Hello, I have a toyota and I needed the door to be replaced. So I decide to go in for a estimate and I the guy ( Ricardo) quoted 175. It was a great price but when I went to go pick my car up I got charged 275. I told the guy but he made excuses. The worst part is that my door is not even put correctly there is a bigger door gap on top and a smaller door gap on the bottom. The staff is super nice.

Brakes wasnt working. Took the car there. Told me over the phone brake lines are leaking will replace 4 brake lines. I asked how much he said $290. I check with another mechanic He tells me to replace 4 lines it will cost $400. Sounded i am getting good deal. I tell them Ok fix it. I go to pick up the car they tell me we only replaced 2 lines cause the other two werent leaking!! You told me over the phone 4 lines!! Will be reported to consumer affairs.

These guys are fast, reliable, and have a solid reputation for a good reason. My car did not pass emissions due to several codes being triggered in my CPU. National Auto Group knew that I needed my vehicle in a timely manner and offered to have the issue resolved within two days. They had a slew of other vehicles they were working on, yet they managed to get my car repaired the very next day.

They’re super friendly, and honest! For the amount of work my car needed we were in and out. Will be bringing my car here for oil changes from now on. Thanks!Also, they have a cute cat muca, and two cute pups Shelby and Dante. It was a wonderful surprise to get some cuddles while we waited!

I went to 7 other auto body shops in the area to fix my broken bumper before coming here. This was the only place that gave me a real written estimate, instead of just giving me an arbitrary number. They were so courteous, easy to work with, and did an excellent and quick job on my car. They even gave the car a wash when they were done! I will certainly be returning to national auto group for any of my car needs!

Honest owners doing honest work I came in quickly when I heard a loud squeaking coming from the front of my car it was somthing that happened so sudden. So I went to National and quickly got attended by Francisco he asked for my keys and drove my car to find out the problem. He came back and told me it was my front brakes Ricardo quoted me a very reasonable price I told them I had to come back because my kids were in school. So I came back maybe 2 hours later with my 4 kids and wife they quickly put my car on a lift and started working on it and put netflix on for my kiddos to watch . they saw I came with my family to wait for my car to be serviced so they quickly had us on our way Francisco serviced my car and did an amazing job I no longer hear the sound and it brakes really well thank you National Auto Group for servicing my vehicle.

I have been to National a few times since driving in to see if I could make an appointment to have my headlamp fixed. The owner had one of the mechanics come over and take care of it on the spot. I was impressed with the customer service, so I went back for significant repairs on our jeep. They were extremely fair and honest. I am truly impressed with the integrity and respect shown to the customers. They have won me over. They have my business from now on. Cars are overpriced with high mileage do not recommend. I think you should investigate or at least ask who reviewed you before your quick to respond. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and as part of good customer service you should know this. Can’t attack everyone who gives their review and call them liars without confirming there your customers, but maybe your right and I have the wrong dealer. I was a customer of National Auto Group, INC on 6251 N. California and car sales are signed by Lucio Hernandez (or could be Lucia handwriting not to clear). Is this not your dealer? Mechanics and/or sales man are Ricardo and Francisco. If I am mistaking dealers/mechanic shop I apologize and please let me know so I correct my error? I went in for and AC compressor replacement. Job done perfectly and cost effectively. THEN: I paid the bill and went to get the car only to find that it was still in the garage with the hood up and a mechanic staring at the engine with a look of concern on his face. The owner came over and said that the alternator needed some kind of adjustment. Normally one would think, OK, here comes the up-sell, but the thought never entered my mind. What ever the problem was, it was taken care of and the car was taken for a test drive. I was outside waiting when it returned with another of the owners at the wheel. He wasnt smiling. He got out of the car, came over and said he wasnt happy with the way the motor was running. He, himself, got under the hood, and 45 minutes later he smiled as he backed the car out and said, OK, youre good to go.NOT ONE WORD OF ADDITIONAL CHARGES WAS EVER MENTIONED. There could have been a justified charge for at least an hour an a half of labor, but that is not the way they do business.These guys are honest, professional, do good work, and more importantly they take pride in what they do.In my opinion they are to their industry what brain surgeons are to medicine.

They have done work on two occasions, both times they did excellent work. They totally could have tried to milk the second time since my transmission was leaking, yet completely honest and amazing.

Stay away from this place it is a rip off there are liars and cheaters I stop at the shop because I purchased a car from them which I will never do again every time I go there they tell me what they find wrong with the car the last time I was there they told me that I had a replace the Sub frame And they would be $490 It sounded a little fishy to me so I took it to a dealership where they charge me $90 to replace the bushing on the sub frame I do not recommend this place I have to give it one star because Google makes you this place gives technicians of really badd name I open a complaint to the better businessREPLYI appreciate your reply and your attempt to ease the situation But If the sub frame was Rusted And no good Then maybe you should have never sold me the car 6 months ago I put so much money in this car through you guys I should a learn my lesson after buying the 1st one off the U All I can say is buyer beware I bought 2 cars off this place and the cars have been in-and-out of this shop numerous of times yes it was my fault but it is a lesson learn please shop around and get a second opinion

I recently had some work done on my Audi and I had a really good experience. The guys at National were very professional and took care of my car. I had some issues with my transmission and after checking for prices around other mechanic shops I found out that this shop has the best rates around. I have purchased several used vehicles from Ricardo. Keep in mind the vehicles are used and buy as is so the vehicles will need work. All and any inquiries I had were taken care off immediately. So I needed a tire repair since one of my tires was flat. Right since coming in their I was greeted with great care and workmanship by one of the workers named Dino who helped and gave me a very fair price. One of the best things about my experience was Dino teaching me about things to notice about the tires of the car so that I will know what todo. They all work very fast, and are all very honest with their work. I will for sure recommend this place ask and make sure to ask for Dino!

Ive had my passenger mirror duck taped on for a period of time until I moved into the area, coincidentally right behind National Auto Group. Since It was so close in distance, I figured why not? Took my car to them, met a guy named Francisco and had assisted me with all questions and concerns. Replacement mirror looked great and clean. Great Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction. I trust him and his crew and wont hesitate to go back again.

The owners Ricardo and Francisco were both very approachable and helpful with their advice and options, and I have had to use them twice in too short a period of time! Their shops work is great quality, and in this field level of trust with them is something I found far above expectations. Purchased a 2006 Nissan Maxima had it for about 3 months. Waited to do this review to see if it was a good purchase and I can say it was I’m very pleased. Ricardo is a man of his word. Good costumer service all around will be buying again.

Beware Tax season is around the corner... this place sells cars that are way over priced, high mileage and when you buy a car and need something fixed that they acknowledge needs to be fixed they run you in circles until your 30 day warranty expires and then they charge you to fix it. I have seen other car dealers with the same type of cars but at a reasonable prices. Taking advantage of people is not cool. I would not recommend. I gave it one start because I had no choice

Had my brakes and rotors replaced and i am very pleased with the friendly customer service. also the price was the best i have come accross.. Francisco promptly contacted me and was very professional.

This place failed to properly fix my windshield washer fluid pump problem. I thought I had an issue with motor and pump so I went in and paid for replacement. Turns out they only replaced the hose and its not even the right size for my Corolla so it gets loose and doesnt work at times. Im upset that they didnt do the service I paid for. If I paid for a whole new pump and motor replacement, I want to trust that its done. Dont take $80 and give me a temporary fix by replacing the hose with an incorrect hose.Update 3/29/17Francisco, the shop owner, offered to fix the issue again. However, I already got the repair done elsewhere. He gave me a full refund instead. I appreciate that.

Ive been to National Auto Group about 5 times. Twice for my girlfriends car and 3 times for mine. Arturo, one of the staff members helped me out each time and is always polite in doing so. Hes very professional about his business and he always makes sure youre situated right away. The only reason I come back is because of his customer service. A gentleman at a local autozone recommended National Auto Group as I was in need of a new mechanic.I am so glad that I found these guys!.. I have a 2002 Jeep wrangler with over 200,00 miles on it. I had several issues that needed to be addressed. My car hasnt run this well for years!!!! I explained that I was on a budget. They fixed what was detrimental and let me know what I could hold off on. They actually took me to the garage to show me everything that needed fixing.They stand behind there work 100%. No BS with these guys. Id say labor costs are not the cheapest but not too expensive either. Very fair.Great communication, honest, polite and very clean environment! They have a shop cat that you can tell is loved and a beautiful fish tank in front. (Says a lot to me that they care for there animals).. Large TV for customer viewing and a charging station. Bathroom available for customers as well.Deno, Fransisco, Ricardo and Karin were the people I communicated with. Deno is at the front desk and is super attentive and kind. I adore him! Fransisco and Ricardo I believe are the owners and did a great job communicating all of my cars needs. Incredible follow through. Karin was also at the front desk and although I didnt deal with her as much, my interaction with her was too notch!I will only take my car to these guys! Highly recommend them!
