Joe procured the speakers in short order and then delivered them to my home (in Madison,Wisconsin), meticulously set them up in my great room and made sure they sounded as good as possible. I purchased a pair of speakers from Joe Galante at Superior Audio and couldnt be happier. They took quite a while to come in (no fault of Joes) because the manufacturer moved the factory right after my purchase (my luck). Joe continuously checked on them and kept me informed the entire time. When they did come in, he called me to make an appointment to deliver them to my home. Not only did he deliver them, but he spent hours setting them up in my listening room which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail and the amount of time he took to get them right was really nice to see. He then explained to me that he wanted to come back in a couple of months after they had some time on them to further dial them in. The moral of the story is, before you just buy something on the internet or off a used audio website, just remember, there is nothing more important than having a local dealer who can properly demonstrate the product, give you advice on what products work well together and be willing to deliver and set it up properly. This, to me, is invaluable. There is one very important word that comes to mind that you cant get on the internet and that word is service. In this day and age it is somewhat of a lost art. Joe Galante gets it!
