The best insurance policies ever and great customer service!

The State Farm team took care of everything so efficiently and easily for me when a driver ran into my car. They made the process way more simple than I expected, and they have my endless gratitude. Thank you!!

Bad insurance company I never thought

Sean and his team know how to select the proper policies that best suit your needs. They took the time and asked the right questions. My previous agent failed to explain my policy options as directly. The policies I chose are budget conscience and provide the level of coverage I need, nothing more, nothing less. I would highly recommend this agency.

He is the man! Definitely the best state farm agent in Chicago, IL that knows his stuff! He has helped me with not only insurance information but financial questions, contracts, leasing agreements, you name it. He is a go to insurance agent, but at the same a one stop shop for life. You need to go see him and he will take great care of you!

Moved back to Chicago from California since my husband had gotten out of the marine core. We had all of our information transferred over to this agency and we were told that we were good to go as soon as we signed some paperwork. Come to find out later on that wasnt the case whatsoever!!!! We received a bill in the mail for ONLY renters insurance meaning we were left with NO AUTO INSURANCE for a month!! No one told us anything and we didnt understand why this was happening because we had done everything that was necessary up to that point. So we called State Farm back and forth to try to figure this mess out and I was told that the main office in Florida said they never received a signed document so they cut our insurance off. I was absolutely livid because I had physically signed whatever document(s) that I needed to sign in front of an employee at the Sean Kingsbury office. So I had them recheck and indeed they were wrong. I did sign the document. Now! They literally said that it wasnt my signature after all. That it was my husbands. So I argued that fact. Again, they were wrong. So that was cleared up. NOW!! They said since there was NO DATE written that it was invalid and couldnt do anything for us. So now were still having issues with this agency and their main office because they want to rewrite an entire policy over some bs and have us pay a lot more than what we were originally. They completely screwed us over and now its ten times harder to get a quote or even find one thats affordable from any other insurance company because of the fact that we havent had auto insurance for a month. Its complete bs and its just not right. Not to mention this isnt even the ONLY issue that Ive had with this agency and company. Never have I ever had a problem with State Farm until to moved back to Chicago. Its upsetting as all hell and hopefully no one that transfers from state to state goes through this same problem. Just always be on top of them about things at this office because they are definitely messy. Hopefully a different office can be of better service or even a different insurance company overall.

These Guys are AWESOME!!! The whole team Abigail, Sean & Nicole. I went in to secure auto Insurance and walked out with Auto/Renters & Life Insurance for my son and myself with an approved credit card that I can pay my premiums with as well as an auto Refi. Truly a One stop shop. These guys Rock!!!

I just called to get a Quote on car insurance since I just purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima and omg the person who answered the phone was just so sweet she was a female of course ( Im saddest to say I dont remember her name) and she helped me step by step and was also supper friendly ☺️ I loved the Quote she gave me I ended up giving in right there lol . Im happy to say I have StateFarm insurance 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
