know they were running behind. Of course, then we had the obligatory upsell 2 hours after they hadn’t even started working on my original order. Geez is it possible to find a place where they respect the time of the customer, and without trying to sell them something they don’t need?

I always get good quality work whenever I visit and I always get a good explanation of why I’m experiencing car problems. I always go to Bryan for my oil changes, brakes, and tires. There was never a time I had to come back because something was half done.

I had purchased a set of wheels which ended up not working with my existing lug bolts but they spent many hours helping me find the parts i needed and coming up with a solution which worked out in the end. They went far above and beyond what was expected and did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of.

One of the most honest and professional car shops hands down. Went in for a wheel alignment and it came out perfect. Recommended that i needed tires maybe next year and wasn’t trying to upsale me or pressure me into purchase more services. Told me to come back right away if something feels wrong. Coming from working in the automotive field and currently working in a call center, it is refreshing to see how much they really care about customer and put customer first. Recently took my wife’s car because it was in need of tires, they were very knowledgeable and made sure to ask me questions to make sure I get the right tires. I’ve been to other places where they just try to sell you the most expensive parts even if that’s not the best for your need. I will be sure to recommend my whole family and friends to this shop!

Had them change four tires on my Jeep Wrangler, along with an alignment. Took around 3 hours to complete, but very fair prices, quality work and great communication. Would definitely recommend to others in the area.

Had what could have turned into a big emergency when the pressure started to drop on my tire as I drove into the city. It was about 20 minutes before closing when I found the Just Tires. The gentlemen working there were polite and helpful despite my near panic. They took a look right away and found a huge screw in my tire! They removed it, patched my tire, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes! The most amazing customer service experience. Thank you again, my tire angels!

I wish I could give ZERO stars! I dropped my car for a tire change and they called me a couple of hours later to tell me the tires have been changed. They also told me that I need a wheel alignment, which I politely declined. I paid the bill, picked up my key and went to my car; only to find my TIRES HAVE NOT BEEN CHANGED. But they have already charged me for new tires, and told me they have changed the tires. I literally paid for NOTHING.Mistakes happen and there might have been some kind of mix up. I get that. But they didnt even apologize for it! The response of one of the attendants was why would I apologize, I am refunding your money.......(and some additional stuff which is full of attitude). I have never experienced a worse customer service! It is not the mistake, it is the reaction that is so terrible.ZERO STARS!

Zero stars - 4 new tires installed on 12/22/2020. On 1/4/21, just under 2 weeks later stopped in with a nail in one of the brand new tires and inquired about plugging it. Was told there would be a $45 charge - almost the cost of another new tire! I will NEVER visit a Just Tires again. Horrible customer service, and way to rip people off while people are struggling financially.

I booked the appointment online to change the oil where I had applied coupon. When I checked the final bill, they didn’t applied coupon. However, it was clearly present in bill and the calculated amount was incorrect. Pay attention to your bill carefully.Also, there was no service tag present in the car for the service done.

Google will only let me give up to 5 stars, but these guys deserve 100! Found this little gem when I had a tire blowout on the north side a few years back. I live on the Northwest side (about 30 minutes away) with plenty of mechanic shops around me and I would still rather drive 30 minutes just to take my car here. The people at this Just Tires location were super nice, super fast and really honest about service needs and options. They even caught a hacked caliper job that was done through the car dealership and told me what I needed to tell the dealership so they could fix it properly (was part of a recall). I know enough about cars and know when a mechanic is BSing me. No BS here, just great service!

These guys were great, as they had been taking care of my vehicles for 20 plus years, until Sept. 14, 2020 when I bought my car in for an oil change and somehow my windshield was cracked. They refuse to let me see the cameras, gave me the run around for a week... they basically told me to take my business elsewhere...after 20 years, really??? You would lose a good customer over $100???

Tried getting my tire patch on a Sunday and they were the only people around who made time to take care of it. They also included a complementary inspection even though I just paid for a tire patch. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased my tires from here and when ever somethings wrong they fix it and exceeds my expectations. My advice is to Purchase their warranty for your tire purchase it has came in handy for me personal because I deal with Chicago roads and potholes

Highly recommend! I was with my elderly parents at a doctors appointment nearby when we got a screw in our tire. They said it would be about 1.5 hour wait because they were very busy with every bay filled and only two techs. They were very apologetic and nice, and I totally understood that they couldnt fix the tire right away because they were so busy. We are from the suburbs, and having one parent with advanced Alzheimers, I just couldnt wait the 1.5 hours to get the tire changed. I asked if I could just borrow a jack to put the donut on, and they ended up helping me with it anyway. So very nice and helpful. I am so appreciative of their kindness and they obviously really care about their customers.

I would 100% recommend these guys!The day before the 4th of July I noticed that my tire was really low (half full). I have a small pump so I filled it up and took it to the shop. They were booked solid until 8 at night but they told me they would do their best to take a look in between appointments. They checked my tire for leaks, resealed it, and filled it up for me. Not only were they honest and trustworthy but they didnt even charge me to look at it.I can promise you that they are the only place I will go for tires and tire maintenance in Chicago.

BETTER!! DEFINITELY MUCH BETTER...Ive been going to this Just Tires several times since I live in uptown area. From getting my usual oil change, tire patch, tire rotation, and alignment. Before, I always seem to find something off about this tire shop compared to other auto service stores. From customer service, staff members, store cleanliness, and most of all, quality of service. On my recent visit, I must say I was very impressed of how much better everything was. I wasnt expecting it, which compelled me to write this review.A couple of days ago, I visited Just Tires to get an oil change since my maintenance light came on while I was on my way home from Bolingbrook, IL. While I was driving, I noticed more vibration on my steering wheel, as well as wooing sound coming from my tires. I was also aware that I am due to replacing all 4 tires - I havent replaced my tires since I bought my car.As soon as I arrived, I already noticed that they are busy. I can tell because of the cars inside the bays are full. However, their driveways in the bay area are clear and the yellow chains are up. (I know those chains are there for safety precautions and they are usually not enforced most of the time before). I walked in and noticed the main floor is cleaner and more organized. Even the seating in the waiting areas are far apart from each other to maintain social distancing. They even have courtesy water in the waiting area refrigerator for customers waiting, and their Wi-Fi signal is better than before as well....I can tell because I am a Network Engineer. (Now they are using Cisco Meraki AP).I informed the front desk associate that I need an oil change and perhaps new tires as well. I suspected they were going to schedule me for a later date since I didnt have an appointment. But I was wrong, They put the paperwork together, took my keys and shortly after, started working on my car while I wait. I even noticed that the store manager was out in the shop area helping out the other technicians just to keep the cars moving along.As I mentioned, all of the above are just bells and whistles. The most important experience I had with this Just Tires now, is their quality of service. Despite the fact the they are busy - which usually takes them forever to finish - they were able to accommodate me with my oil change, replaced all 4 new tires and alignment, while finishing them much faster than before. I was told that the store is under new management. Whatever that change may be, Im so glad of how much this Just Tires has improved...

If I could post a review with no stars I would but it is important that people be warned about this shady business. I took the car in with a brake issue, the staff never mentioned any issue with the battery yet they claimed I said there was an issue, I did not. They also were doing construction with an excavator yet no permit was displayed. The repair cost me almost $1000 it was quoted at 260. I had to call corporate because of the battery they claim was dead when I dropped it off but it was not. They split the charge of the battery, after telling others about my experience others told me about similar situations. If you can get your car somewhere else you should. If not document the condition of your vehicle before you drop it off.

Took two times to fix my tire my educated guess is they couldnt find the leak so they filled with air but didnt rotate or reset the sensors!

The manager Ivar is great. He explained everything and why it needed to be fixed and our car is running great

Dishonest and always try to up sell. Quoted $250 “before tax” for a service then they tried to charge $340 at pickup, because they “thought I had a smaller car.” After a long discussion about business ethics, they were “generous” enough to bring me down to the price they quoted. Save yourself a negotiation and go to a reputable mechanic.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here, & Ive come for a number of different reasons. Always fast, courteous, efficient, & knowledgeable. Today I called last minute they took me in corrected a minor issue free of charge. It gave me great peace of mind. Ivar was terrific!

This place is very dishonest. I am also mechanic and I know most about the car. however they suggested that my front tires is no good. i have verified on my own eye the thread wear is still good. therefore yes it needed alignment which I didnt want to do and acknowledge it will ruin the tire quicker but there is plenty of thread left on the front tires. suggested me to buy a 1 year old tires... even the tire is STILL GOOD.they lack to explain to me about the caliper pin which are not working right, if they had explained to me clearly before it destroy one side of my brand new rotor. I would replace the caliper pin before it destroy one side of rotor. they just want the money. thank you for not saving me a money to prevent the damage. ( i have visited this place few times ) and please dont reply with apologetic message you know better.

I hate going to any kind of automotive shop; whether it be for tires or oil changes. I came to just tires and they did just as their name implies Just Tires. I knew my car has a few problems Im relatively mechanical and I know generally what is wrong. I came in for a blown tire and I was in an out with new tires. They didnt haggle me for a new battery or an oil change or anything like that. I asked for tires they said no problem. Last time I changed my tires was at another company and they told me my rim had dents in it that were a problem that needed to be fixed. My mechanic friend said they were just cosmetic and completely fine. I asked Just Tires about it and they said the same thing, nope they are fine.Most shops try to swindle money out of you but I didnt get that vibe here. This lady came in with damage to her sidewall on her passenger tire most likely hit the curb. The guy came in and told her, you dont need a new tire you are good to go. I sat there shocked. He didnt haggle her to buy 4 new tires he told her the truth. I would have called bullshit if he said otherwise. They removed the dangling piece for her and sent her on her way without charging her or accepting a tip.The only thing is, if you dont schedule an appointment expect to wait a while. I guess they do get a lot service since they are somewhat good and honest.Ill definitely have to visit them again to see if this review holds up.

Definetely not a walk-ins welcome place. Have been there twice, 1 hour to close and 2 hours to close for a valve change and a nail in tire, both 10-20 min jobs. They said can not get any more cars, they want to be out of there by 5 pm. They do not appreciate your business and you as a customer. Do not bother checking in with them, they do not want to service you. Do not lose your time with them.

My experiences with Just Tires has been great. My tire had a slow leak and so I brought my car into Just Tires. They said they would check it out and get back to me within 2 hours. They called back within 90 minutes and told me that it was a value issue and that they had replaced it. About two weeks later, the same tire started to show low pressure again. I brought it into Just Tires again and they found that there was a nail in my tire. They patched it for free given that I had just gone to them not long ago. Great service!Overall, Im pleased with the quick turnaround, plus the fact that they did not charge me the second time (my guess is that they knew that it was their fault for not finding the nail in the first place). It was a tad troublesome to have to bring my car in twice but other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Great experience today from Just Tires in Uptown. Woke up to a flat tire -- tried to put the spare on myself, but couldnt get the lug nuts off. After waiting for AAA to help change the tire, drove straight to Just Tires in Uptown. They were friendly and fast - had my tire repaired and put back on my vehicle in less than an hour. Had my morning coffee at Starbucks around the corner while I waited for them to call when finished.
