They will SCAM you. Mark my word, do NOT go here. The only thing I miss about this guy was the guy at the front that talks to the customers. He was real cool. Other then that, I can’t even tell you how badly they’ve taken advantage of me. The owner is rude and will talk down to you if you have questions regarding your vehicle or pricing. I went several times in previous years for simple brake jobs that they quoted for $700! I don’t know if it’s because I’m a female or if they do this to everyone, but the owner should be ashamed of himself. Last time I was quoted $700 for work I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and the guy told me I never needed the additional work and I paid $300. I was a college student at the time that needed reliable transportation. Go elsewhere! Please do not go here!

The owner Mark and his entire staff are very professional and customer service focused. Ill only go there for my car repairs. They will only do repairs that are needed and their costs are fair. I highly recommend these guys.

Very rude to me. They talked down to me, and they gave me a hard time as I tried to get a refund on my battery that they put in because the battery was faulty. I will not be doing business with them again. This is not how a customer should be treated. The owner tried to intimidate me and size me up. Very disrespectful. Definitely do not recommend.

BEWARE !!! Anything above a ONE STAR review is definitely fake !!! These people are scam artists who take advantage of their customers. They told me they keep your old parts when they replace them. When I took my car to another shop for the same issue the following month they showed me the part after removing it. IT WAS THE ORIGINAL BROKEN PIECE ! These THIEVES charged me for a new part and used the same broken one to make it good enough. I am reporting these OVER PRICED pathetic excuse for a auto shop to the BBB; I advise you do as well! Dont be scammed like I was!

Amazing the owner was super friendly understandable got my car done in a very timely manner considering my situation. Was very surprised at the low cost to replace my muffler especially after being quoted quadriple at the dealer I service my car in. Very trustworthy guys 100 percent will recommend anyone to go there for their automotive needs. Just make sure you get there early

I was amazed I look this place up and seeing a good rating I decided that I would give it a shot parked at Walgreens next-door I left my lights on to my truck so it burnt the battery out I walked across the street literally right across the street into the lobby of the place and asked the gentleman kindly if you could give me a jumper help me out with a jump of my truck to get me on the road again the guy rudely told me that he was closed meanwhile I’m standing in his office by the way and said there’s nothing you can do to help left me there without anything I would’ve paid them for their service obviously but will never ever come to this place for anything very rude.

I first started taking my cars to Katts a few years ago, primarily based on positive Google reviews. Overall, I have been mostly satisfied with their service. They are very friendly, their pricing seems very fair, and their work is usually top notch. Unfortunately, I also recently had my first couple of negative experiences with them. The first was that I called and arranged for a time to bring my vehicle in, and when I brought it, they told me maybe they would be able to work on it. If they agreed to a time and knew I was coming, then other customers that just walked in should not be put ahead of me. Then, there were issues with my repair which I have yet to resolve. It looks like Ill have to take it to the dealer. What bothered me, though, is the attitude they had when I raised questions about what they did. They treated me like I dont know anything, almost made fun of me for relying on information from the Internet, and even argued with me about what symptoms the vehicle had when I brought it in. Once I get to the bottom of what is wrong with my vehicle, I will decide whether I go back. It will also depend how they respond to my concerns.

About a year ago I left a good review. I was PREMATURE in that review. After about a month my AC died out again. My belt started squeeling again. They have replaced my belt and several pullies over the last 2 years 5 belts to be exact. They used to be great. Something changed and their repairs have shown it. Dont know what changed but I know I will no longer be using them. I have been a customer for about 20 years.

On Nov 2016, my brake line was broken and brake fluid leaked. I towed my car to this place. After one day checking my car, I were asked to pay at least $800 to fix the brake system. They fixed my cars in a few days, then I paid and got my car back. But when I drove 5 hours to Fairfield (Iowa), brake fluid was leaking again. An auto shop there show me that they used compressors everywhere on the brake line which I paid to replace. That means they combine each small part of brake line by compressors, not use the whole line! I went to an auto garage that I know in Des Moines (Iowa) to check and fix it. One of the screw had been broken and it caused leaking brake fluid. They changed a broken screw of a compressor for me. I drove to Denver (Colorado), went around there a few days and found that brake fluid is leaking again because another screw of a compressor were broken. I had to tow my car to another garage to fix it. DO NOT GO TO KATTS MUFFLER & AUTO REPAIR!!! They will charge you a lot of money but fix your car in a bad way.
